Planning a rehearsal dinner and welcome party from 1,000 miles away can be very stressful but Lindsey made everything happen in a very professional and friendly way. Every request was made with no hesitation with helpful input and suggestions. The results were fantastic. Working easily with the other vendors the rehearsal dinner was beautiful. The food and service was outstanding. Afterwards we moved seamlessly into the welcome party, adding 100 more people! Again Lindsey and her staff did a wonderful job! Farmhouse Group catered our wedding with Lindsey as our lead contact person. The food was outstanding, the guests are still talking about it weeks later! The presentation and variety of options were all wonderful. We have never had chicken at a wedding that was not dry, but Lindsey’s team cooked chicken that was perfect along with a multitude of other foods! Appetizers and entrées were all presented with an attention to detail that made every option look delicious. Lindsey’s team also provided fantastic service throughout the night (including bar service) with a professional and welcoming demeanor. Lindsey accommodated our special requests such as serving desserts that friends/family had crafted. During the planning process, Lindsey worked with us and our wedding planner to outline the event, and even came to the venue a day early to help setup. We were very impressed with her willingness to help wherever/whenever help was needed. It was truly a pleasure to work with Lindsey and Farmhouse, we highly recommend them!

As a professional in the wedding industry, I always am excited to hear that clients have booked the Farmhouse Group for their event. Their food is amazing (I've had the pleasure of enjoying their food at many gatherings) but beyond that, their staff is always plentiful at events, and they're incredibly organized and on point as a team. This is really important, when it comes to sticking to a timeline on the day of an event and having enough eyes to make sure every detail is in its place, both for the food and beyond, visually and logistically that day. On a few occasions, they've been able to lend an extra hand when I'm in a pinch setting up flowers or moving stuff across a dance floor. I can't have enough positive things to say about Lindsey in particular. She's truly inspiring in the way that she is able to direct and manage her team on the day of an event. She's a great leader. Lindsey and her staff seamlessly catered and coordinated my wedding for 200 people. And this was no easy feat: it involved catering four meals over three days at a summer camp an hour and a half from Burlington. The Farmhouse team pulled it off without a hitch, and everyone -- and these are pretty tough people to impress from New York -- raved about the food. I would hire them again in a second. Lindsey was also a pleasure to work with in the lead up to the wedding. She is responsive and professional, and helped me work through the details of planning a very complicated wedding. Hire them.

Lindsey and the team at Farmhouse did an amazing job in catering our wedding a few weeks ago in Burlington Vermont. We had just under 100 guests and our plated dinner came out quickly, was presented beautifully, and was by far the best food I have ever had at a wedding. The quality of the food was as good, if not better than the tasting we had a month prior to the event. The Farmhouse Group also provided passed appetizers during cocktail hour that were mouth watering and all of our guests raved about them. Lindsey also helped us do some day of coordinating, organizing the bridal party, giving us direction and making sure that we all knew what to do when during our ceremony. Most importantly, we worked with the Farmhouse Group and Lindsey for just under a year to prepare for our wedding. Throughout that time, Lindsey and the team were professional, transparent and timely in helping us decide what to serve to our guests, answering our questions and providing us with an amazing tasting before the event. I cannot recommend the Farmhouse Group enough. Their food, professionalism and service was above and beyond expectations and my wife and I cannot thank them enough for helping make our wedding day so special.

As former Burlington residents, we knew right away that we wanted the Farmhouse Group to cater our September VT wedding—and we couldn't be happier with the result! Lindsey was incredibly responsive, understood our vision right away (burgers! family style!), and was fun to work with throughout the whole process. We've gotten nothing but rave reviews about the food and drink, from the stunning cheese plate at cocktail hour to how delicious all the vegetable sides were at dinner. We worked with Farmhouse Group (shout out to the rockstar Lindsey!!!!) for our Memorial Day weekend wedding. We met Lindsey through the AirBnB host we used for our venue and it was a match made in Vermont-networking heaven. She was super organized, thoughtful, communicative, and I truly feel like she "got us". We first did our tasting on Halloween (6 months out) and were still just as excited to eat it in May as we were in October. The quality and prep of the cuisine was perfection...fresh...flavorful...nice to look at...plentiful. Lindsey was an essential part of our wedding being a success, she orchestrated it so it felt organic, but still flowed. Her team was friendly, professional, and we had zero issues. I didn't worry, not even once. Overall, working with her was a joy and I can't recommend her enough. My new husband and family will be forever grateful! Thank you!!! P.S. It rained in the middle of our tented reception, so we had to all go inside (50ish of us), her team followed! The bar rolled up into the hallway, the cake appeared in the living room for toasts and a little while later in the blink of an eye we are all back outside dancing and celebrating. Great team, totally flexible and awesome.

I cannot say enough about how amazing Lindsey and her team are. I've worked with Farmhouse Group Events many times, and as an event coordinator, there is no one else I would recommend. Lindsey and her staff are professional, kind, funny, focused, and hard working. Many times, we've had to deal with audibles during an event and they handled them flawlessly. I should also mention the menu items are so good you will crave them after your event is over. Amazing.

Lindsey and her team did a SPECTACULAR job at our wedding and exceeded our expectations. After our delicious food tasting during the planning process we knew we were in good hands, but they went above and beyond at the wedding. Both the food and service were amazing. Everything ran so smoothly and the food was to die for. As an artist, I also really appreciated the beauty of it all. The presentation was gorgeous: beautiful yet unfussy. I've also had so many guests comment on how good everything tasted. Especially the appetizers. A group of friends admitted that they found a perfect spot to post up at during the cocktail hour so the appetizer trays went directly by them each time. I can't say I blame them. Everything was so darn tasty. I just cannot recommend Lindsey and the Farmhouse Group enough. The best service and the best food hands down.

We recently had a wedding in Willsboro , NY at a family lake house and then planned a reception at the Guild Tavern in Burlington , Vermont. We had to do it by phone calls and emails from KC, Missouri. Chloe King and her staff were top notch!!!!!! Chloe took care of all the details since we were far away in KC and gave us the wedding reception of our dreams. The food was spectacular and we had numerous compliments from guests about the service , friendliness of staff, great food and nice venue. Lindsey and the Farmhouse Group provided the bar service at our wedding this past summer ... and I would highly, highly recommend them for your wedding or any other special event! The bar was beautifully set up and well managed throughout the entire evening. All the guests were raving about the "Hollucinator" drink, which was our signature cocktail that Farmhouse created. It was definitely a crowd favorite. I (the Bride) wanted a pretty specific drink and the bartender remembered my drink order and made it perfectly each and every time. It was clear that Lindsey and her team put in a lot of time and effort prior to the wedding day as well, making sure that they were coordinating with other vendors and that we had everything we needed. After our engagement, my fiancé and I were beyond excited and immediately hit the ground running to plan one of the most important days of our lives. But with so many different decisions to make and our own difference of opinion we started to lose steam and become overwhelmed. We felt stuck. We can’t not say enough great things about the farmhouse staff and Lindsey. They made our wedding day memorable for us and our guests! Event Planning: Lindsey was extremely easy to work with. She was very responsive to emails and questions. She is detail oriented, thorough, kind and very friendly. She had great suggestions for our event (without being pushy or negative) that really made our day run smoothly and efficiently. She helped us create our personal vision of our event, and thought of great tertiary details that complimented our day. My husband and I are not good planners and over looked a few things. She never once expressed frustration, but said “let me help with that”. She went above and beyond any event planner. If she saw myself or my family doing anything other than having fun she would come over and completed the task on our behalf. She often anticipated what needed to be accomplished and took care of it without us even knowing. She personally checked in with the entire party to ensure we were having a great time. Her and her staff decorated our space perfectly. At the end of the event she packed up all of our decorations so we would not have to make an extra trip back to our event space the following day. She offered to personally delivery any decorations that would not fit in the cars to our house. She coordinated with our vendors leading up to the event, which eliminated a bunch a repetitive calls and stress. She made our day so easy! Her hospitality was not only noticed by us but by our entire party. Our guests thought she was our own hired private wedding planner. We had many compliments about how smooth our wedding day events were. Food/Catering: Our wedding was months ago, and our guests still talk about how great the food was. Everyone said that it was by far the best wedding food they ever had, some said it was the best food they EVER had. Everything was cooked and prepared fresh. The morning of our wedding I saw the cooks making the hors d’oeuvres from scratch in the kitchen. There was a wood fire grill set up on the property to grill everything fresh on site. The appetizers were fantastic especially the fried chicken, bacon covered dates and beet skewers. The local cheese and cruditès platters were beautifully assembled and resembled something right off of Pinterest. The main course was cooked to perfection. This is not an exaggeration- it was literally some of the best food we ever had! We had steak and chicken for our main course. The chicken was seasoned perfectly and fell right off the bone. We have no idea how they made this chicken taste so great- our guests keep asking for the recipe ( I wish I had it!) The steak was tender, moist, flavorful and was equally amazing. We had a lot of people with dietary restrictions and they were easily accommodated. Lindsey made some great suggestions for our wine, beer, cocktail and liquor selection that was customized to our event and preferences. We loved one of the beers so much Lindsey arranged for us to get a case after the wedding. The bar tenders and servers were great and also added to our special day with the little extra details. My 6 year old niece told me “he was the best bar tender because he put strawberries in my sprite”

Farm House is simply the best. Lindsey is incredible. If you can hire them for your event you should. It was the best wedding related choice I made. Lindsey is not just an organized, effective, thoughtful, creative, responsive, warm, talented, flexible, inspired, and tasteful caterer she is a full blown event planner with gusto! Lindsey got every piece of my vision from day one and made it happen. Never did Lindsey say “no or hmm” all she said was “absolutely” and then would have an amazing suggestion to take my idea to the next level. I cannot say enough good things about the experience leading up to the day of my wedding or the actual day itself. In the weeks after the wedding I had people say “ I am not just being nice, that was the best wedding food I have ever had. I stole steak off of other peoples tables.” During the wedding I was blown away with the 4 signature cocktails we had as well as the extremely warm bartenders and servers. When the heating was not working Chloe Lindsey’s assistant was already on it, and I’m not even sure if that is there job!! Most of all Lindsey made it easy to just be psyched about our day. You can tell she truly cares about what she does and has such attention to detail, integrity, and an awesome attitude. Some people may feel the price point is a little high but it is a bargain when you have Lindsey’s assistance with both her level of communication with other vendors to make things seamless and helping to coordinate the actual event. Lastly, I loved using farm house because it could be what we wanted. We changed our apps until it matched our character and were always able to have new ideas and be creative. The day ended up being 1000% what we wanted it to be and that would not have been possible without Lindsey and her staff.

Choosing the Farmhouse Group to cater our wedding was by far the best and easiest decision we made during the wedding planning process. Everything about Farmhouse was incredible and it’s evident that they hold themselves to the highest standard. From the food, to the staff, to the attention to detail every step of the way, Farmhouse takes the stress out of wedding planning and allows you to enjoy the process and every moment of your day. First and foremost- the farm to table food, meal variety, and beautiful presentations set the bar high from the start. We had such a hard time deciding on our menu just because there were so many wonderful options. Everything was customizable and the food could be exactly what we wanted. The appetizers and harvest platter were a huge hit. Donuts and pretzels for late-night snack? Absolutely. Our guests raved about our food and how “perfectly” it fit our character. Lindsey and her incredible team were so detail-oriented, professional, and attentive not only on our wedding day but throughout the planning process. We hired Farmhouse Group two years before our wedding and Lindsey was with us every step of the way. Living out of state could have been difficult in terms of coordination but Lindsey didn’t bat an eye and would happily schedule phone calls and in-person meetings at times that were convenient to us when we were in the area. Lindsey is not only organized, responsive, and flexible, but she truly is the full wedding-coordinator package: insightful, warm, genuine, and effective in everything that she does. Lindsey and her team went above and beyond in so many ways- from the coordination and communication with vendors leading up to our day, to the on-the-fly wardrobe fixes for a few people in the wedding party.. their work is truly immeasurable. When I started researching caterers for our wedding I found myself repeatedly stuck: they wouldn't call back; they would call back, but then wouldn't follow up in a timely manner; they couldn't work with us for a winter wedding. And then I reached out to Lindsey at Farmhouse and all my struggles were worth it just to end up with very best person I could imagine working with. Lindsey took such good care of us, she helped us to make our wedding party exactly what we hoped it would be (better in fact) and the whole Farmhouse crew were so professional, so good to us, and cooked us one of the best meals I've had in years. We got married in a cafe space in Burlington that didn't have a kitchen and they were able to accommodate this. We loved having a family style meal. We had family and friends visiting from London, Paris, New York, Los Angeles, and they all raved about the food (the brisket especially). We were in such good hands with Lindsey and her crew, we had absolutely no concerns or anxieties about the event and not one single complaint. It was perfect. One of the most spectacular evenings of our life.

They handled set up and coordinated with vendors and put me at complete ease before and during the event. The coordinators for the day, Chloe & Molly, were so professional and thoughtful; they took care of everything and, together with their team, made our tent look beautiful from top to bottom. The Farmhouse Group recently catered my wedding in Vermont. They were fantastic! Throughout the process Lindsey was very responsive and helpful, even in the midst of her busiest season. She went beyond the role of caterer, helping us plan our timeline and coordinating with the florist and photographer. Most importantly, the food was great! We had chicken, salmon, eggplant, and several summer-seasonal sides, as well as passed and stationary appetizers, and late night grilled cheese. Every single thing was delicious. Our wedding was in a pretty remote location and not an actual wedding venue, but if that was a challenge for them, it wasn't noticeable. Everything seemed to go perfectly, and I couldn't have been happier with the Farmhouse Group.
