Hurley Chiropractic made me feel at home. The staff was polite, went over all of my Xrays and showed me where I needed to be adjusted the most and what was causing the pains throughout my back and neck. Turns out even the reason I was getting migraines was because of myself needing to get adjusted! I highly recommend Hurley Chiropractic for everyone. If you even think you don’t need to be adjusted, you NEED to be adjusted.

I have been suffering through several issues the last few years including fatigue brought on by tick fever, arthritis, heart blockage requiring a stint be placed in my heart, and other issues along with depression from all of these things weighing on my day to day activities. I went to Hurley Chiropractic and Wellness Center at my wife’s urging and frankly feeling since no medication had helped that this wouldn’t either, but I was completely wrong and thankful I listened to my wife once again. I went to Hurley Chiropractic and Wellness Center and Dr. Leslie McClellan began working on me and I could tell a difference right away. When I went in I had trouble walking on my right ankle, pain across the muscles over my shoulder blades, severe headaches in the back right side base of my head and neck almost daily, as well as severe pain in my back had returned were I had had surgery to repair a herniated disk. By the end of week one Dr. McClellan had me walking better than I had walked in the last six months, and I could feel a lot of relief in my lower back, shoulders, and neck. By the end of week three the pain in my ankle was gone, I had stopped having headaches, the pain across my shoulders was gone, the pain in my lower back was much better, as was the pain in my hands and other places due to the arthritis. By the end of the visits six weeks later I had nothing bothering me at all. I never would have dreamed that I could be put back right and felt like I was 10 years younger. I probably shouldn’t say that Dr. McClellan and Hurley Chiropractic and Wellness Center are miracle workers but what they were able to do for me was nothing short of a miracle!!!

I loved the chiropractic care I received here, but unfortunately their billing department is absolutely terrible. After a car accident, they billed my auto insurance for months without checking if the limit had been hit for care. Instead of then sending it to my medical insurance they sat on this information for over a year, making it impossible to file with my insurance in a timely manner. Their billing department is very difficult to reach, and they are usually under informed and unhelpful.

An amazing team of health care professionals that provide excellent care. They have a caring Nurse Practioner, Rehabilitation services to help you move freely again, Incredible Massage Therapists, and Chiropractors that focuses on your total wellbeing. My medicare and supplement plan has covered everything for me, I had no idea I even had that coverage. I love this place, it's like going to a Spa! Wish I had found them years ago!

Spent 25 years with my right arm not able to be raised above my head. Dr Clark worked on my shoulder maybe 10 minutes and with manipulation and a few adjustments my arm has full range of motion. They have truly helped me feel so much better. I can't thank them enough. All of the people there are so helpful and willing to work hard to help you feel better.

Although I enjoyed my care throughout my pregnancy I would never use them again. Their billing department is HORRIBLE. It took several months of me harassing them to get them to file with my insurance last year and in the mean time I signed up for autopay for the difference. I have not been back since the beginning of January and do not owe them any money.They promised me in December that my card would no longer be charged since it was billed through my insurance and I had paid the difference in the office. In January and February they STILL charged my card $200 each month and it takes me calling for days on end to finally get someone to help me and then several more days to see the money put back in my account. The lady in billing is supposedly always out of the office. This is ridiculous. Stop telling me that you will no longer charge my card and then charge my card anyways AND take forever to give me MY money back. I am now having to cancel my debit card because of them and that is such a pain to deal with. I will now have to find another chiropractor office for my care because you cannot trust them and their billing department.

I went to Hurley for years. Long enough that I started out in their old building off of Oak Street. The staff is friendly and the care is good, however I had to give them 2 stars because their finance department cannot get it together. They do an extremely poor job of keeping record of your bill, they do deduct every single month (if you choose that) but when they were asked about how much longer we owed, we kept getting thrown to another person who would hand us off to another and so on. Actually today we were deducted the amount we’ve been paying for years and last month Hurley said that was the last time we would pay. They didnt keep a record of what I had done and when and it was very confusing. Doctors seemed to be in and out of there often. Highly unsatisfied with this place after dealing with the financial department.
