It was ok but i wouldnt break my neck going back. They dont cook their hash browns enough i ask for a dew they give me pepsi they make me beg for my bill. Naw i would not be back there soon

Yeah..this was God awful. Do not go there. Food was mediocre. I ordered one thing and the waitress told me not to get it because it would be absolutely terrible along with a list of other things on the menu that are bad. At least she was honest..

Came with two other people they got their food the waitress let my food sit on the counter until I complained and by that time the people I was with had almost finished their meals. Did not want my food any more and left without eating as my appetite soured as my stomach started to digest itself. .

it's okay for the price. one thing I didnt like was the tacky ads on the cups and when I received my combo platter it was very obvious they threw everything in the same fryer basket. the shrimp and the cheese nuggets were overcooked, all the cheese was out of the nuggets.

Use to love this place. The last two times were horrible. They changed a recipe for cheese sauce, the color was off putting and it tasted like flour. Prior to that my table ordered a combo platter, it was visably burnt and tasted horrible. Coffee is great and love the atmosphere. Staff is kind but if the food keeps being bad i have little reason to come back. Change the cheese sauce back and you got a customer for life. Crossing fingers.

I went a little after noon, they were not very busy which seemed to be great. However when i walked in to join my party already seated, the waitress never came until a person in my party got up and told her id like to order something. She informed me of several items that i would not be able to order due to them not having any in stock. I asked for a soda and a side. She then came back and said anything but soda it seems our machine is not working. Ok so let me get this straight, i can NOT order hashbrowns, fries or a few other food items nor can i have soda due to lack of inventory? Absolutely absurd. Never again. Dont waste your time going here.

Staff is quite nice and efficient. The food is awful. I had the pancakes which were cold and under cooked. Pancakes are supposed to be fluffy and light not cold and gluey. The bacon was way overcooked almost burnt. The only good thing was the coffee.

This place is meant for gossip and that's all.the food is horrible, the wait staff always has to cone up with reasons why the food isn't ready or why it can't be cooked that day The Waitresses get the blame for the cook not having the basic things you would need in a kitchen that is only open from 5 a.m. till 3 p.m. like pancake mix waffles American fries hash browns hats and even ran out of syrup hold this place is open is beyond me this place is a dive my French toast came out looking when someone smeared a whole egg over the top of it and then fried it there's no better for you dipped in or anything I can tell I was a bit surprised when seeing their stock of bread and it was all from QuikTrip put on the upside the waitresses are sweethearts and then they deserve everything it's just the Kooks clearly do not care about you or us
