Wonderful wonderful pizza that is well worth the price and by far the best coal-fire taste in the state!unwind and take a journey in pizza paradise! The cheeses are scrumptious and just enough portions! The WV named pizza was especially good And unique ! Service was top notch, clean and very sophisticated decor!

I got a panini and wings. Nothing great for the money. Will have to try pizza. Also key detail go two doors up if you get take out. To the owner. I don't know if it matters if there's nothing else like it in West Virginia, but I am not from West Virginia. I am from KY and live in Ohio. Ohio does amazing pizza from local places in small towns and there is a relatively new Mellow Mushroom in my hometown in Ky. Which I would damned near put against anyone. Seriously I hope it's as unique as you say, but my pizza was a soggy mess twice I believe. The other stuff seems pretty good though, but for the same price Mellow Mushroom blows you guys away.

First time eating there, we did carry out. A large pizza called diablo and some original wings. The food was okay, not too many topping or cheese on it,wings were okay also. I don't think I'll ever go back there to eat pizza or wings again. Maybe I'll try something else in the menu next time

First time customer. ...greeted at door by friendly hostess..Sat at bar,excellent service by informative staff.had a custom drink made with no problem and it was excellent. Good food and service. The outdoor seating was a plus on a nice evening. The brussel sprouts in the bourbon sauce were way undercooked buy the sauce was delicious. The meatballs were good but the crostini were too salty to eat. The hoagie and salads were also good. A few tweaks and this place would be a 5 star for me.

Over the last couple years they have improved, and are serving some better wine, which is definitely a plus to the meal. Good staff, service, and enjoy the wine tasting/ pairing events. As an Italian, I think their sauce needs a lil less paste, but better that than too runny. Their food is still very good, and it's always a nice experience to goi there. Im enjoying the consistency of this little gem and will continue to go there for the quality they provide.

Disappointed. The place has great reviews on here but it definitely didn’t live up to that standard. The ingredients on the pizza were definitely not fresh. The salad was just generic iceberg and shredded mozzarella (equivalent to what you’d throw together at home with a bagged salad). The place was clean and the staff was friendly and professional, but the pizza tasted about the same as a frozen pizza heated up in the microwave.

Pizza are excellent and they have plenty varieties to try. Their lemon pepper wings are delicious and the hoagies are not bad either. Our family loves to get a large order of the potato with pepperoni and peppers as an appetizer. I personally love the hot peppers with it but the mixed or sweet peppers are a great choice as well.

I've only visited here once so far, so this is my initial impression. Slightly expensive but worth it. If I could give 4.5 stars I would do that because of the price. Otherwise this place is fantastic. Great pizza, nice beer and wine selection, friendly employees. Will be coming back for sure. Edit: After several trips back I've lowered my rating. The food has been consistently good, but their handling of my orders has left something to be desired. 3 of my last 4 orders had issues. 2 of them had something incorrect, and one was never received despite having already paid online.

Mia's is always such a treat! I've never had anything here that I didn't enjoy. They make their own limoncello that they use in multiple recipes. Their pizzas have a great crust and artisan toppings. Their focaccia is made fresh. Great place!

Very clean and great margaritas. Went with a group of 8 after graduation. Saturday night, they were busy as usual. All the food came out amazing. Pizza, pasta, and firesticks. Really great place.

Mia Margherita has always been a wonderful place to dine, but I recently had an experience that I still talk about. My mother was having a bad day, not feeling very well due to her R.A. and pain. We had her Emotional Support Dog with us (DIFFERENT than a Service Dog), but I really wanted to take her to this place to make her smile. I went into the restaurant by myself at first and waited in line until I was able to speak to the hostess. I asked if my mother's dog could come in if we sat in their gated, covered patio. She told me that of course he was welcome, they welcome all service dogs. Now, I could've just said thank you and gone to get the rest of my party, but I couldn't lie like that. I told her that no, he was NOT a Service Dog, he was an Emotional Support Animal and that, legally, they didn't have to let him in. She asked what the difference was and I explained the important differences to her. She was really grateful to hear what I had to say and then she went and spoke to her manager, telling this person what I told HER. They still granted us access even though they didn't have to. Both the hostess and the manager went above and beyond, reaching out to someone who just needed to have a better day. I am thankful to the restaurant and amazing staff and would recommend Mia Margherita to everyone!

I'm leaving this review before I have even received my food because the customer service was THAT GOOD! My fiance and I were stuck at the Clarksburg airport and Zoe and the manager (I think his name was Joe) worked very hard to help us with a difficult task. We had received travel vouchers from the airline but they could only be used in small increments of money. They worked with us so we could actually put them to use instead of having to pay out of pocket. They were very patient and kind which is so rare in the customer service industry these days! We were very pleased and would recommend this restaurant especially to those stuck in the airport!!

Stumbled upon this place because of a recent hotel stay in the same area. I must say this was a lucky find. From the minute I walked in, I was greeted very friendly and then heard a nice live jazz quartet playing and was seated promptly. The waitress was fsntastic and so was the food. So flavorful and uniquely prpared. I travel throughout WV on a regular basis for business and will certainly make this a must eat at place on a regular basis.

My husband read a review that claimed this restaurant had the best pizza in West Virginia. That's a pretty big claim, so we decided to take a two hour drive and test for ourselves. Very nice atmosphere inside, with outside seating available. We had a table that looked into the cooking area, so we could see them prepare the food. We ordered a calamari appetizer. The lemon pepper aioli was very good, and we had requested a side of marinara sauce as well, which was also good. However, the calamari was so greasy I could only try two pieces. The pizza came and I was happy I hadn't eaten any more of the appetizer. My pizza was excellent. The crust was some of the best crust I've ever had. I'm not sure if this is the best pizza in West Virginia, because I haven't tried it all yet! But this was definitely worth the trip.

Another restaurant that says it is a authentic Italian restaurant and is not. Have a bunch of kids cooking. I ordered limoncello chicken and it was a joke. The pasta was cooked to mush and cooked in cheap oil and the chicken was served undercooked and without seasoning. Needless to say it was sent back.

Pizza was great! Service was also very good, but think twice about going early Saturday evening. Restaurant is usually noisy, but the kitchen struggled with the crush of diners. But the pizza justified the wait. Best I've tasted in North Central WV. Our waitress was excellent, and other stuff equally pleasant and welcoming.

Stopped here on the way back home from 4th of July. Ended up getting the spicy Sicilian wings, which are cooked over coals instead of fried, they had the perfect amount of sear and were still juicy. Also had the 8" I'll Fico pizza with blue cheese, figs, prosciutto, and greens. It had a nice sweetness to offset the tangy blue cheese flavor. The specialty pizzas are a good value. If you do the build your own, keep in mind it's a charge per topping. Whereas the specialty ones are a flat charge. Also had the Atlantic salmon over Brussels sprouts. Salmon was cooked perfectly and had a great flavor from the moonshine sauce. Amanda was our server and was very attentive and answered all our questions and had great recommendations.

The food is incredible and prior to the last few months I would have rated Mia's a 5 star. I am disappointed in the service the last few times. We went our entire entree without beverages refilled. The restaurant was not busy at the time. So honestly this irritated me. Service was friendly, just incredibly slow.

Previously had limoncello chicken and risotto which was fabulous. This was my second time here and I have Celiac disease so I decided to have house salad and gluten free pizza with veggies, cheese and red sauce. Pizza had very little sauce on it. I asked for more sauce which the waiter brought. He was very attentive to our table. Pizza had a cardboard taste.will not order it again. I will go back to the limoncello chicken when we return. It is a fabulous dish.

Mia Margherita is by far one of my favorite places to eat around here. Restaurant is clean. Outside seating if that's your thing. Pizza is definitely solid but don't focus on it! Everything else I've tried is amazing too. Garlic truffle fries are incredibly good. I go here at least 2-4 times a month .
