I called to ask if Elite Chiropractic accepted the health insurance provided by my job and was met with a very rude response. The man on the other end was very curt with me and not only informed me that Elite doesn't accept my insurance, but went so far as to inform me that he thought many people were dropping my insurance, almost with a tone that was sticking it to me, with no prompting. Not sure I would go here even if they did accept my insurance. Very rude for no reason.

The clinic representatives for patient recruitment were at at teacher back to school expo. I was called and told I had "won " a free Outback Steakhouse dinner for me and a guest. I explained I would attend, hear their pitch for clients, but I explained I was not being obligated to purchase anything. I was told, "No obligation. I arrived at the dinner with the Dr, and was told he treated the mind, spine, and connective organs. The group was told this was a way he could give back by offering this revolutionary method at $29.99 if we signed up for his 2 visit consultation. Dinner came and went, and the Dr. made his way by each table asking how we would like to pay for the visit they had asked us to sign up for. I stated I was a teacher and would be happy to sign up closer to my payday of Sept. 15th because we get paid once per month. The not so good Dr. became irritated and stated the deal left when he left. I reiterated that I would not pay anything until services were rendered and when I could come in closer to our teacher pay day. I replied that he sounded like an infomercial and he was running a patient recruitment scam. Very much sounded as if he was selling time share condos. I was then told that I would not be seen and that I could have a good day. At least I received what I had "won". Beware!

I had an AMAZING!!! experience at this office. The doctors are knowledgeable, caring, compassionate, and, efficient. They sat down with me and really spent time getting to know me and about all of my health issues. They really took the time to get to the cause of my health problems instead of just masking it or temporarily fixing the issue. I have never been in better health since starting care here. My entire family now goes here for care because we all see how helpful it has been for our health and for us to lead productive and truly inspired lives. I love it here and you will too! You absolutely cannot go wrong with this office and their staff.

A friend referred me to them, and I have experienced increased vitality/strength, headaches have gone away, and stress relieved. I appreciate the convenient scheduling, efficiency (typically in office less than 20 mins, so anyone can squeeze it in on a lunch break) with which they allow patients to perform the necessary treatment/rehab, and family friendly environment. Very knowledgeable. I had been experiencing neck pain for years and after just a few visits, it's gone! The grinding and often debilitating kinks gone! I'm a volleyball player and after an evenings matches I would be regulated to bed from the stiffness and pain. Now, not so much. While still sore from not knowing when to stop, I keep my full range of motion and I'm able to function beyond laying down lol. Will continue to see these great doctors for as long as my body requires it.

I'm writing about the new nutrition and wellness plan that Dr. Oldham that has recently began. My wife has been one of his chiropractic patients for the last year and improved substantially over that period. So when he started offering a new nutrition plan, I was interested. Generally speaking, I am a skeptic at many of these plans. However I wanted to keep an open mind when my wife and I met with him. And to be fair, I was also a skeptic of claims by many chiropractors when we first meet with him a year ago. In both instances though, he offered realistic plans that laid out clear plans of actions about how to address both sets of problems. Not to say that everything has been 100% smooth but nothing that is worthwhile ever is. I developed a mild skin rash for a couple of days to one of the supplements, However he worked tirelessly over the next weeks with me (including weekend communication) to find and eliminate the substance. My recommendation is that if you are willing to be patient and follow the plans (whether nutrition-related or chiropractic), the vast majority of people who work with him will see better results. Health problems of this nature usually can't be fixed overnight or in a couple of weeks, but most people will feel markedly better if they are willing to work with him.

Went to one of their "Dinner with the Doc" sessions where the doctor proceeded to speak to his desire to "give back" to the community, that that was his number one goal was to pay it forward; however, when we were not interested in paying him $30 up front before even knowing what his treatment was or if we would even "qualify" to be one of his patients-based upon an impending evaluation, we realized he was more like "doc croc" (and he took our papers and walked away from us- not caring that we might be interested in his services but didn't want to pay until we had made up our minds). He told us the deal ends today, take it or leave it. Yeah, he really wants to "pay it forward." He spent more of his time talking about how bad all the other chiropractors in NWA were and that he actually treated all of their patients.

This clinic is the absolute best!!! The doctors didn't just adjust me and let me go on my way, they did X-rays and explained to me in detail the issues I was having and why. They also set me up with a comprehensive plan to correct my issues long term. This makes total sense to me- to fix my issues long term instead of temporary relief with the likelihood of it reappearing down the road and/or getting worse. They definitely go above and beyond compared to the next clinic. They are frequently offering free workshops to bring people together and provide education on an array of topics. If you want to be educated while being assisted with your health improvements definitely come visit Elite Chiropractic. I have received so much more than pain relief for my health complaints. I have improved the overall quality of my life physically and mentally. I seriously cannot say enough good things about this clinic and every one of their doctors! Dr.Bryan came into my work offering a great deal of two appointments for $20. He said that "the deal leaves when I leave" so I thought "sure why not" and paid the $20 to set up an appointment. My first visit went alright, but I thought it sounded like he was reading from a script which was strange, and after talking to my coworkers who also went to see him they all said he said the exact same thing to them verbatim. He took x-rays that day and I set up my next appointment for a week later. I arrived for my 2nd appointment a little late due to work, and Dr.Bryan seemed very curt with me. Once we got into the office and started going over my x-rays, and he started going back into his script. He asked me what I wanted to do going forward and I told him that I didn't have the money to do anything at the moment which visibly agitated him. I told him I was more than willing to come in and set up appointments when my finances allowed, and asked what I could do in the meantime to help with my spine. He showed me one stretch I could do, then I asked what the process for my treatment would be. He told me it would be a series of 3 appointments where they had to evaluate me to see if they could take me as a client, with one of these being a class? I told him I would be back when I was able to afford the $270 he quoted me. Dr.Bryan quickly rushed me out of the door after that. I was there less than 30 minutes. I returned to work and was discussing it with my coworkers who shared similar experiences, but also told me that they had been quoted different prices. Afterwards another coworker (who had already paid him $180 that was his first of 2 payments of that price) showed up saying that Dr.Bryan said he couldn't treat him today because my coworkers and I weren't serious about this and that he would refund his 2nd payment. Apparently he was upset about our interaction earlier that morning. Medicine isn't a one size fits all sort of thing that can be approached by reading off the same script to every paitent. I would not recommend Elite Chiropractic to anyone, and I'm glad I'm only out $20 for this horrible experience.

One of the worst chiropractic and medical experiences I have ever had. Dr. Oldham was extremely rude, trying to manipulate and pressure me into choosing to allow him to treat me. When I told him I needed time to think about my decision he threw a fit, telling me that he wouldn't see me at all and that I would have to convince him to take me as a patient. After that, he told me he would see me, but only if I signed a contract agreeing to pay for 7+ months of treatment up front, even though he admitted he wasn't sure he could help me. It was absolutely awful.

Staff was friendly upon arrival. Upon exit however, the receptionist became argumentative over the deductible which I know had been met 3 months ago. Couple that with the ambiguous answers I received when attempting to confirm through Dr. Swanson when treatment would actually begin. The waiting area is empty, no one else to treat, why do I have to wait 1 week for my next appt. and still not get treated possibly? Why make unnecessary appts. 1 week out when you can treat same day. Enjoy the 150.00, Dr. Swanson. My family won't be using ELITE ever again, PERIOD. They are shady, they avoid answering questions directly and argue/lie come pay time... I ask you, how would you review this? I ran that health savings card just 1 day before with no issue at another medical practice and 1 day later ELITE say its cash only because deductible not met... crooks. Plain and simple. Find another facility.

I cannot begin to tell you how wonderful my personal experience has been since I became a patient at Elite Chiropractic. Dr.'s Oldham and Swanson have made a huge positive impact on my life. Prior to becoming a patient it was a struggle to get through each day due to constant pain. With every step I would take the stiffness and ache from both muscular and joint pain was prohibiting me from being a fully functioning individual. Was invited to "Dinner with the Doc" and that hour and a half changed my life. Not only did I have a wonderful meal but within the week I had my first appt which included an extended conversation one on one with Dr. Oldham that also included a full set of x-rays that on the next appt was explained in detail what he and Dr. Swanson could help me with. This practice offers wellness classes which includes a field trip to Whole Foods on how to buy on a budget, healthy eating, and I am Looking forward to the next class on weight management. I just can't say enough wonderful things about this husband and wife dedicated to making all of their patients healthy and fully functioning.
