You can tell the servers hate working here, and the cook isn't helping this place out. I have eaten here 3 times now due to lack of options in the area and never once have the bartenders or servers even been able to pretend to like what they do. The spinach dip comes with movie theater quality chips that have been stale every single time and they always bring it with the main course. Last night I got my salad, appetizer, and main course at the same time and the spinach dip wasn't "microwaved" long enough and still cold in the middle. There were only 4 other tables at the time so being busy can't be an excuse. The only way this place would get all these good reviews would be if the people that gave them haven't ever left this town to experience what a descent restuarant is like, or if the reviews were left by the staff or the owners buddies. I had the prime rib once too and it seemed like it was also microwaved due to its rubbery radial tire consistency. Godfathers at the gas station a few blocks away would be a better option. I'd fire the cook and retrain the servers to understand that they are in the service industry and are supposed to make people feel like they are welcome and not a nuisance for walking in the door.
In response to the reply from the owner, how would you like me to tell the server or bartender they seem like they hate their existence in your establishment and that the cook routinely messes up the food? I bet that they'd just make it all better immediately. One piece of advice for you sir... fire the cook... retrain the staff...
