I had a customer once tell me they would only meet with me if I brought in the same food as last time. That was from Saint Germain. It's like brining a BBQ, a Picnic, or a 5 Star restaurant anywhere anytime. I wish they would open a restaurant so I could eat their food more often.

The food is always fresh and delicious, the prices fair, and the service absolutely top notch! Mina and her team at Saint Germain Catering is absolutely Top-Notch for food and service! My husband and I hosted a holiday party in our home for a group of 75 people. I wanted to bring warmth to the season by going with a "Carribean theme" for food. I worked with Jazmin to conceptualize the idea and she worked with chef Jeff to come up with a carribean themed heavy h'ordervres selection so that our guests would not go home hungry. Quite frankly, I was nervous about doing h'ordeuvres for fear it would leave my guests feeling unsatiated. But they assured me. So, i went with it. My husband and i did a taste test the weekend before the event and we were so glad we got to meet Jeff and Mina as well! Both, owner and executive chef were amazingly personable, down to earth and so accomodating! We were already pleased with Jazmin, sending out Gina ahead to our home to space plan with us. Then meeting Jeff and Mina made us feel even more assured, they were going to do a good job. Day of party came and the team just blew us away! From setup, presentation, attentiveness to our guests, food replenishment and clean up, all, done to perfection! I just had to concentrate on hosting and That is the Best Part! And the guests: everyone was blown away with the food and and service and thought it to be a very classy affair. I am a loyal customer for life and will look to Saint Germain for all of our future party needs for our home and office! Highly, highly recommend!

We had heard the St Germain was excellent and that is absolutely true - we couldn't be happier that we chose them to caterer our 50th Wedding Anniversary party. From planning through the after party cleanup, the staff were critical to making our event a huge success! During planning & coordination, Jazmin was extremely helpful by taking the time to understand our needs and making helpful suggestions. Her insights & experience helped ensure that the items we wanted to do ourselves fit perfectly with what St Germains would do so that no details fell through the cracks! On the day of the event, the server & setup/restoration crew (Gina, Katie, & Brian) were amazing in how hard they worked to make sure that everything was ready, that the guests were well taken care of, and doing the cleanup & returning the site to its original condition. Lastly, the food was excellent - we would highly recommend the Pinata Special (the Carne Asada & Tequila Lime Chicken) and Salmon dishes - they got rave reviews from our guests. The Mini-Cocktail Sandwiches & the Imported Cheese/Fruit were also excellent!! These folks really are committed to excellence in catering.

I have used their services for important catering events in the past and the food has been very good. For that reason I decided to use them for my retirement party for approximately 40 people. The menu had been agreed upon, the delivery time was set along with providing the address to the party room. To my surprise one week before the party I was contacted by the person coordinating the event and she informed me that they had just realized that they were going to be closed the entire Memorial Day weekend and could not provide the catering services already agreed upon. Needless to say I was very disappointed with the incident. The only positive outcome was that they referred me to another catering company which did an outstanding job! Guess who I will be using from now on! Not Saint Germaine Catering because I have lost all confidence in them.

I worked for this company for a short time during the holiday season when I first moved up to this area. After working in catering for 5 years, I was shocked by the lack of organization between kitchen, equipment, and serving staff. I was happy to help out the best I could in any of these areas, but constantly getting comments from people in charge that I was not working hard enough, namely Gina. This seemed very strange to me since I constantly stayed overtime to help out and would show up early (sometimes 3am) when needed. As a male in my 20's, I worked circles around most of the serving staff. While Jeff (executive chef) seemed compassionate and efficient when delegating authority to get things done, the owner Mina seemed to be cutting corners whenever possible, and on occasion I witnessed her screaming and cursing at delivery drivers and other employees. It is very clear to me that many of the staff fear Mina, and after seeing her work under stress I can understand that sentiment. It is just a very tense atmosphere, but not because it's a catering company. Good thing their food is good!

They did a mashed potato bar that was so popular, it was requested for the next three meetings and STILL gets a request at every function. The staff is always pleasant and helps keep us within our budget. We do a lot of events and use a lot of different caterers. St. Germain is one of our favorites and one of the best! They are able to cater everything from a cookie tray for an employee meeting, to an all day seminar comprised of breakfast, coffee breaks, lunch and a reception. St. Germain is incredibly accommodating compared to other caterers in the area and we have not been disappointed yet. We have limited counter space, so they make sure to condense the items and still make it look good. They are always on time and the food is always good with variety to please every palate. Unfortunately, around the holiday season I've had them tell me they are 'sold out' because they can't accommodate all the requests. So, make sure to order ahead of time during busy times!

We had Saint Germain cater our wedding reception dinner. They responded to all of my emails promptly and were very professional. Their prices were low compared to other catering quotes we received. On the day of the event everything went smoothly. Saint Germain showed up on time. They provided plenty of friendly, helpful staff for our 75 guests. My family is English-speaking and my husband’s family is Spanish-speaking, and Saint Germain was able to provide a mostly bilingual staff, which was extremely helpful for our guests. We had a buffet-style dinner, and the staff was kind enough to ask our elderly guests what they wanted, and then they made up plates and brought their food to them. We had 2 people show up unexpectedly and Saint Germain was able to easily accommodate them without any awkwardness or delay. Most importantly, the food was FANTASTIC! I had several guests tell me how surprisingly good the food was. I would definitely recommend Saint Germain to anyone.
