By going here I saved a lot of money on X-rays/treatment. I was aware that this is a college (by the name....hello!!!). It is expected that interns do the work (under close supervision). I don’t understand how someone can complain about that. It’s abundantly clear this is a college. Thus is one reason the expense is a lot less. Ive had great experiences and gladly will allow the intern to do my adjustments. They are under close supervision and learn from some of the best. If you expect more go somewhere else and pay substantially more!

I think chiropractor work is extremely risky and expertise is very important. These guys make the interns do the adjustment etc. which is not good.

Very disappointed that desk receptionist are extremely rude and they do not have respect for the people trying to book appointment. I am trying to book appointment from last two days but every time they talk rudely then redirect me some random number which end up asking me to save voicemail and when I call back they never receives a call. First of all in this clinic, interns do adjustments, which is not that effective (my experience) and on top of that rude staff.... What a combination................

I am a current student (nearing graduation) and I feel I have a valuable education. Palmer prepares you for a lot, from being ready for boards to doing some amazing things for our profession, such as research & working in a team with other doctors from orthopedic surgeons & cardiologists, to sports teams of all ages. I feel Palmer has helped me to be prepared to make a difference in this world, which I have already begun doing so with my work at the outreach clinics in San Jose where I work with the homeless and displaced. The clinic also offers a great launching pad with excellent clinicians tonguide the students down the path of success, and offers the public excellent care with modern equipment & skilled oversight in theor care with the student interns.

Regarding their clinics for the public... Scott Kolofer, a Chiropractic intern, did a phenomenal job with me. He identified a simple solution to a chronic issue of mine. I've seen other experienced professionals for this issue and never felt like their solution of choice was great, just good enough. I was truly impressed and plan on heading back. Dr. Slater, who was working with Scott, was equally impressed with the result of Scott's work. Another great part about working with Scott was how respectful and kind he was in doing his work. I felt very comfortable the whole time I was in the office.

The clinic at Palmer is thorough yet inexpensive. The students and teachers will take longer with you, show genuine concern about your pain and desire to teach you how to ease or even fix it without drugs or surgery. This is good doctoring. If you are unsure about seeing a doctor about your pain you should try visiting this clinic and speak with one of these doctors first because they may change how you view healthcare. Ryan Ruben is currently the intern I see and he is fantastic. Nov. 2015
