I recently injured my neck a third of the way through training for a marathon when a friend referred me to Dr. B and his team. I can't thank them enough for the experience. Dr. B took the time to listen to what was going on with my injury, my lifestyle and goals for getting better FAST--he made sure to fully explain his diagnosis and the game plan for relieving my literal "pain-in-the-neck". From my first visit, I felt immediate relief. Each time I visit, each member of the Bilan team makes a point to listen and work with their patients, whether it be scheduling or making sure they leave feel better than when they came in--even the doctor's pups do a good job at making sure you have company in the front office. As of today, I am up and running pain-free and I definitely know where I will be going from now on for chiropractic care!

For almost two weeks that I felt dizzy, neck pain and had bad headaches, the worst part was sometimes I could not even function. I went to see Dr. Bilan at Bilan Chiropractic for an adjustment. After only three adjustments the dizziness, neck pain and headache were completed gone. I can drive and no longer taking any sick leaves from work. I highly recommend Dr. Bilan at Bilan Chiropractic not only because he helps patients to heal quickly. It only took him three adjustments to treat me, it could take other chiropractors for weeks or even months to treat patients have such conditions like me. But also I found that all office staff at Bilan Chiropractic are genuinely care for patients well-being. They are extremely helpful, friendly, professional and effective.

I can’t express enough how thankful I am for Dr. Bilan and the entire staff at Bilan Chiropractic. From the moment I walked in the door, I felt like a part of the family. Dr. Bilan was highly recommended by several friends and after no relief from my previous chiropractor, and months of lower back pain, I decided to start treatment at Bilan. At my first appointment, Dr. Bilan sat with me and and asked about my history and what area I wanted to work on. From there, I was taken back for X-rays, then stem therapy (amazing!), and on to traction therapy. It was unlike my previous chiropractic experience so I was incredibly hopeful after just 30 minutes in the office! Dr. Bilan went over the X-rays with me, explaining the source of my pain, and how he could correct it. Still hesitant (but more hopeful than ever), he eased me into my first adjustment, explaining that it wouldn’t be instant relief but that following his specialized treatment plan would bring outstanding results. He was right! I returned daily for the same 15 minute stem therapy, 15 minute traction therapy, followed by adjustment, and after my 6th day the pain was completely gone! It’s incredible to have relief from pain that kept me from doing the simplest tasks. Each and every visit with Dr. Bilan is warm, personal, and specialized for the patient. He is a master of his craft, and an absolute joy to be around! The staff at Bilan is top notch, and I highly recommend anyone who has been leery of seeing a chiropractor to give Dr. Bilan a call, and tell them I sent you! Thank you Dr. B and the entire staff for taking such good care of me. I am forever grateful!

Got into a bad accident Dr.Daryl C took care of me. Great environment, front counter employees are awesome. Everyone there is super courteous and flexible, Dr Daryl took me in a few times without an appointment cause my neck and back was in pain after my accident. The only complaint I have is that every time I get a massage therapist I like and get used to they end up leaving. They do usually find good replacements though.

Another great visit with Dr. Adam's. Lower back and shoulders. In a few minutes I was good to go. Crack krakle pop. And a spring in my step. They even have a few office dogs to pet while you wait. Very short wait. ;)

I had finally arrived to my dream state of Alaska. I have had a life long love affair with all things outdoors. Unfortunately, my body was pretty beat up. I had suffered two major back injuries at the age of 16 and again at age 24. I have a total of 6 bad disc in my back. I have seen Chiropractors in the past but only when I suffered severe pain and loss of movement. Dr. Bilan convinced me that I needed regular visits to help with pain and improve movement and flexibility. I was feeling great! That is until I was bumped by a Dodge 2500 truck while crossing the street. I did not hit the windshield or get thrown. However, the truck did not stop until after he hit me. I was so devastated and in severe pain. I called Dr. Bilan's office and was able to get an appointment right away. I do not have any family here in Alaska. So the personal care and support given me by Dr. Bilan and his staff helped me to stay positive and keep moving. After 5-weeks of treatments, adjustments and massage I was elated to be back. I was able to walk 25 miles as a participant in 2016 Relay For Life! I cannot say enough. If you are suffering from long term chronic pain, make an appointment. The service here was good I walked away feeling better than I did arriving. But there was a billing issue. I asked the doctor to check with my insurance to make sure everything he intended to do was covered by my insurance. He said that all of my treatments would be covered and I would pay nothing but a co-pay. it appears as though he did not check because only one of the four procedures he performed was covered by my insurance on a single visit. My bill was over $1000 that's a far cry from a $20 co-pay. Needless to say I'm a little upset by this I refuse to pay for the fact he did not do what I instructed him to do this matter is going to collections and affected my credit. The doctor refuses to speak with me over this matter.

Dr. Bilan went above and beyond the call of duty to help me get my back feeling better. I was terribly uninterested in chiropractic treatments until my girlfriend begged me to go. I was laid up after hurting my back at work. The next day it was much worse and I couldn't get myself to the clinic (or off the floor!). Rather then let me cancel, he came to my house to get me off the floor and brought me to the clinic on his way to work. Couldn't believe he would do that! I'm sure I would still be missing work if I wasn't getting the therapy treatments and his adjustments. He takes exceptional care and caution figuring out the cause of the pain and the quickest way to get me back to normal. Very professional establishment! The clinic is very nice and clean. All of the staff is very friendly and professional. Highly recommend if you're ever having back or neck pain!

My husband hurt his back on Wednesday, had to get ambulance ride to mat su regional. They took radiographs and said there was nothing wrong and sent us home even though he still couldn't walk......got recommended to go to Dr Bilan. They took radiographs and then Dr Bilan went over them with us....turns out he has a pinched disk that was pinching a nerve. He got adjusted and was able to walk out of there standing up right. Absolutely amazing. I can't thank Dr Bilan enough!! I would recommend this place to everyone!

I've be soo happy and relieved since I found Mark Bilan at Bilan Chiropractic about 15 years ago! Without his care, I wouldn't be able to maintain my active lifestyle ~ filled with both motor sports and long distance triathlon and running. He takes care of the back, neck, and hip pain from all my hobbies. I also use to have constant nagging headaches but since going to Bilan they're a thing of the past. I love the level of care I get there, the extensive knowledge they have, the beautiful clinic, and the therapy beds are so relaxing. Jessica and the front staff are fabulous too. Everyone there has a great attitude and it's a very welcoming place to go. They make you feel like family! I highly recommend!!!
