This is the absolute best catering company in the area. The people are friendly, accomodating, and flexible. The food is incredibly delicious. They have a huge variety of food to choose from and everything is professional. All of our guests enjoyed the dinner and the incredible desserts. We still talk about that food! I will be using Brulee again!

We've had them cater two events for us. One in our home where they set up, made it look like it was supposed to be there, stayed in the background but attended to us and our guests, and of course, tasted yummy! The other was a wedding luncheon for our son at a reception hall. They again made it look seamless, and the food for a big crowd of 170 people tasted and looked marvelous!. Thank you for everything!

My company was hosting an employee holiday lunch and dinner, I drive past The Brulee Catering company all the time and so I stopped in tell them what we were looking for. They listened, they put together a menu for us and stayed within our budget and gave our employees the best holiday lunch and dinner they've ever had. Tummies were full and satisfied. I got so many compliments from everyone including the president of the company who wants everything perfect. I can't tell you enough how wondering Chalia and Juan are to work with. They go above and beyond in making sure we had everything we needed and then some. I look forward to having them cater other events for us in the future. They don't disappoint and you will not regret. Call them to cater your next event.

We had a taste testing at their location and we were immediately sold. Their vinaigrette salad dressing is to DIE for and a bunch of people from the wedding asked if I could get the recipe so they could create it at home. They showed up on time, handled everything professionally, and even looked top notch while at the wedding. I would highly recommend!!!

Not only they set up a very pretty buffet but also the food was delicious! Especially the mini cheeseburger and chicken kabobs got a lot of compliments from our guests. Really awesome experience. I hired this place for my rehearsal dinner and was impressed with my service. From the very beginning they were well organized, communicative, and flexible. I was able to request changes to the outlined menu for the picky eaters in my family. Everyone loved the food! The Prime Rib and vegetables stole the show. Staff is super nice and friendly. We had an awesome experience at a great price. I would recommend.

Our event was catered by Chalia and her staff, and they are amazing! Extremely professional, very friendly, sociable & hardworking! And the food was fantastic! Our event had a full day of catering provided, and I know a lot of time went into preparing everything! Both breakfast and lunch were delicious, and the presentation, just wow! The presentations were out of this world colorful – so pleasant & inviting! The fruits and vegetables all had beautiful fresh bright colors, which was all in front of a window where the outside was a little snowy & chilly. A solid selection of vegan/vegetarian options, including something very tasty for our attendees who eat meat as well. Quite honestly, some of the best scrambled eggs I’ve ever had! As an event coordinator it’s great to hear feedback after the meeting from the attendees on what activities or areas that were a nice surprise to them. I was pulled aside in the airport while I was traveling home from the event by one of the VIP attendees just to talk about one of the biggest surprises during our event: the baked brie bread w/jam by Brulee Catering! Because wow, it really was THAT awesome!! If you’re in or around the Salt Lake City area and need a caterer for your occasion, I highly, highly recommend Chalia and Brulee Catering!

Brulee Catering catered for us for two weeks for a work event, and they were fantastic! We planned with them what we wanted from their menu, and everything tasted great. They also have a great menu with lots of options and fantastic portions. They were on time and ready to serve on time every day. They cared about making sure our needs were met and treated us with respect (which is hard to find sometimes with other caterers--believe me, I called several before choosing Brulee!). The quality and value were awesome, and I plan to go back to Brulee Catering for any other catering needs we have in the future.
