Would definitely recommend! The front of house manager is awesome and was extremely attentive! My water glass was never empty! He had delicious suggestions for drinks when we were indecisive and was very accommodating. Also had an excellent sense of humor! We will definitely be coming back due to his welcoming customer service (and the food)! Keep up the excellent work!

Such an amazing place! They have a wide assortment of wood fired pizzas for all tastes. They also have a beer and wine selection and can even make a mixed drink for you. I sincerely don’t think I have had a bad pizza from here. Highly recommend the broken basil sticks!!

Never been disappointed. They have many unique pizzas. During the week they have a lunch pizza buffet and usually have at least one unique pizza. We keep getting the chicken artichoke one. It's delicious. Two adults will definitely polish off one of their pizzas and could probably eat a salad as well. The sauce has just a hint of heat to keep it interesting. The pizza is hand tossed crust consistency, ends up pretty thin but not crispy. The outer crust is nice and pillowy. They are usually quick. Service is friendly and attentive. If you go there regularly I'm sure you would get to know them. We go there pretty rarely and they recognize us. Kid friendly. Kind of small so on music nights or weekends you might not get a table. Very nice cozy casual atmosphere.

Great food and service!! Usually get your pizza within a few minutes. They take great pride in the cleanliness and look of the restaurant. I always feel like they care about you and take the time to answer your questions and are knowledgeable about the drink options. Both dinner and lunch have been excellent! Johnny is great!

Went twice during a three day trip in Neenah! I got the buffet the second time and was blown away! I knew from the earlier visit that the pizza was good but the buffet opened up a whole new level. The staff was cranking out quality pizzas at an incredible pace. Everything was very flavorful the ambiance with the wood fire oven was another added plus.

Fantastic gourmet artisan pizzas! They not only taste amazing but look great! The staff is really friendly and outgoing and not afraid to make recommendations. They offer free samples of their on tap brews if you are undecided on what beer to drink. Be prepared, though. All pizzas are the same size and enough for one person (or two if you and your co-diner aren't that hungry). The cheapest pizza is the base of a build your own and they start at nine bucks, so it's not the cheapest place to eat. But the flavor!!! Mmmmmmm....it's worth it!

This was my first visit. I like the building and the design of the restaurant. It's very clean and contemporary. The quality of ingredients and flavors was impressive. The menu has a huge variety of pizzas to try. My wife and I ordered pepperoni broken sticks as an appetizer. They were good but not particularly special. If you're planning to order pizza, I would skip these because they are pretty redundant. For pizza, I ordered a BTP Classic and my wife got Velvet Blues. We both loved the foldable thin crust and robust flavors. The wood fired dough is delicious. When considering portion size, we both finished our pizzas and we're not large people. They seem about right for a single portion of you brought an appetite, maybe sharable if you like small portions. Finally, there is an ice cream bar (serving Chocolate Shoppe brand) attached for some fun dessert options. Recommended.

The menu is very unique! Everything we ordered was amazing, and was ready in 20 minutes! The person we picked up from was friendly and fast - my 2 favorite qualities in a customer service provider! The prices are high for the amount of food (all pizzas are 14 inch and cost as much as a large with 3+ toppings at a chain pizza restaurant), but as a treat it is a must try!

Great service. The pizzas were well above average but the highlight of the meal was the Basil Broken Bread. I could have made a meal of that alone. It was nice to have a marinara sauce on a pizza that actually had some flavor and spice in it. Makes me want to see what their other sauces are like. I will go back. Might even stop this week to try the lunch buffet.

I used to love going here. At my recent trip on a Thursday afternoon the customer service was non existant. There were 6 employees working and we were told they didnt have a server that day and we would have to get our own silverware and drinks and order at the register, even though there was only one table with 2 people. Weird but we are capable. Then we ordered a breadstick appetizer but received my friends pizza first then 10 minutes later or breadsticks came and another 10 min later my pizza came. The food did not taste as good or fresh as the last time either. I understand I dont know how their company needs to be run or how many employees are needed for tasks but compared to the other 2 times I have been here this was obsurd. I give 2 stars because I have been here before and had outstanding customer service. This day was terrible. I hope they can turn this around but I will not be returning.

I haven’t had pizza this good since Cafe Porta Alba in Madison. Was on the fence about visiting Broken Tree or Cannova’s and I definitely am not disappointed in my choice. Place looked super cool inside, super busy, but never felt like we had to wait. Great beer selection, energetic and friendly wait staff, oh and then there’s the pizza...... WOW. So many phenomenal ones to choose from! I was happy to take leftovers of my “Pete-Za” home just so I could experience it again the next day. HIGHLY recommended right in the heart of downtown Neenah.

Great time at Broken Tree. Very family friendly, great pizza, interesting beer on tap. Staff was all very friendly. We had a selection of pizzas and while none were the best we'd ever had all were very good and I'd say the best we've had in the Fox Valley (I'm a sucker for wood fired pizza though.) 6 taps weren't a huge selection but all 6 were interesting and provided a good selection. We'll definitely be back soon.

The pizza's were very good and the waitstaff attentive to our needs. The reason for 3 stars was the kid's meal. We ordered Mac & Cheese for our 2 year old, which came with apple sauce and milk. Price was steep at $7 but figured it was quality mac and cheese--we were wrong. The mac and cheese was at best boxed stuff you get at store for $0.75. Would like to rate higher but the kid's meal really felt like a rip-off.

One of the best Pizza Places in Neenah. They have a pizza buffet every Monday-Friday from 11am-2pm. Very good variety of pizzas and also a good quantity. They also offer a salad bar during this. They also have take out pizzas which are a great value for some fantastic food. All of their pizzas are wood fired in a custom stove which makes the crust fantastic. The building is easy to get to, extra parking in the back, located within one of Neenahs old shopping centers. I would recommend anyone who likes pizza to try out Broken Tree!

Edit - after visiting the restaurant more recently, I wanted to change my review and let all know that improvements were made and my last visit was awesome! Glad to have a place like this in Neenah! Previous review: I hope the owner sees this. I’ve ordered delivery from here a few times and have done the Buffett. The food is always good, never had a problem there. For those that complain about the toppings during the buffet, I am betting they skimp our due to the low price. If so, I feel they should change that and simply charge more. If that’s not the case, then quality control needs to be better. Also, I have an issue with some of the staff. They seem very unprofessional. I saw one gal with long hair handling dough with no hair tie or net. They also don’t wear any type of uniform and the one gal was wearing a sweatshirt that said something similar to “anti social club”. You’re in customer service - I don’t care what you serve or what services you provide - find staff who is happy to be there and wants to promote your brand. I manage a computer service department and it’s not easy, but if my guys wore that kind of clothing or handled a circuit board without proper equipment, they’d be reprimanded and the behavior would need to change. I really like the food and the atmosphere here, but the leadership should step it up a bit and demand more of their staff, or I’m afraid this place will be a dream short lived.

It was not good and won't go back. Went there for the first time. No to go menus and the website is hard to read the pictures of the menu they post. When I mentioned to cashier he shrugged his shoulders and said he had nothing to do with the online site. I ordered the kids pizza combo for our daughter and even though description said 1 to 2 toppings, I was charged extra for both toppings. The regular side pizza wasn't much bigger but they charge more of course. Both were pretty blackened and tasted burnt. We've had wood fire pizza before so wasn't impressed with the food, service for pick up, or pricing.

Excellent artisan pizza. Had no idea this was in downtown Neenah, WI. Plenty of selections to choose from. I ordered philly steak with garlic cream sauce along with a raspberry tea. The pizza was hot and chewy. Toppings were fresh and evenly distributed. Will definitely return to try the other pizzas and appetizers.
