The food and the service at The Cottage is always above average, they would be getting all 5 stars from me except they are rarely open. They're only open for a few hours each day, and were closed the Monday after Thanksgiving...4 days later for 'the holidays.' Great business, I just wish the owners were a bit more dedicated.

We had lunch here because our first choice restaurant closed down but none of us were sad about that after walking in the door. This restaurant is in an old house and the inside is so homey and welcoming. We were seated in the sun room and presented with a plate of yummy muffins upon arrival. We all ordered sandwiches and either soup or salad. It was hard to make a decision as everything sounded wonderful. Everything was great, including the service.

had them several times as catering service which convinced me I had to go for a visit in person. very nice staff who were attentive to needs and worked hard. food is not the largest portions but it's top quality! will happily reviled recommend to locals and visitors

Happened to get a recommendation for this place while in Casper and Wow! The inside is beautifully decorated and service was amazing. I ordered the Picasso pannini with the craisin and feta salad. I ate every bite way before my tablemates finished. This is definitely a place to check out when looking for lunch in Casper.

I ordered boxed lunches for a meeting of 14. The boxed lunches consisted of Roasted Red Pepper Turkey: Lean sliced turkey breast, Swiss cheese, and sprouts with a mild red pepper mayo. Chicken Salad Sandwich: Cubed chicken breast mixed with celery, dressed in mayo with crunchy cucumbers and sprouts. Dilly Hamwich: shaved ham with cheddar cheese and creamy dill mayo-topped with sprouts. There was also fruit with cottage cream and cake. The lunch was absolutely delicious and well worth the money. Great service too. Thank you Cottage Cafe for a wonderful experience.

I've rated 2 stars due to the rude manner in which I was treated. This place is not a place I would recommend going if you have small children, and that was how I was treated. The food was very good and the price was not bad. That being said the environment was cramped and crowded. I was settled at a both table. And there was so many decorations placed all around like small statues, books, trays, plants, vases, candles etc. that my 1 year old wanted to touch and move and look at it all. I spend much of my meal telling her no, due to the highchair they provided being broken in such a way I couldnt use it for fear it would fall apart if anyone way to use it. It's fine if you like eating a meal in someone's antique/junk shed. I will have to think very hard twice before going back there again. I truly wish I wasn't made to feel unwelcome and trouble by the staff there, It's a shame!!!!

Delicious and amazing food. The setting is quaint and the decorations are fun and give it a unique atmosphere. Probably not a great place for kids. Hours are restricted so make sure you know when to go. Service was good and quick.
