This is the first time I've used a caterer and it was for a grad party. I just picked what I wanted to have served from their extensive selection, called it in, and they pretty much took if from there. They showed up on time and had it set-up in minutes. I did the taco bar and it was very fresh and good. I also received compliments from guests on how good it was. The food tasting great is obviously the most important thing, but response time and reliability is a very close second!

Also I wanted to acknowledge the awesome staff! They set everything up quickly, were helpful throughout dinner and even packed up leftovers for us! Seriously if I ever need catering again this is who I will call!

Had Charlie's Catering for our wedding and everything was absolutely fantastic! I wish i would have taken pictures of the food.. The buffet looked like a million dollars! SO MUCH FOOD! The food was amazing! For me, a sure sign of food quality is when the steamed veggies are fresh, not previously frozen and then thawed. That was the case with our veggies. Even the mashed potatoes tasted like the ones my nana made <3 Would highly recommend Charlie's Catering to everyone! Thank you, Charlie, for making our day so special ^_^

We used for a 6am company meeting. Had breakfast burrito's , hashbrowns and pastries. Everyone loved it. They were very receptive to our 5:45am delivery time and detailed. We will definitely use them again.

We had Charlie's cater our wedding, we got so many compliments!!! All night and days later we were still getting compliments. The tenderloin medallions and cheesy potatoes were the fan favorite but everything was great including the appetizers we had later in the day

I have recently used Charlie's Catering to provide breakfast for my teachers in recognition of Teacher/Staff Appreciation Week. The person who took my order was very pleasant and accommodating. The food was hot and arrived on time (7:00AM). The woman who delivered the food was very friendly and quickly set up the food The teachers were thrilled and thanked me for the delicious breakfast. I will definitely use Charlie's Catering for future events.
