The chicken alfredo is consistent. I always add broccoli; the charge is not high. This place ALWAYS gives generous portions for an unmatched price. Tbh, I'd take Amerigo's any day over the most overpriced restaurant on West End, b/c honestly, there food tastes much better! Thanks for your consistency, Amerigo's!

The worst service I’ve ever had in Nashville. The food was good, but the staff was awful. He had an oppressive attitude. We felt even scared. I found it really weird that I had to pass my own dish to him even though he could get the dish himself from behind me, My friend's dish was taken away even though she wasn't finished with it. He made us get the coffee cups from his hand above the table, didn't serve its on the table. We were really looking forward to having a good time here, but we were very disappointed.

Good pasta. I got the marinara, it had olives and it was nice and fresh. There are vegan and gluten free options. It is a little dark, but over good Italian food. A little pricey.

The food is wonderful, but the server and the manager were extremely rude. We have not been in several years and were looking forward to a delicious meal, which we received, despite the fact that our orders were not correct. As resident Nashvillians, we were sad they did not represent our typical hospitality.

First timer disappointment. This was my first visit in Nashville and had dinner at Amerigo. The service was good but the food was so mediocre. The artichoke cheese dip was a greasy mess (I included a picture of it here). It was inedible. I ordered the chicken marsala and it was utterly bland. The waitress offered to replace it with chicken piccata and that too was not good. In all, the food was definitely 2 star. The good service gets them another star. There are other better places to dine in Nashville.

Love this place. Dishes are always well cooked and delicious. If something seems a little off such as slightly overcooked bread, another facet of the experience usually makes up for it. Most recently we had the best waiter we've ever had at any restaurant. Wine selection is great, ranging from affordable by-the-glass to high dollar bottles for the table. I hope you enjoy this place as much I do every time I come.

The worst service in Nashville. We have no idea how they have more than one star for anything. Monday evening , not busy. Food was below average but it WAS hot so there was a positive. Waitstaff was inept and could care less about whether you come in or not. It was by far the worst experience we had whole in town and while we loved Nashville and will be back again for sure .... it won’t be here. Your better off at Olive Garden!

Amazing place for brunch! Definitely try and come earlier before the brunch rush because it gets very busy! They have fresh food and great service. And most of all amazing veggie and gluten free options. The staff are really knowledgeable and know what they are doing so if if you’re ok with cross contamination you will love it here!

My husband and I are only on Nashville for the night but we are already planning to come again on our next trip here. Get the artichoke dip. Amazing!!! Great food for the price. I had a really lovely dinner here on a quieter Tuesday night while in town for work. The wait staff was extremely attentive and made some great recommendations for wine pairings. As an appetizer I had the cheese fritters, which I found to be unfortunately rather cold and flavorless, but nonetheless deep fried and tasty. For my entree I enjoyed the lasagna which was described as being in a spicy ragu sauce, although as someone who doesn't like spicy it tasted just fine.

Amerigo has an elegant environment, mostly professionals meeting after work. We had the arugula salad and added salmon. It,was very good. We've also appreciated the in-house wine and crafted bread. We've shared a delicious tiramisu with some coffee. Pleasant atmosphere and the waitress was perfect, respected our time talking, but was paying attention to our needs.

First time here and was very happy. I came for the gluten free menu, which did not disappoint:) the atmosphere is business casual and classy. The wine was good and the GF pasta was very tasty. My wife and I went here for lunch and it was a wonderful experience! The waiter (Adam) was very polite and suggested certain entrees that we’re popular in the restaurant! My wife ordered the Wild Mushroom Ravioli and she said it was delicious. I enjoyed the craft beer they had on tap with the shrimp bisque soup. This restaurant is very clean and peaceful.

The food was fantastic! The room was very cold thus uncomfortable when the air was running. The wait staff leaves a bit to be desired. It used to be much better. Seems to be slipping in the quality of service. Unfriendly and they seem to be just tolerating the customers rather than trying to make it a nice dining experience for the paying customers.

Seriously the BEST place for casual dining downtown. Pricing is a little high, but you would honestly be paying about the same price if you did door dash or drive thru. I always get the lunch combo of spring mix salad with peppercorn dressing (closest to ranch they serve) and their spaghetti with meatball. They always serve warm bread with Olive oil before hand for dipping. Food overall is very satisfying. The restaurant was clean and the waitors and waitresses were well kept with happy faces. This place is almost as good as Olive garden. I just wish their tirmisu was as good as their other food.

Decided to grab some pasta to go. I paid $25 for noodles with under seasoned cheese sauce and mushrooms and a Caesar salad. The parmesan was not properly packaged on the side so it fell to the bottom. The croutons tasted store bought and stale. The bread was also stale and bad.
