I had persistent discomfort/pain for the most part of two and a half years from my rt. hip down entire leg to foot and after many visits/appointments to several places, was finally diagnosed by Rich Palanzo who recommended chiropractic treatment as an excellent therapy for my particular problem. In all of the time before going to Dr. Courtney(who is head of the Arkansas Chiropractic Association) I continued to walk normal but it never felt normal; it only felt normal when I walked with my rt. foot turned outward almost 30-40 degrees, but I chose to keep walking normal regardless. So by the time I got to treatment, I was feeling really gimped up when I started at HS Spine and Rehab. I have received VARIOUS treatments that are beneficial for me, i.e., laser therapy, electrical stimulation, manipulation by instruments, only for me; there are also, treatments I’ve had with other machines/devices that Dr. Courtney has invested in and uses on me, and I will try to get back on the exact names of those. He is even author to a very informative book about his profession and has also, made his own analgesic salve which truly gives temporary relief. My conclusion is that I have never been better than I’ve been for almost 3 years, and it is positively from me being under Dr. Courtney’s care for almost 3 months. There is no doubt when I’ve had to miss too many days without going to Dr. Courtney’s and begin to feel some discomfort/pain again, the relief I have is tremendous after ONE visit, and I can feel normal after two. I’ve been able to resume some physical activity again without so much pain, and HS Spine and Rehab will most likely be a staple for me.

I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Courtney and his staff. Everyone is so nice and makes you feel right at home. What they have done for my Morton’s Neuroma in my feet has helped me more than any of the cortisone injections, numbing injections or the MLS Laser Therapy that I have had from other doctors.
