I came in as a visiting tourist with a new and difficult issue in my neck. He did an initial evaluation and asked if I could get x-rays first so that he could be better able to treat the issue. He drive me to Northside Radiology and stayed with me until the pictures were ready. We went back to his office and he worked on my neck and back for what seemed an eternity. When he finished, I was definitely sore, but I had significantly less pain from my initial complaint. He made notes for me to give to my doctors back home.

I was seen on short notice, but as soon as I walked in I was very uncomfortable. The wife insisted on proctoring me because I was a female, which I had no problem with until she told me that I would not get another visit for at least 2 weeks as she was going out of town. Dr Carlile will not see any female patients while his wife is out of the office. On my second visit he reached into my pants without warning to find my tailbone. While I understand that my tailbone is part of my spine, there was no communication that he was going to touch me there, and that it would be under my pants and underwear. He also felt the need to adjust me with his hand on my left buttock, once again under my pants. I was then told to fill out a form saying that I was satisfied with his ministrations, to which I felt coerced into signing as I was still in shock from the inappropriate touches on my body. He also was very fast paced and when doing an adjustment he wouldn't give me time to relax my body for the adjustment. I am not at all happy with my experience with this chiropractor.

This is the best chiropractic place in the world. Him and his wife are really exceptional. They get the job done and they're cheaper by far with other chiropractic place's. I really love going to them they are god sent

I will never go here again. I threw out my back for the first time in my life and went in for an emergency adjustment the same day. I was told to come in right at three. I get there at 2:50 and someone gets there right after me and is taken in before me. I got helped around 3:30 and was leaving by 3:50 and was still charged for a 45 minute session. When he was ready to help me I went to the back room and he started asking me intake questions. He cut me off during several of my answers and then guessed my weight like a Jack ass. He then had me lay on the table on my stomach and he lifted my leggings and put his fingers on my tailbone to adjust me. Although I'm sure it was completely necessary to do so, he did not give me any warning whatsoever. If I had been a rape victim and then he had done that I can't imagine the trauma that would've caused. You can't put to your hand down someone's pants without some kind of warning. He didn't try to educate me on how I injured my back, how I should care for my back, he was very uninformative. I ended up going to a massage therapist who really helped me and I will never go to Carlile again and I won't be recommending it.

We have had 5 members of our family treated by Dr. Jon Carlile. He is like no other chiropractor! He spends a lot of time with each patient and uses psychics to solve the alignment problem. It is awesome and has solved several issues with friends and our family. It is worth the visit!!! We drive over 100 miles to see him and will continue to do so as long as we value our health!

Bad service. I will never go back to him ever, even if he is the last doctor in the world. Just to name a few, when I went to him I was in pain he did help me. But the problem with him he is greedy. He wanted to make more money so he told me that I had problems with my spine, so I needed to go and get 10 ex rays. I was kinda confused I never had problem with my back or my spine. But I thought maybe I do have a problem he is a doctor right. So I went and got 6 I didn't want to get that many. I went back at least 5 time's until he hurt me so bad that I was start crying from the pain. He said that was normal. Anyway before I start the adjustmen he was giving me a hospital robe to wear. Is that normal!!!. So I bring my son to be checked and he took someone else's paperwork and without looking at the name he wanted to start adjusting his neck. Before he started I told him my son does not have problems with his neck you better check your paperwork better. So he deside to look and guess what it was someone else's name. If I wasn't there( my son was 14 at the time) he probably will damage my son's neck. So I deside not to go again and for many other reasons. I talk to some of my friends who had similar experiences. So i give him 000000. Not worthy. This happened 10 year's ago.
