Jason was easy to work with prior to the wedding. Very responsive to emails when we reached out and he was very attentive to details we asked for. Anna and Brittanie were our bartenders and they made it so easy from the moment they got there, to last call! They were attentive to us and the guests at our wedding. Drinks were great, selection was just what we asked for and prices were incredibly reasonable. Only negative was that they ran out of vodka at the end, and guests were still asking for it, but Anna and Brittanie were quick to suggest something new to people and people loved what they came up with. This was no reason to not give them 5 stars! Thank you, 802 Cocktails!

802 Cocktails is great! Jason and his crew did an excellent job at our wedding reception. From the beginning, Jason helped us plan out a bar order that fit our budget. We certainly appreciated the cost-effective thought that he put into shaping our order and we were very impressed by the flexibility of drink options. On wedding day, 802 Cocktails was one of our easiest vendors to deal with. They were very professional, accommodating, low-maintenance, and came completely prepared for the event. Our crowd had a blast and so did we!

I started corresponding with Jason about a year prior, and he was incredibly responsive during the planning process, oftentimes getting back to me within only a few hours, and almost always at least same-day. My husband is huge into Vermont beer, and Jason was able to make his wedding-beer dreams come true by securing a very elusive keg from my husband’s favorite brewery to serve at our wedding. This gesture was incredibly appreciated by not only my husband and I, but our guests, who were absolutely delighted by our beverage selections. Jason was also incredibly professional, kind, and easy to work with – we had many changes over the course of the year, and he handled them with patience, poise, and enthusiasm. The day of the wedding, his staff showed up early and were very friendly and engaging with our guests. We didn’t have to worry about a thing! We highly recommend working with Jason & 802 Cocktails!

Jason was extremely responsive and accommodating from start to finish. He was professional and provided excellent customer service. He helped us coordinate the bar for the cocktail hour and reception at our wedding, which were in completely different spaces at the venue. He also set up water coolers in a separate space for the ceremony. His selections were great, and so was the service. 802 Cocktails was a pleasure to work with, and they did a great job!

Jason and his team are fantastic! We brought 802 Cocktails in to cater our wedding at the Blueberry Hill Inn and they did a wonderful job. The team he sent over provided great customer service and did a great job of communicating time frames as we were getting close to shutting down the bar. My wife and I are both rather particular about our wine, and Jason had access to a huge inventory that gave us the flexibility to find exactly what we were looking for, and at the right prices. Where we had less experience (i.e., Vermont local brews) he was able to give us some great recommendations. 10/10, would highly recommend to anyone in their range of service.

I am very impressed with Jason and 802 Cocktails! My company was hosting an important fundraising event, and due to unforeseen circumstances, one week out and we didn't have a bar service! Jason went above and beyond to make it happen for us with an extremely quick turnaround during the busiest time of the year. He even made special phone calls to track down an additional server so our event could happen. I could not recommend 802 Cocktails highly enough for Jason's professionalism and drive!

Jason helped us walk through what we wanted and didn't want for our wedding. He worked within the budget we provided and never tried to oversell us on anything. The bartenders arrived early for the setup and were willing to serve outside all night (even though the temps were a bit on the chilly side...) I highly recommend 802 Cocktails for any bar service need you may have in the future!

Cannot recommend Jason and 802 Cocktails enough - the bar services for our wedding were spot on, the servers were upbeat, friendly and efficient, the set-up perfectly matched our family-style, laid-back vibe and our guests thoroughly enjoyed the evening. Jason was quick to respond to all our questions and requests and even worked with us on serving on traditional Mexican tequila toast. I felt completely confident that we were in good hands - would highly, highly recommend these guys for any event.

802 Cocktails served beer and wine at our wedding at Sleepy Hollow Inn on October 27, 2018. It is a shame that I have to give a 2 star review but let me explain in full detail why. I'll start with the negative and finish with the positive. Negatives: 1.) TIP JAR. I can't believe it. We specifically agreed to no tip jar at our wedding. This is truly unacceptable. Our contract quoted a generous 20% tip on the total bill and the bartenders were sneaky enough to put out a tip jar. This made us look cheap to our guests, as if we were going to force our guests to tip on our wedding day - which was not the case! I actually apologized to my guests about the tip jar after the wedding. However, the damage was done. Dozens of my friends and family had tipped the bartenders in addition to our 20% (in contract). I immediately contacted the owner, the first day of our honeymoon in Greece. The owner went and summed up all of the cash tips and offered to let us pay no additional tip. However, making us feel guilty that it wasn't the bartenders fault but an honest mistake. So of course we added more to their pockets with an additional tip (round off error I guess for a wedding). My guess is this happens at every wedding and this is truly unacceptable. If you use this company for your wedding please reply to this review and let me know your experience (did they "accidentally" put out a tip jar on your wedding day). This mistake cost this company my future recommendation and I truly hope that you DO NOT use them for your bartending needs in the future. With all my friends at the age when they're getting married, this company will not get any of their business based on my experience, which is a shame. 2.) Requires a large deposit (i.e. $500 - $1000). This is a lot of money "up front" when the event is a year away. Is this really necessary? How many weddings get cancelled last minute? My advice - see if you can negotiate putting the absolute minimum deposit you can until the day of the event (and invest it in the mean time...) Positives: 1.) Price was very competitive. We got quotes from several other places and they were the same or higher. The real breakthrough is if you want or need kegs. The price per drink drops significantly and 802 cocktails was the lowest price per drink when serving from a keg. The risk, of course, is that you end the night with left over drinks (unfortunately that happened to us!) 2.) Responsiveness: The owner was quick to reply to emails and phone calls. He was willing to work with us and get us what we wanted for the wedding and was quick to provide the quote. While this is a short review of our experience, I hope that you consider my experience when you choose someone else to serve your wedding. I cannot recommend this company to anyone based on my experience.

Jason did such an amazing job helping us plan the bar service for our wedding. He was thorough, calm and professional whenever I spoke to him. Jason was responsive to my emails suggesting different types of liquor, beer, and wine in order to fit our budget and he was incredibly professional at the wedding. Our guests absolutely loved him!
