We booked Upstairs Downstairs Catering for our wedding and everything turned out perfectly! During the tasting, the food was excellent and Kayla answered all of the questions we had to make sure everything was perfect our for big day. We were able to have our wedding day be stress free because everything was planned out ahead of time. The food was hot & delicious, the staff was professional & excellent, and the price was worth it!! Highly recommend!

Absolutely fantastic! Dan was great to work with. Very easy going, accommodating, willing to answer all questions (no matter how crazy they may be or how many times he has answered them before), and patient. We heard so many compliments on the food and service for our September 24 wedding at the Century Barn. And given that all of the food needed to be cooked and then transported, the compliments are all the more deserved! We would highly recommend Upstairs Downstairs for any catering needs.

Great experience for our wedding! Great food with lots of compliments from guests. Their staff was excellent -- quick, fun, and somehow magically seemed to be everywhere (i.e., nobody waited for stuff). They were easy to work with. Would recommend!

Upstairs Downstairs did an amazing job catering our rehearsal dinner and wedding. Both meals were perfect and got many compliments from our guests! We worked with Dan during the planning, he was very helpful, organized and fun to work with. Their customer service really sets them apart from other catering companies. We knew that we wouldn't have to worry about a thing the day of the wedding because Dan had thought of every last detail and gone over everything with us beforehand. The staff was very professional, accommodating and friendly. They made sure everything was well stocked at all times and everything went so smoothly. We couldn't have asked for a better experience for our wedding and highly recommend Upstairs Downstairs Catering!

People remember three things from your wedding: Music, Drinks, and Food. Upstairs Downstairs did an absolutely amazing job on that last one for my wife and I. Their service was excellent and the food was top notch and consistent (I didn't hear a single complains from any of our 157 guests). The entire process, from first meeting, through tastings, detail meetings, our endless questions and tweaks, all the way through our big day was fantastic. Kayla put us at ease, and had plenty of very useful advice and experience to share. I STRONGLY recommend working with these folks. We do not regret it one bit.

We had Upstairs Downstairs cater our wedding over the weekend and words cannot express how wonderful everything was from our first phone call with Rick to picking-up our leftovers the day after. There are no words to express our happiness in choosing Upstairs Downstairs to cater our wedding. From the minute we met Dan, we felt as though we were in good hands. He listened to us, answered all of our questions, told a lot of funny stories, and above all the food was amazing. Dan answered every question we had along the way, answering our emails usually within a day. The staff on the day of the event were extremely professional and it's not often that wedding guests rave about the quality of the food long after the cake has been served. I would recommend Upstairs Downstairs Catering to anyone and if the need ever arises, will use them again, hands down.

The guests meals were fantastic as well as our late night snacks - all of our guests enjoyed everything! We investigated a few local caterers before deciding on Upstairs Downstairs for our wedding. From the time we contacted them for information through to the end of the event, they were a pleasure to work with. Throughout the planning, Kayla was always extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and quick to answer any questions. We were offered a tasting during our first meeting with Kayla and everything was delicious. As our wedding neared, she was always following up and making sure there was nothing else that we needed as we finalized all the details. On the day of the event, the staff showed up on time, setup quickly, and were ready to think on the fly to make a few last minute adjustments. Kayla stopped by to check on everything and assist with the service. The food was all just as delicious and fresh as it was for our tasting. I would highly recommend Upstairs Downstairs for any of your upcoming events.

Dan was an absolute pleasure to work with, the food was fantastic, and everyone just raved about their staff. We loved how they were willing to help out and not up-charge us for every little thing. They also worked with us to help us stay within our budget. And throughout the whole process, Dan was extremely understanding, accommodating and responsive. I had a small gathering in my home for about 40 people. It was a pleasure working with Rhonda, she helped me create the perfect menu and make the event stress free.
