Before moving to AZ we did our research for an integrative vet. Back home we had a wonderful vet and chiro for pets. Dr. Tom is wonderful too. The staff is very friendly to our rescue Pitt bulls. The center is very clean. We feed raw and do not over vaccinate. We love Integrative Vet Med Center and appreiciate their passion to animal health. Thank you Dr. Tom and staff!

From their friendly staff to their wonderful doctors, bringing my dog Frederick here was a great experience for both of us (well, Freddie didn't like some of the things they did to him...but that was to be expected). The absolute best place we ever could have found for our dog!!! I have literally cried several times with joy because we finally found a place that takes our animals' health as seriously as we do. Our dog Audie is 2 yrs old and has SERIOUS hip issues. She sees Dr. Tom for Chiropractic which has already improved Audie's quality of life by so much! We met with Dr. Angie today at a dog food making class and she was phenomenonal! I will never go anywhere else. I think I have met most of the staff and allet of them are so absolutely kind and helpful! I can't express enough gratitude guys, I'm serious, you're changing our lives...

Heidi is very nervous and afraid of new places and new things. She would cry and tremble as soon as we hit the parking lot at our previous doctor's office. We have been to IVMC twice in the past week and she walks right through the front door! The atmosphere is very calming and having a happy dog during and after our visits is a much needed change! We have met with Dr. Chang and Dr. Casey and both are wonderful, knowledgeable, and thoughtful doctors! Dr.Casey is such an amazing person and doctor we have ever met. The staff is so kind and always a pleasure. We took our 13 year old boxer Chewbacca there for a few years before he passed and I'm a 1000% sure that with his dietary change due to pancreatitus and cancer (which he was on expensive prescription dog food from another vet) to natural home cooked food that fit his needs, extended his life. We couldn't thank Dr.Casey and staff enough. We ended up getting another boxer with allergy and skin issues and having him go to Integrative was a sure thing!! So excited to start a new journey with him and happy to have everyone at this vet office be apart of it. Thank you all so much for everything. Our family couldn't be more appreciative of everything you all have done for us!!

The entire staff at Integrative Vet Med are hands down amazing! I brought my rescue dog, Summer, to them after 2 solid years of chronic bladder infections and non stop antibiotics. They took 1 look at her after reviewing her file and 2 weeks later she was in surgery, and I am thrilled to report she has been infection free for the first time in her life (and it's been 3 months so I think she is in the clear). Summer had a rough recovery and Integrative Vet Med handled all her additional aftercare at no additional charge! They went above and beyond and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a vet or a second opinion!

I can't begin to explain how impressed I am with Integrative Vet Med Center. We have 3 dogs that we had always taken to another Vet. After one of our dogs incurred a serious injury we were quoted thousands of dollars to have her ACL repaired. This was devastating to our family and pet. The old Vet was unkind and uncaring. Upon meeting Dr. Tom Pfafman and his wonderful staff he was able to save our furry little girl at a fraction of the cost. He was able to repair her ACL with a procedure that only he has perfected. Amazingly our furry little girl was actually walking on 4 legs again in as little as 2 days!!!!!! It is such a relief to find a vet that cares so deeply and takes pride in his work. They have made a profound difference in Risa's quality of life! I couldn't be happier with the results. My dog Risa was subdued & depressed. Although only 7 & physically fit, she wouldn't go for a walk without stopping several times & freezing, refusing to move. Dr. Tom made several suggestions including Healing Touch treatments, Essential Oils, Chiropractic adjustments and a diet change. Almost immediately I could see a difference in her attitude and now a year later she is walking everyday, sometimes up to 5 miles with a spring in her step and a smile. This is only one example of the great changes in my dog. I highly recommend this Health Center and the caring staff and Vets!

Dr Pfafman and Dr Casey are genuinely compassionate about their patients and their owners. Top notch proactive care. They treat your pets hands-on and don’t just prescribe expensive medicine to treat issues. I love the holistic care approach. I have personally had great results with chiropractic care for my 12 year old pug, and 10 year old Frenchie. Today my 8 month old Frenchie is going to meet Dr Pfafman for well care. I highly recommend this clinic to those who want the best pet care.

We relocated to Arizona from California last year, and we needed a new veterinarian for our little Rosie who specialized in holistic veterinary medicine. Integrative Vet Medical Center was highly recommended, and Rosie has now settled in seeing Dr. Casey for all of her needs. The staff is kind and caring, and I cannot say enough about Dr. Casey. I have a three legged cat that abruptly stopped walking, using the litter box and would cry loudly whenever you touched him or attempted to pick him up. I took him to my vet for xrays, blood work. Xrays showed degenerative disc and arthritis along his spine. Prognosis was very poor. Treated with steroids, pain medication and rest. Little to no change in three weeks. Not wanting to prolong his pain and deteriorating quality of life, I believed it time to put him down. Before doing so, I was doing research about his symptoms and came across a site for animal chiropractors. Dr. Tom Pfafman was one of the few veterinarians who specialized in chiropractic service for animals. I made an appointment for a consultation. A thorough exam of my cat was completed, a treatment plan was presented. Weekly adjustments along with other therapy had a noticeable improvement in two weeks. As he improved, adjustments were done every other week and now just once a month. He now walks, jumps on furniture and interacts with the other cats just as he used to. My initial grim outlook on his condition was eventually replaced with hope and optimism as his condition improved. I am so thankful I found Dr. Pfafman. His care and treatment of my cat were spot on. The waiting area has a separate area for those with cats. The reception area and rooms are always clean. My appointments have always started on time. The techs and other office personnel are welcoming, friendly. They offer a variety of alternative and holistic therapies. Acupuncture has recently been added to the services offered here. You won't be disappointed with the care your pet receives here!

Dr. Pfaffman is beyond greedy, pushing for new things every time . That would be fine if he was also competent. However, after seeing him the third time for an adjustment, our poor girl was practically crippled and could barely move. She kept falling over while trying to potty, eat, etc. We noticed she seemed a bit worse after the 2nd visit, too, but put it down to her body adjusting, as he said. We now took her to another chiropractor who did cold laser and chiro. for only $100. We came home and Serene bent down to drink water all by herself, then played!!! with her brothers and sister by running around the house. When we went to his office we were greeted with "so, you're ONLY doing chiro. today, that's all?" Uh, yeah, that's all. then again, "so this is the ONLY thing you're having done today?" Yes, last time we got x-rays and he changed his mind on his reading of them, and bought cannibinoids which made her sick. So, that's all. Our new vet does accupuncture, chinese herbs, homeopathy, she's the real deal. Probably because she focuses on our dog and not our wallets.

Dr. Casey and Dr. Pfafman are THE BEST, and they have a phenomenal staff. We drive quite a distance to visit IVMC, and it is beyond worth it. We have had to get our 3-year-old Doberman in for several visits in the past 6 months, sometimes on short notice or for emergency reasons, so we've spent a lot of time with these people and can without a doubt say that they are truly caring and go WAY above and beyond for us and our pup. I almost don't want to give specific examples of how above and beyond they go for us, so that nobody holds them to that standard and they can really appreciate it when it happens rather than taking it for granted! We just got a new Bengal kitten as well, and I trusted Dr. Casey to help us make an informed decision. Our initial visit was today for the cat, and I really appreciate how thorough they always are, especially with taking both of my pets in as new patients. They are not only thorough with exams and treatment, but they take the time to let you know their thought processes; answer any questions; and, when applicable, help give you the knowledge to make an appropriate decision (since they give you choices rather than dictating). If you want the best for your pet, definitely try IVMC. :)

I was searching for a Veterinarian that was certified in chiropractic for dogs because my 10y y/o pug mix was having difficulty walking and had a seriously hunched back - among other symptoms. She started improving after her first visit. I followed his food recommendation and it, too, had a noticeable effect in the first week or so. Blood tests showed low thyroid levels and he is treating that, as well. I honestly can not believe the change I have seen. His integrative approach has resulted in her regaining a level of health and activity that I thought was the result of old age. I can't say enough positive things about Dr Tom Pfafman and the professional standards his practice and staff adhere to.

Dancer has had a bit of a setback. She had a seizure on Monday evening. It was very hard to watch, and tough on her I am sure. We had gone up North over the weekend, and I think she was very overstimulated. At any rate, I took her to my wonderful, open-minded Vet team on Tuesday, and they helped so much. As opposed to putting her on anti-seizure medication, we are trying a Vitamin B supplement along with Hemp oil to try to avoid any more of these episodes. The Hemp should also help with her arthritis. An acupuncture session and a chiropractic adjustment later, Dancer is feeling so much better. I am so grateful for the doctors and staff at Integrative Vet Med Center! Dancer is too!
