Had a gnat in my cup of water, mens bathroom was out of service, we had to use the ladies, plate didn't look clean, both pizzas had so much grease we asked for paper towels to absorb the grease. As waitress was getting paper towels we decided we wasn't eating here and informed them of our departure.

Love love love this pizza!!!!!!!!! Crust is the best in my opinion..not a heavy dough but more flaky!!! We drive to this location even though it is farther from our house because the one in Hagerstown does not seem to care about their customers complaints or even making things right. Even called corporate and they did not seem to worry about it. If I did not love the pizza so much and this location they would have lost us.

This is me and my mum's favorite place for a late Sunday dinner (open later than most other places). Good selection of food that seems to change seasonally, and beer on tap. Try their pop pie, or anything with the garlic aoili: to die for!

I tried the Italian Meats salad and it was pretty good but was a little disappointed with the meat portion. It was a slice of cheese a slice of salami and I think a slice of pepperoni and they had been piled up and sliced into quarters for an $8 salad that seems like very little meat. For the amount of money that I paid for 3 people we could have gone somewhere else and ordered steak with 2 sides and salad for cheaper. We also could have gone to Olive Garden and paid less. Not at all happy with the prices.

Ok, here us the real truth. I came with my family of 5. VERY well priced! They have some interesting menu choices ( bruchetta ) that you wouldn't normally find at the average pizza shop. This place is clean with an inviting atmosphere. The staff that we had the opportunity to deal with were friendly and attentive. The appetizers were promptly brought to the table and, although small, had terrific flavor. There was a small wait ( approximately 20 minutes ) for the entries to be brought to the table however the food was well worth the wait. The flavor was much better than you can find at any area pizza shop. Large portions, great prices, fantastic food and wonderful staff. In short, if you have the time, this is definitely not a place to pass up!

Worst pizza ever!!! Crust so thin you can see through it and no flavor. Tasted like a microwave pizza...no microwave pizza taste better!!! You would think since being in business since 1955 they could make a better pizza. They serve it on a plastic serving tray also...not too appealing!!!! I am never one to rate dinning experiences but this needed to be said. All tables were dirty we had to wait for one to be cleaned!!!

The food is a little bit too greasy not like brothers or kings but just a little too much. The deco is as good as it can get (considering) the service could be slightly more personable, if your constipated this should do the trick ;)

I have been a Ledo's pizza customer for years, this location has a very slow process when it comes to bringing your food to your table. I was one of three tables and it took over 25 minutes for me to get my steak and cheese ciabatta. The servers are very friendly but the kitchen is extremely slow. I will not be returning to this location, I will instead drive 30 minutes away to the Winchester location.

Read your receipt. They have charged me a dollar on 2 separate visits for condiments that are listed as free on the menu. Staff is very unpersonable.

The store is clean and I had high hopes because the Manassas, VA and Warrenton, VA locations are AMAZING. I am sorely disappointed. First time I visited: The broccoli cheddar soup was disgusting, I couldn't finish it. It tasted like sour milk with soggy broccoli (But not soft or fully cooked) It took over 35 minutes for our food to come out. And never received a refill/was ignored by our server. Second time I visited: (I try not to judge first time, maybe it was a fluke) The broccoli cheddar soup was still disgusting. It tasted like someone took soup milk and soaked broccoli in it, but never cooked the broccoli and also added 0 seasonings or anything that would make it the right soup... There is not cheese in it? I don't know. Anyway. We ordered the ravioli (2 types) as our entree and both orders came out after 45 minutes and were frozen in the middle (Like CRUNCH, ouch my tooth, frozen) we told our waitress and then proceeded to wait another 30 minutes for new ravioli, which, thank goodness was cooked properly. The waitress was good in the beginning but afterwards, I guess she figured she would get no tip, didn't give us refills or see us after the food came out. I MIGHT give it one more try if a friend recommends it, but I'm personally never choosing this Ledo's ever again...

If you use a debit or credit card, make sure to check your account. They rounded up my charge, which is Illegal. I called them and she told me to come in and they would refund me. I know mistakes happen, but this could be happening to more than just me, just be aware.

A great choice for lunch. Ledo's makes my favorite house salad dressing by far! Food is good, not amazing but I've never left dissatisfied. Service has been friendly and quick the past few times I have been in. They can handle larger office groups which is very nice.

The food- I got wings, my girlfriend got ravioli- was great, even if my order of buffalo wings with old bay fries somehow became wings rubbed with old bay and no fries. Establishment was curiously cold considering it's the middle of winter, and quickly filled up with parents and their screaming toddlers. Your mileage may vary.

I ordered the FETTUCCINI FILOMENA and apparently they didn't even know how to make the dish because all they gave me was noodles with lemon sauce and tomatoes. In fact when I went in there I asked about some of the things on the menu and the girl at the counter told me most of it she had no idea what they were. I was completely dissatisfied with my visit there and won't be going there again
