Working with Sharon Snuffin and her staff at Snuffin's Catering for my wedding was a pleasure. Sharon was accommodating, organized, and made us feel prepared in the days leading up to the reception! Snuffin's had not previously worked at our venue, and Sharon was so helpful, making sure we had thought of everything ahead of time and keeping in contact with the event coordinator at our venue so that we didn't have to worry about set-up on our wedding day. The event coordinator at our venue has worked with many different catering companies, and I know she was also impressed by Sharon and her staff. The team from Snuffin's who worked at our reception was professional, prompt, and perfectly walked the line of being present but not in the way. And, of course, the food was delicious! One thing we were told time and time again as we were planning our wedding was that we wouldn't have time to eat at the reception, so it was nice to be handed a "doggy bag" of food (from appetizers to cake) as we were leaving! Planning a wedding means keeping track of so many details: it was nice to know catering was something we didn't have to worry about.

We worked directly with Jennifer. We came in after having an overwhelming experience with the other caterer we had done a tasting with. I was naive going into the whole catering thing and actually even put down a deposit with the other catering company but we weren't please with our experience or the price so we started searching for another option. I grew up in Gig Harbor, so using a catering company from my home town had a special meaning. Getting my first quote from Jennifer/Snuffins gave me a similar feeling as the first catering company, that I was still over my head with how much it was going to cost. I lowered my estimated guest count which was more to make myself more comfortable with the quoted price. We worked with Jennifer to pick out an affordable menu, and we got to choose our own linens and service ware. So that was one less hassle we had to worry about since Snuffins rents and setups up the linens. Jennifer also threw in a hand passed appetizer of our choice for free! That essentially sealed the deal for us. Jennifer was always available to answer our questions via email (they also are available via phone but we didn't need to call). Our guest count ended up being only a few people over our original quote so I was very happy to know we weren't going to go much higher in price. We bought our own barware and cake disposables. We were able to reuse some leftover plasticware from my sister's wedding and save money by buying stuff for cheap off Amazon in the colors we wanted. The day of the wedding, I only got to peak while things were getting setup, but when I finally got to look at it everything turned out perfectly. The food was great and Jennifer even offered to get my husband and I a drink from the bar so we could sit down and eat. It all came together perfectly and I was so thrilled to have gone with my gut and chosen Snuffins! Would recommend them to anyone!

Most of the Food is so-so, overpriced, and owner is very arrogant. She has awesome staff, though, and their braised short ribs were fantastic.

These guys crushed the catering at our wedding. One of my biggest fears is that I was going to have to spend all day giving vendors direction and not get to enjoy my own wedding. But I was prepared to do so if it meant everyone had a good time. From the time I showed up at the wedding venue, 10 minutes early, the folks from Snuffins were waiting in a van in idle mode. We went into the venue and my first piece of advice would be "we'll probably want to get the beverages cold as quickly as possible". Their van door slid open and they had a giant bucket of ice---it's like they read my mind. I knew my day would be much easier from that second forward. One of the things I learned about a wedding is you probably don't see the million things your caterer takes care of, but you'll see everything that they don't take care of. Everything from drinks, to the table settings, to the food, to the clean up went out without one single hitch. I literally talked to them maybe twice. Once to introduce myself and the other time to tip them out for smashing it. The guests were all very impressed with the food, multiple people commented on the salmon dish we had. The Blackberry Cobbler was a homerun for dessert. If you work with Snuffins for your event, you'll be very happy with the end result.

Snuffin's is an AMAZING catering option for your wedding. After our initial meeting with Jennifer, we were sold. Jennifer is absolutely wonderful, a straight shooter (which I so appreciate), and has a wealth of knowledge...especially when it comes to local vendors. But let's get to the food... The food is perfection. I've never been to a wedding where so many guests comment about the food - it really was a huge hit! The extra special thing about Snuffin's is that they put together a to-go basket for the bride and groom to enjoy once they are back at their hotel...it's fantastic! And finally, the staff. The staff is exceptional. They are attentive to not only the bride and groom, but all guests. They do an excellent job with setting up all of the tables. And they move mountains to make sure that all of your details are managed (for instance, one of the staff stood over our cake with an umbrella as it started to rain - wow!). I highly recommend the gorgonzola and pistachio crostinis and bacon-wrapped tots for your appetizers. And while the beef is ah-mazing, our guests RAVED over the Tuscany chicken. They catered our backyard wedding and were absolutely amazing. The food was incredible, and the staff went out of their way to help even with things that I wouldn't have expected - like finding flowers to decorate our cake when the florist ditched us to run off because she double-booked herself. We had a minor issue when the tent we thought we had reserved with them did not turn up on our reservation while going over it 1 month before the event. But their customer service was great and they took care of it immediately. These are the people you want to cater your event.

Snuffin's Catering and Jennifer Jack were amazing! As two busy professionals trying to balance work, family, self-care, moving and yes, a wedding, we could not have done it without them. Jennifer lead us through the key decisions in one meeting, took responsibility for tent coordination, and then brought great food. At the wedding, the staff partnered with our friends who were acting as wedding planners for a seamless event. Finally, it all came in on budget. I would highly recommend Snuffin's.
