Zuppa"s Café was surprising in its menu choices. I expected Italian soups and pastas. They had that and some more interesting options as well. The prices were high. If I go back we will split an entree. The portions were large.

We chose Zuppas as our caterer for our wedding this Fall. To put it simply, everyone loved the food! We had numerous options to choose from which made it a little difficult due to their amazing options which is a nice problem to have. They showed up early and had everything on the table looking great in plenty of time for the reception. Penny was very timely with email responses making planning less stressful! Great choice in the fox valley for catering!

Wow. I am so glad that Zuppa’s was suggested to me. It looks unassuming from the outside, but inside there are many delicious options. The service was great as well! The grilled cheese is served with a cup of tomato basil soup and chips, and you can tell that they’re both homemade. I couldn’t pass up getting one of the incredible desserts as well, and the Oreo brownie did not disappoint. I will most definitely be returning!

Delicious, fresh prepared menu options. Zuppa's is always busy at the lunch hour, and is easily the most popular lunch time option in Neenah. The vegetables are grown locally, everything is seasoned beautifully. Generous portions, amazing desserts. A little pricy, but you truly receive quality prepared and delicious meals every time. You won't go wrong here, none of that greasy fast food so prevelant elsewhere. I heartily recommend their lobster bisque, too!

Absolutely delightfully wonderful!!! They had plenty of staff to accommodate customers. The food was great! What a great & slightly different menu from the norm. I loved the mac-n-cheese, bbq pulled pork & the brownie. I give a 4 star only because this was my first time so I need to see if the service stays the same before I can give 5 star.

Penny from Zuppa's was amazing to work with for our wedding catering! From our first contact to our last, Zuppa's was one of our easiest vendors to work with. During our tasting, we were able to sample a variety of dishes, each one even more delicious than the last. It was a no-brainer for us to book Zuppa's! The number of options with the menu and flexibility of substituting items out for another was amazing. We were able to customize the menu exactly to our tastes. Penny was always extremely fast to respond, assisted with our menu requests and answered all of our questions. We always felt like we had very personalized service from her! On our wedding day the staff was prompt, the food was delicious and we had no problems. Many of our guests raved about the food choices. We would highly recommend Zuppas's and Penny to all future brides and grooms!

I was so excited to finally try Zuppas. Not very impressed -the lobster bisque was very bland and left a terrible after taste. My warm pear salad was missing the nuts, but otherwise pretty tasty. My daughter had the Mac n cheese and loved it, but the tomato basil soup again was very bland. Very pricey for the mediocre food and service.

Clean, comfy, food was good. Bathroom was average but needed to be cleaned. Be prepared to pay about $30 for a sandwich, 2 small side dishes,a small soup and a beverage including a couple dollar tip for walking through the cafeteria style serve station. Like i said, food was good, place comfy, bathroom needed some cleaning. I will go there if friends really want to go but too pricey for what i got.

Me and the woman figured we were going to try somewhere new and decided on zuppas. We had asked if they had all the items on their menu like the online, we were told yes by their manager. They didn't have what the girlfriend wanted and instead of a Cuban pork sandwich I got a regular pork. That's fine whatever but all this plus 2 drinks and a cup of soup was 30 dollars. 2 very bland sandwiches (one drenched in bbq) and a ham and cheese with 1 slice of tomato and 3 small pieces of onion she added. Neither of us wanted to eat the other half of our food and she wouldn't even eat 2 spoonfuls of the tomato soup. I. Her words " tomato paste, water, and oregano" the manager gave us a half refund which was fine because we did eat some of the food, just found it ridiculous it was 30 bucks and neither of us wanted to eat any of it.

Zuppas is always an amazing place to grab a bite to eat. The menu ranges from pastas and paninis to fresh salads made to order. The deli selections are fresh and delicious also and it would be wrong of me not to mention that they have amazing baked goods made in house as well. The setup is "upscale cafeteria". You go to the counter and order and either get your food right away or they bring it to wherever you sit. The staff is friendly and always helpful.

Great food and fast....avoid at 12:00 to 1.. the main course prepared each day is a must have if you are not picky. This has never disappointed me after over 20 some meals. Always exceptional. Great soups to. A little on the pricy side but well worth it for each meal. Dinner is usually slow lunch is a little crazy for me. Highly recommend to anyone. Great selection. Just a few of my favorites were. Ravioli Steak tacos are awsome. Meatloaf and i dont even like meatloaf. All a must try... always ask what they recommend.

I love Zuppas delicious salads, soups, sandwiches and macaroni and cheese. The servings are generous and made with high qaulity ingredients. There are always interesting specials, flavors you would never put together yourself. You could eat there everyday for a month and never eat the same thing twice. Also love the desserts, if you love creme brulé, make sure to try theirs. Many delicious desserts. Staff is quick and friendly, the owner is often on the front lines serving and directing staff. If you go at noon you may have a little bit of a wait, they are popular for a reason.

We are biking in the area so stopped in for the first time yesterday. This is a very stylishly laid out place. You zip right through in cafeteria style. They don't have a huge selection but wholly sufficient for a great lunch. My wife got the beet salad. She thought it was wonderful. I got the trio chicken salad. I am a fan of Curry, and one of the chicken salads was Curry. So I liked it a lot. They have a pleasant and sprightly staff who have an air of confidence in knowing they are doing their job well. It was a perfect day so the outdoor seating was ideal. I noticed a lot of people had various kinds of sandwich and soup and salad plates, and they all seemed to be enjoying them. Highly recommend that you give this place a try. Reasonable prices.

This is one of the most unique places in the area, with extremely tastey dishes made with fresh food. They have food options you won't see anywhere else, but they also make hearty dishes that fill you up and then some. Every time I go I have a hard time deciding what to get because everything looks so good. Amazing desserts as well. Only downside is the hours of operation on the weekend.

Super hyped and I had a terrible experience. Lunchroom style ordering; free-for-all seating. I ordered a Tomato Basil soup, and wild rice with meatballs. The soup was so salty I could not eat it; others in my group tried it and agreed. The wild rice was salty but still enjoyable, meatballs and gravy good. Others in the group group ordered BBQ and roasted chicken; the chicken was still pink and looked undercooked. Was this a bad day for Zuppa? Certainly wasn't a good first impression for my group. I will try again and verify.

I decided to try Zuppas for the first time today but didn't have enough time to eat there so I called ahead of time with 3 separate orders for my co-workers and I. When I arrived there was a long line and so I went up to the cashier to ask if I needed to wait at the end of the line and she kindly said no and proceeded to let me pay for my orders. The owner then approached us and said "This is why we don't like take-out orders, it holds up the line. There's a line out the door every day." I couldn't believe he was saying this to me as I'm paying for my food. I was so caught off guard that I just said "I didn't know that." I thought it was rude for him to say that and also thought maybe they should get another cash register to accommodate the take-out orders.

Zuppas is definitely one of the best restaurants in the Fox Valley.Their sandwiches and soups are incredible. Very unique menu and you can tell their staff is very detail oriented. Don't even get me started on their desserts. It's a great place to meet people for business lunches or to bring the family. They also have a private dining area and do catering as well. Highly recommend checking this place out!

Undercooked grocery store food. Pinini and Chicken pasta cost me $24.56 at Zuppas but at home could make it for $13 AND FULLY COOKED. I actually have FOOD POISONING from the undercooked chicken and pasta. BEWARE. Would never refer this to a friend and will never come back. Don't go to Zuppas unless u want stomach cramps and pain from their lack of care for food.

My wife and I stop here for lunch and food is terrific. They have gluten free homemade potato chips and a wide variety of gluten free sandwiches. The staff here are very friendly and happy to assist you as soon as you walk in.
