The experience here is excellent! The people help you with your tray to your table if you need the help, the food is homestyle and we always leave full and happy. Waiter made sure to check on us frequently and gave us refills when needed. Woman manager was helpful, caring and a great team leader, didn't catch her name thou but nice lady.

We love K&W. Been going there for years. And now our youngest had become a staunch fan--she loves their country style steak :) There's good food for about any craving or mood, and then some. Take some pocket cash as you can't leave a tip on your card there. And the friendly service is certainly worth a tip.

We’ve been going to K&W forever, having lived in Winston-Salem, NC, and going to ones there. The Bluefield one is even better, especially the staff. We can always count on a consistently great meal, with little wait. We’re even eating Easter dinner there!

Our tour bus stopped here for lunch on October 28,2018. Everyone was very nice and friendly. I would like to mention one person in particular. Allen Hager was a joy to have serve us. He came by several times and asked if we needed anything, kept our glasses filled and got to go cups for us...all the time doing the same with the other tables and with a contagious smile on his face. He was a blessing to all that met him.

I had fish it was good once I took all the breading off. My garlic was stale and old and my husband's roast beef was cold. There was many different meats and veggies to choose from and some dessert. I had chocolate pudding and it was awesome.

This is the best restaurant around. It is geared towards older people, but the food is absolutely wonderful. I have been going here since I was a kid, and it is absolutely one of my favorite places to go. It has always been clean and the service is the best of any place I have ever been to. My husband and I always get stuffed for maybe $15.
