This place has ruined pizza for me. Okay, not really, I love all pizza. But no other place has pizza as great as this! I am always comparing it to Pizza Carrello. Even when we go out of town, I haven't had any pizza this amazing. We usually order a new flavor every time and they are all delicious. And I looooove their jalapeno poppers!!

Delicious wood fired Italian style pizza. Flavorful but not greasy, and they make the pizza right out in the dining area which is pretty cool. We sat at the bar and the bartender was great, too.

I really love the way Pizza Carrello came to be. I watched them start from a traveling fire oven usually parked where the retirement center is now, to a small shop on 14-16, to now their current place in Gillette literally right across from where I work so I can't complain. But when they say they started from the ground up they did, and they worked hard. The food is so fresh, the services is always kind with people who appear to love what they do, but really amazing flavors, truly, they nailed it. I recommend everything on their menu, but I am a fan of their Buffalo, WY Pizza, Sausage Bianco, their wraps, wings and the mushroom trio and cheese bread. Also dessert, the heavenly little sins. Also their homemade Shirley temples and no its not red dyed soda. Can you tell I eat here a lot? Seriously go test this out!

I was encouraged to go here by my hotel clerk. She did not steer me wrong. I had a chicken wrap. It was simply the best I have ever had. The tortilla was hand made, and wonderful! I wish I had the recipe. Fresh ingredients. Trust me, try this place!!!

The food, as always, is outstanding. The only issue was we chose to eat on patio, many flies and bees, had to take food home. Two things would help, wash tables as soon as open and possibly consider screening and maybe add fans to move air.

Amazing find in Gillette! Had a side salad with their homemade ranch...so good. Fresh spinach and cherry heirloom tomatoes made it top notch. The pizza is definitely the main attraction. This is my second visit and it didn't disappoint. Their crust is great...wood fired...soft while remaining crispy! Toppings are local and fresh. Had the "Smoke Signals" pizza: green chile sauce, a few meats and fresh cilantro. Great inventive combos. Can't wait to get back a third time!

Well this place is a pleasant surprise. Best pizza in Gillette WY. The toppings were not extraordinary or beyond generous, but more then adequate. The wood fired pizza oven adds a flavor that you can't miss. I would dream of a little more cheese and some extra toppings, but that might make this greasy and obserd (heaven forbid!). A bit to pricey but look where you are on a map and the conclusion is obvious. A nice place to grab some dough and a beer, albeit expensive, but very pleasant. Staff was very average, but not boorish. Very nice little place (almost Oasis like?) in a place so far from every where.

I love the atmosphere, you can watch them prepare and bake the food in the middle of the restaurant or through the glass to the back. They feature many different beers on tap as well as a few bottled. The wood fired pizza is amazing. The ingredients always taste fresh!

San Marzano tomatoes! Wood oven! Soft chewy crust! Need I say more? Oh, I will! Seriously outstanding pizza. I have eaten pizza all over the country and this is in my top five. The all of appetizer is really good. I even would roast to their coffee which was amazingly smooth. I can’t say enough about this place.

Must go! Best pizzeria within 50 miles! Truly, their bread is incredible. Highly recommend the spinach & artichoke dip and the Margarita pizza. We got the cinnamon roll bites last time and they were incredible. You really can’t go wrong here.

Delicious! Not a cheap place to eat, but if you want cheap pizza - there are other places. Service was amazing even though they were packed. We had wings, cheese bread and their 'chicken bacon ranch' pizza. The dill pickle flavored wings were amazing! Cheese bread - on par with other cheese coated breads. The pizza however, was awesome!

This place is very busy as it’s a fantastic establishment. You can taste the freshness in the ingredients and you have to respect a kitchen that is centered in the middle of the restaurant for everyone to see. Great atmosphere and I love the ambiance. It’s pricey but worth every penny. Get you some spicy raspberry chicken wings.

Fantastic pizza, the crust and ingredients were top notch. Also had a peach salad, with balsamic vinegar and fresh mozzarella cheese, plus fresh basil. As good as the peach salad was the star was still the pizza. Interesting number of pizza choices. All sounded worth a try.

Their food is good but I like my pizza without cream cheese and in all their pizza they have cream cheese. The mushrooms they serve are just amazing. They have cheese on them and you get 3 big mushrooms. On one you get pepperoni, the other sausage, and the last with peppers.

The lady that seated us was very cordial. Our waiter was Eric. Polite, knowledgeable and good at up selling. All staff was polite and treated us like there was no one else in the restaurant. The pizza is pretty good and the customer service is friendly. I was also craving chocolate dessert and was skeptical to try the nutella calzone (because it had cream cheese in it)... but I did and it was good!! You should definitely give it a try. Kinda tastes like an intense nutella crepe.

We took family for birthdays. Carrello platter was great again. We have been missing the prosciutto though. We got Dill pickle wings, The Roman Holiday and Pesto Pepperoni. All was delicious. We also got The Raspberry Dream pizza for dessert. I would suggest ordering that when your food arrives. Tony was super friendly and helpful. Best place in town.

I personally am not a fan of thin crust or wood fired pizza however they do a great job. They also offer a good bar area with decent alcohol selection including the mead brewed on site which is FANTASTIC. Bar has a good atmosphere with TVs for events. Eating area service is generally good but it is a popular location so they can be busy at times. The prices seem high but they have a very unique menu so it's a least justified.

Called back tried to finish order and then got put on hold again. Then was told they had to deal with face to face customers before call in. Finally hung up.

Pizza Carello is absolutely spectacular. The pizza is among the top 3 best I've ever had, and I travel for work so I've eaten at a lot places around the country. I would go so far as to call this place a "destination" restaurant. That is, it's so good it factors into my decision making on travel routes and where to stay on my journeys. It's worth going out of your way just to eat here.

Busy night, especially for a Wednesday. They got the wife and I seated quickly though. New server being trained is getting good experience. She did very well and her mentor handled her part very professionally. My first visit here and will DEFINITELY be back. Thanks to all the staff. Oh and I asked for sweet tea and they said they didn't have it but could make it - those who know that is usually a BIG fail. Not these ladies, perfect-O!

Visiting from Indiana. Discovered place on first night and had to go back later in the week. Attentive staff! Mushroom Trio appetizer is shareable and delicious. Wings are excellent, had the dry rub. A little peppery but just removed skin for my 3 year old. She ate 3 then wanted to chew on the bones! Pizza is so good, especially when the edges are nice and brown. Had the Davida, very tasty! Nice place!

One of my favorite places to eat in Gillette. Good pizza and great wings. The desserts are amazing and they have a great selection of beer, wine, and spirits. Good atmosphere as well. They close earlier than most restaurants though so be sure to get there before 9.

Great pizza! They don't just have ordinary pizza either. They have typical pepperoni but some really fun combos as well. I had the firecracker pizza and it was wonderful. Cream cheese, mozzarella, bacon,jalapenos,cilantro and lime. So good. A bit pricey, but worth every penny. The staff is very welcoming and kind as well! Great place to eat!
