Brent & Whitney Battis,
I'm thrilled to be able to write about our wonderful experience with you both leading up to & during our wedding day! Big brother Kyle Battis had a wonderful suggesting to give you a ring! You both came out to my father's house (the reception site) and sat with us out on the deck & bounced ideas around with us; where logistically food prep & service would work best, talked about the different serving styles (we chose family style) that would create the perfect environment that we wanted for our meal, and finally asking us some great questions on what our food tastes were, in order to start drafting the menu. When the first draft of the menu came over to us, we knew we were in for very special meal, with a majority of the ingredients being grown, raised & pick from right in the Upper Valley. A few small tweaks brought us very close to our budget number, with just the what we were looking for in a meal!
The day of the wedding, you both and your crew were INCREDIBLE. You rolled in several hours ahead of the reception and immediately began to set up the tables (see your beautiful current cover photo) just as Jami had envisioned them, setting up our cocktail hour table area, even the bar! All details were taken care of by you and your staff. The actual meal, when we finally were able to sit down and eat, was UNREAL. One of the best meals I've had in my life, without question!
Again, thank you so very much for all of your efforts. My wife and I were so pleased, our guests were blown away by both the food & professionalism of your staff. I encourage all of your friends & followers to call Brent & Whitney for an upcoming event. Jami & I are so thankful we did!
