Was in a lot of pain and needed to see a chiropractor, found their website that said walk-ins are welcome and was so happy. So I did just that, I walked in and was told there was no time for a walk-in and new patients need to schedule an appointment, when I mentioned their website says they accept new patient walk-ins, she said "well we do I just have no time today" as she motioned to her computer. Really annoying when their website advertises one thing and you are told another when you get there, especially when it's being told they have "no time" for a patient. Taking my business elsewhere.

Filled out the intake form online. Called to schedule. The person that answered the phone was not at all helpful. In pain and needed to be seen. Called at 8am on Friday and no appts. Until late Monday PM. Apparently the "walk in" description in their website is not an option. Veru disappointing.
