Flavor catered my daughter's wedding with only 13 days notice. The food was impeccable and the service was flawless. Flavor sent more food and servers than I expected. I am still hearing compliments about the catering. The Service Captain, Bethany was outstanding, and the Event Manager, Mary Nell was a Mary Poppins Miracle Worker!!! Flavor catering recently provided food to a 200 guest engagement party we held for our daughter and her fiance' in Franklin, Tn. The event was held outdoors at a rustic farm. Flavor's overall performance exceeded all expectations. First of all, their ownership and employees are phenomenal professionals who achieve excellent outcomes by fully understanding the customer's expectations and then meeting or exceeding the overall plan. From the first phone call, the tasting prior to the event up to and including the event the entire staff were courteous, attentive and attended to all details. They have a great menu and are also willing to create your personal request. The food and service at the party had everyone talking for the next several days including several attendees who own highly rated restaurants in Memphis. The entire group of Flavor workers delivered courteous, knowledgeable and informed customer service. We have already booked Flavor to handle the upcoming wedding and really look forward to another 5 star experience.. Many many thanks to Jason, the owner, Jenna our planner and the entire Flavor team....

Flavor catered our Spring outdoor wedding at Cheekwood. They were fantastic! Everything from our tasting, our interactions with them during the planning process, the catering crew and the actual food was perfect. I wouldn't have changed a thing! They were professional, warm and inviting, great to work with and ultimately delivered a fantastic product. Guests at the wedding raved about the food. A crowd pleaser was definitely the late night snack (tater tots and hot chicken biscuits were favorites). Flavor was one of the best decisions we made and we HIGHLY recommend them to all of our friends who are getting married.
