Redlands Chiropractic is the best! I used to see Dr. Kim after a bad car accident 7 years ago, my husband and I LOVE Dr. Kim. Needing to go back recently after sleeping on bad mattresses for a few weeks to help family, I could hardly to anything. I was assigned Dr. Cole. He is totally AWESOME! He listens to me and conducts his adjustments and therapy accordingly, great bedside manner, truly has healed my back and I'm so grateful for all his help and skill set. I would recommend everyone to Dr. Cole anytime.

Dr Wagner is a very nice person, but unfortunately, their doctors have limited experience in the areas I needed. The massage therapist is amazing!

I have been using Dr. Jeff Phillips as my Chiropractor for 18 years and will go to no one else. He is super friendly and helps you feel relaxed during your spinal adjustment. His staff are very helpful as well. Redlands Chiropractic is a great place for an adjustment.

I was in full blown back spasm and they were able to see me the same day with minimal waiting. The office staff is nice and the therapy girls are really sweet and helpful. Dr. Gallegos had me feeling almost back to 100% within 2 days. This is definitely my new favorite place to be. The adjustment is painless and quick

Would give NEGATIVE stars if available. Pathetic joke for a chiropractic office. Went in for an adjustment with NO relief. Was promised by second adjustment would have mobility and relief. Again NOTHING. Only reason came here was proximity and necessity. WILL NEVER suggest anyone coming here.

What a great place to go. I had a lower back injury due to working out. Could barely walk the day of, I made an appt here for next day without any issues. Dr.cole helped me and gave me ultrastim with biofreeze therapy and I was able to have mobility within 2 days. I definitely recommend this place to anyone. Great customer service and very knowledgeable people. If you go, make an appt. With dr.cole.super awesome guy and will guide you in the right direction. But remember these people aren't miracle workers you have to take care of yourself at home as well in order for the therapy to work.

Came here after an accident I got in. At first the service was good, Dr Gallegos suggested an attorney so on and so forth. Until we kept going back. We continued to have mild pain in the back and the adjustment was literally 1 minute. Everytime we went back he would always talk about how we should get the attorney he works with. He became annoying to see . We felt like he should have taken more time with us and that he wasn't really adjusting us the way we felt we should have been. After months, the pain went away and he still wanted to see us. We stopped going because it was the same 1 minute treatment each time with some time on the massage chair or roller bed. Our bill added up eventually and Dr. Gallegos tried to receive payment from our personal insurance as well as the other party who caused the accident. I didnt mention how he said he would send our xrays to a specialist and never did but that was another reason to get more money. His attitude is very pushy and money hungry. Other than that the girls that work there are very nice and The place is clean. They get the 1 star.
