Wait staff has changed a lot. Waitress had to be waved down to get what we needed instead of coming to check on what we needed. Fish fry was ok, was better in the past. Not sure I will go back except maybe to have a drink at the bar.

So, went in for the 1st time with my kids. No where to eat except the bar. The "hall" was closed. So anyways, you have to place your order with the bartender. So waiting at the crowded bar with 2 hungry kids for 20 minutes while the bartenders keep filling beers and drinks & don't even glance at me (while I stare them down the entire time) Pissed! How rude!!!! Go ahead, serve the alcoholics! I'll take my business elsewhere and never come here!

Went here for a baby shower. Nice size room with bathrooms just for those in the party. Bar center to two party rooms. I would use this place again. Might have been a higher rating, except that the bathrooms were pretty small. But they were clean.

I rate Pat's Oak Manor a 5 star...Not because it's the best place with the best food and the best staff....(Although they do have good staff). Pat's is a staple of the city of South Milwaukee...any long term resident has been there for a luncheon, Bday, or some type of function. They have hall space, reasonably priced drinks, shots/shot specials, and there food during the functions are bot half bad....Stop in and see for yourself!!

Absolutely Outstanding! Our first time there for the fish fry, and it couldn't have been better. Staff was incredibly helpful, everyone was happy, and the service was excellent. Beer was fresh, coleslaw was fresh, and the bread was nice and fluffy. Fish was cooked to perfection. Not soggy or over done. My wife said her pizza was very good. The staff was very friendly with my 6mo boy. He let out one little cry and it was nothing but smiles. The live musician even played a lullaby tune and got a few laughs. Definitely coming back and bringing plenty of friends in the near future! I usually only review one extreme or the other, and this place was fantastic!

We have hosted 3 parties here and the staff has been nothing but rude every time. They will have an attitude with you about anything you need for basic accommodations, it is not welcoming. I would suggest somewhere else for your party needs.

Ordered beer batter cod friday night fish fry as a carryout for the 1st time and it was absolutely delicious! Potato pancakes remind me of grandmas! Fish was nice and crispy, white and flaky inside. It had a mellow taste.....not overly fishy or deep fry oily. Price is great for what you get. We are definitely returning! Will also be trying other menu items. Lady who took my order was courteous and friendly. Pick up and payment was a breeze.

My husband and I honestly did not get a chance to try the food. Although we have heard the food here is delicious! We were ignored for the duration of our visit even though I made eye contact with the bartender/waitress, we grabbed our own menus and my husband also stood up at the bar. No one ever said hello or anything. We were ignored . We then just left. That's ok because BW3's was open.

Fish wasn't that hot, must have had it under heating lamp awhile, when reordered, second serving was much better, moist and hot without being over cooked. Potatoes pancakes were bearly warm.

Probably would give 5 stars but took forever just to order when it wasn't particularly busy around 415ish. Waitress said she was having problems with the electronic device she uses to take orders. Ok. Still, probably sat 20 minutes after told would be right back. Oh well. Otherwise wasn't bad.

Great Friday fish fry, truly one of the south sides best. Daily specials and happy hour. I came for burger Wednesday $2.50 1/4lb burger with fries in 2019! Excellent food and value for money. Check this place out.

Been going here since our wedding. Great bartending, to say the least. They make one of the greatest burgers and have a $2 special for them on Wednesdays. Tuesdays, good bone-in and boneless wings; Thursday, okay tacos; Friday, yummy fish. I can't beat the prices or the service.

Phenomenal fish fry..ordered all you can eat...had 3 pieces cod, 2 potatoe pancakes, nice portion coleslaw. Kat bartender was kind enough to switch our orders to the regular after realizing that was all we could eat! Everything was excellent from service, cocktails to food. No wonder why place always jammed! Loved it!

I am a frequent costumer here. My brother even had is wedding reception here. The food is great, and a great price. Friday fish frys are a must try (all u can eat for 10$). Only bad thing is the service. It's extremely slow and not very courteous. They don't check up on you and your food, or ask if you want more when you buy all you can eat, they will just give you the check.

Fish fry was great. I had French onion soup and walleye. Soup was rich and yummy, I'll order it again next time. Service was not stellar, but the server bought us a round of drinks to compensate, and it did.

My brother and I came here to kill some time one night. Little did we know that we were in for the greatest bar experiences of lives. I don't remember the bartender's name, but he is a living legend. He was both good at making drinks as well as an amazing entertainer. Whoever that man was, he made the bar a better place for everyone there. There was a short period when things seemed to have died down and then all you heard were the clinking of glass bottles in a very familiar pattern. Suddenly from the corner of the bar a man in taunting but playful voice "Warriors...come out and plaaayyy!" Sure enough, it was the bartender making a reference everyone loved. It was like he had known us for years and was making references that only a close friend knew we would would love. Hats off to you Pat's Oak Manor bartender, whoever you are, you truly are a legend. And yes the drinks were good.

I came here on a Tuesday night, for the first time, with my hubby and 5yo son for the 40cent wing special. Plenty of free street parking. Upon walking in, there's a huge bar, and doesn't "look" kid-friendly. Walk a little further, to a back area. There are a few video games, a pool table, a dart board - with pub-height tables- and it's private. Just enough for kids 5+. There's also a banquet area with shorter tables beyond that. The wings were GREAT!! We expected tiny ones for that price, but they were BIG, with a 50/50 mix of dummies/flats. No extra charge for dressing or celery. Wait time was good 20 min. Felt like 30min. with a 5yo.. Lol. Delicious, nonetheless. We ordered with the very friendly bartender. Total bill was very reasonable! Will definitely be back! P. S. There's also a $5 off $30 purchase coupon in Clipper magazine.
