They are patient, listen to my needs, give me all details necessary to ensure I receive the best treatment possible to get back to 100% and feeling my best. Good location as well. No idea how this office has a 5 star rating. Today providing a 1 star is beyond generous. This was one of the most unprofessional, ignorant, rude, disrespectful, uneducated, horrible bedside manor, sloppy, and unclean practices I have ever been to. They want to get you in a room, crack your back, and out the door as fast as possible. They do not offer diagnosis nor solutions to problems but want you to come back for more appointments while being unwilling to offer an explanation as to why. I was treated like a problem starting from the initial phone call to schedule through the whole visit. I did not finish my entire visit before I walked out of that horrid place. Do your self a favor and skip this business and find a better office. This is truly not a 5 star company.

Dr C Butler is hands down a wonderful chiropractor. After going to a number of recommended Chiropractors all over the East Valley (including the Joint), my daughter suggested this office. It did not disappoint. After a few questions, Dr Butler goes straight to your problem area with a healing mind- body approach. Without fail, I leave my appt without pain. These days, life can be a bit stressful, and I realize, for me, the importance of regular adjustments to feel good. So this is the Chiropractor I depend on. Also, Judy. This place is great, I've been to 4 other chiropractic offices recently but this one tops them. The Doc is really knowledgeable and is truly concerned with getting his customers back to optimal health. It's a peaceful office and the take most insurance, they also have good options for those who want to pay cash. Medical marijuana is offered but the doc is very cautious with whom he prescribes it to, to paraphrase, "it needs to be used as a medicine not a drug"

I live out of state, and needed a quick drop in visit due to an injury that was causing me so much pain I could hardly walk. I had driven more than 20 hours in the car to visit my parents and the long drive had aggravated the injury, plus I was completely out of alignment. I was very impressed with how quickly and efficiently their office worked to validate my insurance and fit me in same day! The office staff was gracious and accommodating. I saw Dr Sasser who was amazing! He worked with me to assess the injury and treat the sore muscles that were hurting me in my right thigh and hip. Then he adjusted me and put me back into alignment. He took his time and explained how to best continue follow up care and what to look for in a chiropractor upon my return home. I was able to walk after the adjustment and immediately felt about 70% improvement, which is fantastic! I wish I lived closer so that I could continue treatment with this office all the time! Thank you so much Dr Sasser and Ironwood Chiropractic!

I have had to receive chiropractic care since I was 13. My neck locked up and I was at school and I have never felt more pain. My mother immediacy took me to the chiropractor and ever since then I have had to receive continuous care as I have hereditary diseases and other ailments that come back if I am not properly taking care of myself. I have never been to a chiropractors office that I’ve felt more welcome, and cared for. The front office ladies ask questions and truly want to know what they can do to make you feel better. Then when you go back to see the Dr. he has always had a smile on my face and I can honestly say i have never been healed and nurtured better by a chiropractor and his staff. Dr Butler is the best chiropractor That has ever treated me. He is so intuitive. I could go on about my love for the staff and the respect I have for this Doctor. I went in with a pain of 9 out of 10. Now, I hardly ever feel pain anymore, especially in my neck. And my neck has always caused me horrific pain and stress throughout my whole life. Thank God for Ironwood Chiropractic!!!

Dr. Butler and his wife Janny are phenomenal and truly do care about their patients. I have been getting adjusted since I hurt my back back in 1991, and this is by far the best chiropractic care I’ve ever received. Shout out to Bree at the front desk, always friendly smiling and knows you by name. It’s a great feeling, almost as though you are family. From Bre being very accommodating in scheduling needs, to Janny teaching me breathing exercises to reduce the pain, and then Dr D performing a thorough consult, and really listening to my concerns, I'd say this chiropractic office and everyone in it, that I've met, is excellent! Dr. Duxberry listened to my concerns, walked me through what needed to happen in order to come to a path of recovery. He gave suggestions and talked to me about how the spine should align and how my spine was. Its safe to say that if you come here, you won't be sorry.
