I really like the personalized attention from Dr. Tom and Dr. Jason. It blows my mind to realize how much of our health is affected by our nerves. Sometimes chiropractic care isn't instant, but the long term effects are visible with me. I try to swing by at least every 3 months, even if there's nothing wrong.

My brother always told me when you have a problem with your heart you see a heart specialist, when you have a problem with your eyes you see an eye doctor, when you have a problem with your skeletal frame you see a chiropractor. So I have always had relief from strains and kinks by seeing my chiropractor, until he retired and moved away. Another brother recommended Dr. Gundelfinger so I went to his office wihtout an appointment, just to check them out. A friendly staff member greeted me right as I walked through the door, she saw that I was hurting an assured me she could work me right in without having made an appointment. I filled out some forms and voila the next thing I knew I was meeting with the doctor: Dr. Tom. By the time I left, I knew I was already on the mend and Dr. Tom told me "Welcome to the family." I would and have recommended this office to anyone I know that needs chiropractic care. I don't live in Juneau, but whenever I am traveling through Juneau on my home Dr. Tom and his staff willingly accomodate me and I am able to get a spur of the moment appointment . I so much appreciate them all.

The staff at Valley Chiropactic are exceptionally friendly and professional; helping create a relaxed, welcoming, and healing environment. On several occasions after I woke up in excruciating pain, they accommodated same day appointments with their expansive business hours, in order to rapidly reduce my pain and ensure I still arrived at work on time. They have also gone above and beyond in assisting with, and resolving, secondary insurance billing issues after the insurance company incorrectly processed my claims.

I have been coming to Valley Chiropractic for the greater part of 5 years and am so grateful for Dr. Tom, Dr. Jason, Dr. Jessica, and the massage therapist extraordinaire, Albert. Chiropractic care has made a world of difference in managing my migraines, and has increased my quality of life ten fold. Dozens of times I have found myself unable to sleep in the middle of the night due to an awful migraine, and have gone in during the wee hours of the morning, only to find a cheerful, ready to help Dr. Tom! He is wonderfully crazy to be in the office at that hour, but I am eternally grateful for his care. Dr. Jason and Dr. Jessica are a wonderful team, and bring a lot to the table with natural remedies and nutrition based approaches. It's always refreshing to discuss issues with them and discover ways to treat ailments from a nutrition based approach. Albert. He is nothing short of incredible. Not only is he incredibly skilled in his work, but he is incredibly knowledgeable about the body and offers very accessible ways to practice body care in your home. He is a grounded source of inspiration on living a full and happy life. I am very thankful to know him. And, who could pass up a chance to mention the office staff! They are super helpful, always smiling, and a joy to see every time I visit the office. And despite there being a few that have come and gone, I have never felt any of the staff hired were anything but cheerful, helpful, and competent. It shows how much this office takes pride in having good staff available for their patients. You will not be disappointed in visiting this office.
