The worst company ever. I am an employee of this company and I want to say that the management of this company, located at Dulles Airport, Sterling is the worst management ever. They treat all the employees like animals. They push all of us very much. If I had any other option I was gonna leave this job and accept some other job. All the management treat their employees like slaves and make them do everything and the worst part is where we make the food is the most disgusting environment. Once I was very sick, I had running nose and fever but the managers made me work 12 hours because they said if I will take a day of they will suspend me for a month. I have a family to take care off; 3 underage kids. I explained my situation but nobody listened to me instead they said if I will drop my running nose in the food it's okay but I have to finish x number of flights food. I would say don't even talk about the cleanliness of that place. When there will be any head officers coming for an inspection they will make it look everything very neat and clean but honestly they employees don't even wash the dirty containers to put the food. Other employees will use 10 days old and expired meat that they hide in the carts so that they don't have to go the cooler to get it. Managers will not say anything to all those people but if they don't like you for some reason all of them will be behind you unless you leave that job or they fire you. All of them play favoritism. They will give a lot of overtime to their friends but not to someone who works very hard for the company. There is this one manager who is having an affair with this girl. They have their romantic dates at work. That guy manager cooks different food items for his girlfriend and they eat it together but if someone will question about that they will make sure that they fire that person before this goes to the another management or next party. I have tried to call the head office many many times but no one ever replied my phone call. If I will make only one mistake they take me to the office and suspend me and labor union is not doing anything to help me. I want to ask what about the other employees who are their friends and girlfriends. My wife used to work here but she left the job because that guy manager who has a girlfriend didn't like the fact that wife found about their relationship. Their is another lead lady at the belt department who make sure that she gives me the hardest job so I will get frustrated and leave the job. Now I have been working there for almost 4 years but everyday is worse of worst. No one is fair at this place. A lot of company's food is been trashed. People don't keep correct temperature for food, they send expired food in the flights. All I want to say is, if there is any manager out there reading my message please try to contact me. Someone please be fair to the employees. If you want please help yourself little bit and check the cameras. You can make this company advance much more if you will fire those corrupted managers who play favoritism and who are having affairs in the work zone and make the environment very uncomfortable for others. My lead whose name is Darshana is the worst lead every. Hundreds and Thousands of people left this job because of her. She is an evil woman who has no mercy on others. She doesn't treat her staff as human being. She treats us like animals. Please if their is someone reading this review help the gate gourmet employees and provide them better environment. So that the employees can provide better and healthy food (not expired).
