We have used Yummy Goodness for several company functions (spring celebrations and Christmas parties). They have exceeded our expectations each and every time! Their menus are always versatile, unique, and affordable. Their menu is NOT cookie cutter, basic catering food you find at most events. There’s never been an item we’ve had catered that didn’t receive anything but the highest of compliments from guests. Basically, Yummy Goodness always makes us look good to our guests. Their staff truly love what they do and it shows with all the smiles and good vibes they bring to events. We just can’t give enough accolades to this local, woman owned business.

Yummy Goodness Catering handled our beach wedding out in Sandbridge on October 6th. We had no idea what we were doing when we started picking menu items. Fortunately Lori reined us in and was able to figure out what we were trying to do. Ultimately we wanted something somewhat “backyard BBQ” but...fancy. Yeah, I know. No such thing, right? Well there is now! We had Shrimp & Grits, Siracha Chicken Meatballs, BBQ Brisket, Fried Green Tomatoes, Grilled Veggies, and...wait for it...Bacon Wrapped Tater Tots. There was more but I can’t think of everything right now. Everything was to die for! I think the 2 biggest hits were the tots and the shrimp & grits but my husband would argue it was the tots and brisket. My mother...probably the meatballs. What does that tell you?! Everything was fabulous! My husband made it a point to get the names of our chef and his assistants: Brian, Juliet, Kendall, Chana, and Annette were so nice and efficient and friendly and professional! Everyone commented not only on the food but on the staff! We can never thank y’all enough for helping to make our wedding day special and unforgettable! If you want damn good food and phenomenal service, Yummy Goodness is the only option! The name says it all!

Yummy Goodness catered a work function and I can't begin to tell you how good it was!!! From the crab cakes to this stuff they call bacon jam it was all awesome. They even make their own cheese and petite desserts. The staff was wonderful and on top of everything. I can't wait to have a reason to hire them!! Our event was a success! If you're looking for a caterer, I can highly recommend Yummy Goodness Catering Co! Not only was their food absolutely delicious ,wonderfully consistent and ample amounts on each plate, the staff was great to work with especially under pressure. There was a bit of chaos in the beginning with several unexpected guest showing up and yummy worked with us so well under what could have been tense conditions. Kelly and Lori are fantastic. Kelly called this morning to ask to share my thoughts and wanted to make sure we were pleased. Truly an excellent experience! Check them out! I will be certain to use their wonderful services again!

I would love to thank my agency for hiring Yummy Goodness Catering for our annual holiday event on 12/7. Let me say .. I walked in and was like WOW. The displays were amazing however, the food was SO much better. When we walked into the building, we were greeted by a dessert display table. Just know that I made a bad choice before even getting to the main food lol. There were so many assortments of dessert however, my favorite was the lemon bar dessert. It was nice and tart. Lemon flavor anything is my favorite. Not only was I greeted by the dessert table, I was also greeted by wait staff asking me if I would like to try something. That "something" was amazing beef. Man, it was cooked just right. The table assortment was so beautiful. One table had cheeses, veggies, and crackers. Another had the main entrees. There were chicken meatballs, lemon herb risotto cakes, chickpea cakes, and so much more. My FAVORITE out of everything, the spinach artichoke dip. If you ever fire Yummy Goodness Catering, you HAVE to get that dip. Everyone at my table kept getting more. . I tried mostly everything but my top three "have to gets" are: - spinach artichoke dip - beef bites - lemon bar dessert In the future for catering needs, I will def look into Yummy Goodness Catering. Not only was the food delicious, but the wait staff was very friendly, and the displays were beautiful.

They catered my wedding reception and it was quite literally the BEST wedding food I've ever had! I am vegan and wanted all vegan/vegetarian food and they were spot on. Most of my guests were meat eaters and everyone raved about how delicious the food was for days. I left most of the menu up to the wonderful catering team because they had done so many vegetarian weddings and I was not dissapointed. It was a very cold day and the food was warm and filling. The display was gorgeous and provided just the addition I needed to make my small, in-home reception feel professional and pulled together. One of the caterers even called me the day before my wedding to ask me if I wanted them to make a pot of warm crab chowder so that my guests would have something to warm them up because the wedding was outside and extra chilly. I, ofcourse obliged, thinking of my non-vegetarian family and it was the best decision! That soup was the hit of the event and my friends were fighting over the last serving of it. Kickin' Crab Chowder that they apparently loaded up with crab meat! I was very impressed with how smooth the whole process was from help picking out a menu to the setting up and breaking down! They are a class act business who make you feel warm and treat you like family...I cannot reccomend them enough!!!

This place is amazing! The people are some of the nicest I've ever met, the food is outstanding, and their kitchen is immaculate!! Yes, I've been in the kitchen and it was the cleanest I've ever seen! The owners keep it in great running order, making sure that after everyday the kitchen is wiped down and scrubbed to their standards. The tables shine and the floor gleams with a kind of cleanliness every kitchen should have. :)

I want to host another event just so I can hire Yummy Goodness again! Kelly, Lori, and the whole crew made our rehearsal dinner/Korean wedding ceremony an absolutely perfect event! The team was incredibly professional, organized, and delightfully creative from the planning process all the way through the event. My husband and I wanted to have a mix of American and Korean food, and Kelly and her team came up with a delicious and unique menu including kimchi chicken and waffles, fried chicken baos, family style crispy pork belly, grilled short rib lettuce wraps, and an ice cream sundae bar — plus tons more, no one went hungry! All of our guests absolutely loved the food and are still talking about it! On top of all of this, the best part about Yummy Goodness is their super fun and attentive staff that made sure my husband and I were happy and all of our guests had a wonderful time. It definitely shows through their impeccable work that they enjoy working together! Would definitely recommend for your next event.

My experience with Yummy is just that...yummy. These folks are top of the line and the food is to die for. The risotto is unbelievable and everythig else is too good to be true. The tenderoin and crab cakes are to die for. I would recommend them to anyone

Yummy Goodness catered the Staff Christmas Breakfast and they did not disappoint!!! There was a wonderful variety of pastries and muffins. The eggs were fluffy and the bacon was crispy. I will definitely give Yummy Goodness a call if I am in need of catering services.

Yummy Goodness Catering Co. catered a wedding for around 150 people in Kempsville, Virginia Beach today. The food was “to die for,” especially the pulled pork BBQ. The servers were fast with no lines and with continuous clean up. I’ve never seen a more pleasant professional team. They’re on my list the next time we need a caterer.
