The team at Arctic Chiropractic saved my sanity this week. I saw Dr. E for anxiety I was experiencing. He advised a low carb diet to even out my blood sugars. My anxiety was throwing off my cortisol levels. Then I saw Dr. Rick for accupuncture and was taught some breathing techniques. They took the time to get me and my mind clear and headed in the right direction. I have calmed way down and finally got 8 hours of sleep after a week of 3-5 hours of sleep a night. So thankful for this crew!!! I reccomend this clinic!

I have been coming to Dr Engelbrecht for at least 10 years. He is such a great chiropractor! He listens to me about my symptoms, he is extremely knowledgeable and professional is his diagnosis and treatment, and I always leave feeling so much better! Lighter and more maneuverable and so much less pain! He is also extremely knowledgeable about nutrition and it’s role in the body. He recommended that I change my diet and add in specific supplements, and that made a huge difference in my healing and overall health! I highly recommend Dr. Engelbrecht and his practice, and send all my friends here! ❤️

I've never had an appointment on time, every single time when I check in its "oh he's running just a little (15-30 minutes) late" and the hour massages are more like 45 minute massages. If you want to make an appointment be ready to wait 1-2 weeks for an availablity. The Chiropractor is through but the whole experience leaves me frusterated.

Dr. Modrell is awesome! The people are friendly and professional. I first went in when I was experiencing vertigo. Dr. Modrell didn't automatically schedule me for weekly adjustments. Instead, he gave me stretches and exercises I could do at home to help prevent further issues. I appreciate that they don't automatically assume you want or need to come in regularly, but rather they give you the freedom to choose.
