Sazs just catered my wedding and it was excellent. The food tasted JUST like the tasting - delicious. I went off menu and did not order your typical "wedding" food. We did a southern theme and selected from their summer BBQ menu and the winter menu and it was awesome. The St. Louis ribs and the BBQ seasoned chicken pieces were juicy and fall of the bone yummy! I had more guest comment on how good the 4 cheese Mac and Cheese was...so that in my book is a winner too! We did the ranch beans with andouille sausage, the brussels with extra bacon (THANKS KATIE), and the roasted fingerling potatoes with with a cheese sauce that was well, divine! I would 110% recommend ANY OF THESE items to any bride that wants a southern flair kind of meal!!!

Sazs wasn’t just a caterer for our wedding... their amazing food and exceptional service was a highlight of the night for our guests. Seriously, people RAVED about how much they enjoyed dinner. We decided to do a few stations of various cuisine that reflected places my wife and I have lived throughout our relationship. All our guests had so much fun jumping around to different stations to try everything! And the food was INCREDIBLE. The fried chicken was out of this world. Katie was so wonderful to plan the night with and really went above and beyond with some of the details. It was so great to have piece of mind that they would take care of everything... especially with how stressful the last few weeks/days of planning can be. Sazs exceeded all of my expectations. They’re really the only area caterer I can honestly recommend with full confidence.

Catered our wedding, omg best food at a wedding ever for our dinner! I cannot stress enough how great the garlic mashed potatoes were. We got so many complements on the food and in particular the potatoes and beef short ribs. We did the late night snack option, I was disappointed. We had a few complaints that the mozzarella sticks were not very good and the food was taken down before everyone got some. I did get to try the pork sliders and they were great!

We used Saz's for our wedding, and they were a dream to work with! Some of our other vendors were less reliable, but we never panicked because it was so clear that Katie and the Saz's team were holding everything together. We used the casual menu and our guests raved about the barbeque-themed meal we had as a result. Some of the food was even better at the wedding than at the tasting (and it was good then too)! Service was exceptional both beforehand and on the night of (servers even paired up with our older guests to assist them with the buffet, and held small children so parents could get their meal). We are SO HAPPY we chose Saz's and cannot recommend them highly enough.

Ed from Saz's was very helpful and patient with slight menu changes. Angela, who brought the food and set up everything was very friendly, accommodating and timely. The food was delicious-we received many compliments from guests on the turkey, potatoes, yams, pumpkin or pecan pies and even the root vegetables and corn bread was the best ever. I would just suggest a different dressing for the beet broccoli slaw.

My husband and I got married in Milwaukee at The Ivy House this past April 2019 and couldn’t be happier with the service and food Saz’s provided. Michelle and her team were outstanding. We have heard multiple times now from our guests that the food at our wedding was the best wedding food they had ever had. The biggest hit was the cheddar and chive mash potatoes… AMAZING! Not only did our guests comment on the food but also on how helpful and professional the serving staff was. Michelle did a great job of setting up our expectations of how the big day would go and easily exceeded them. We very highly recommend Saz’s for any and all catering needs! YUM

This review is for the To-Go Thanksgiving offered by Saz's Catering: O.M.G. It was GREAT! The whole experience, from initial inquiry (Austin was responsive and friendly), to payment (credit card over the phone to reserve and later pay for the meal), to pick-up (no real signage at the catering location, but we still found it just fine), to the food itself was AMAZING! All of the traditional offerings were done up *right*. No weird margarine or anything chemically tasting; just good, old-fashioned flavors. We've tried several to-go Thankgiving meals around the area, and this one is by far the best quality and quantity of food for the best price (around $20/person for eight people). We're definitely doing this deal again next year! Thanks to Saz's for helping us focus on hanging out with our family!

I wish I could give less than one star....... We were guests at a wedding that had Saz's cater the dinner, Awful. It was the worst food I have ever had. The plates going back to the kitchen all had food on them. We had chosen the beef, it was two chunks of over done meat that tasted like dry pot roast, there was a small dab of mashed potatoes and about 5 pieces of burnt roasted veggies. I am sorry that the couple paid for such terrible food.
