I just visited Doctor Eric Glenn - It was an emergency, as I was barely able to walk. Doctor Eric was on his way to a lunch break but he agreed to see me. He gave me a back alignment and then put me on some special machine which bends you at your hip level and stretches you at the same time. (It feels like you are riding on waves) I left his office 45 min later like a new man! Able to walk straight w/ not much pain. I highly recommend him. Eric, thank you for saving my weekend.

Very knowledgable. Dr Ho has been great for helping reduce my pain and increase my functioning. I have TMJ and a shoulder injury and both are much better after treatment with Dr Ho. He really knows how all the muscles, ligaments and bones are working together and is great at explaining what is going on.

I couldn't have made it through without her! Too much sitting, reading, computer time caused me to have a lot of neck, back and leg pain. So grateful for Dr. Kieko!

I saw Dr. Glenn for several visits beginning in November of 2014 for soreness in my back and forearms. Unfortunately, during a physical intervention in January of 2015, his assistant, Paul Andersen, abruptly leaned his full body weight on a point just above my right elbow, damaging a radial nerve and causing an immediate paralysis of the extensor muscles of my forearm. I was for many months totally unable to lift my right wrist and fingers and thus could not, for example, write, type, hold a fork, or brush my hair. I also had a one month old baby, and it distressed (and limited) me to care for her with only my left arm. I immediately sought evaluation and treatment at Stanford Neurology, and fortunately, under Dr. Joanna Dearlove's expert care, I began to recover substantial function between 6 and 9 months after the injury. I can now type, but I still do not have total recovery - for example, I was an accomplished amateur pianist and can no longer play, with my right hand, passages that were effortless a year ago. To add insult to injury, as it were, I found Dr. Glenn and his staff quite unsympathetic and unsupportive - both medically and emotionally. Your results may be different, but I suggest anyone be careful of this clinic: I certainly would not wish my experience on anyone else. I recommend carefully reading Dr. Glenn's Informed Consent Form before signing, reviewing the potential risks listed (such as sprain injuries, irritation of disc conditions, fractures, and strokes that can cause serious neurological impairment) that can result from his chiropractic care. Dr. Glenn's response to me after the injury: "While I stand behind the care given and feel everything was done appropriately during your treatment here, I would like to see if I can assist you."

I have been to several chiropractors over the years and he stands above all the others by a lot. I trust him implicitly and feel he has been an integral part of helping me achieve my best health. Dawn is incredible---helps navigate all the joys of insurance reimbursement with style and kindness. And the massage therapists, Summer and Ben, are very professional and knowledgeable. The massages are much more like torture than anything else, but that's because they know what to do to make the body feel better long term. In short, this place is a professional and amazing organization to help keep you in the best health ever. I am grateful to have found them.

I can't believe how generous Dr. Eric was with his time! My son and I were visiting Palo Alto from out of town. My son injured his neck and really needed an adjustment. Without ever having seen my son before Dr. Eric's office squeezed him in, and once he was there gave him excellent care with attention to detail, answering all of our questions. The adjustment worked like a charm and my son felt so much better. In all Dr. Eric spent quite a bit of time with us, pretty impressive considering we are from out of town. If we are back in Palo Alto you can be sure we will be back!

I saw Dr Eric Glenn at a time of emergency when I threw my back out on a Friday afternoon. He was able to see me on a Saturday and on a Monday holiday. I do think his adjustments helped me a little bit. He seemed to be knowledgeable and to truly care about helping me get some mobility back in my hips and low back. The office is very clean and the front desk staff was super nice and easy to work with. The reason for 4 stars is because Dr. Glenn told me that I should avoid any soft tissue treatment until my adjustments were holding. He was very careful during my adjustments and constantly checked in to make sure I wasn't feeling excess pain. I told him I was going to see our regular go to practitioner who has helped us in times of extreme pain, mobility limitations and injury. He recommended against soft tissue work until I was feeling better. Ultimately, after the holiday weekend I decided to see this other practitioner and after only one treatment I am feeling so much better. I think Dr Glenn is great and might be exactly what some people need in a chiropractor. I appreciate the care he gave me at a time of need, but for what was going on with me, I needed more than what he was willing to offer.
