Been to several functions he has catered and it is been subpar at best. I would describe the owner as a POS.

I attended a training that featured food catered by this business. It was absolutely wonderful. We had specific food allergies that were handled seamlessly. The food was both tasty and beautiful. I do not live in the area but they make me wish I did!
