I'm not sure why so many people have rated this place 5 stars. The BBQ sandwich I had was dry and cold. The sauces are all high in sugar, very high in fact. To make matters worse, there was a wait even though I had a reservation. We ended up just taking a spot at the bar, the bartender was attentive and friendly. Visiting from out of town for a wedding...went for lunch. Upon arriving, we overheard a waiter responding rudely to another table and we thought, wow how interesting that he would talk to a customer in such a way. It took a while for that waiter to come take our order, so we ordered what we thought was easy (2 pulled pork sandwiches, 2 kids chicken, and a burger). Still took forever to get food, so we needed to head back to hotel, we asked politely if our food could just be packaged for takeout. Waiter responded rudely...we were taken back! Not only by his actions but his strong smell of alcohol! I then asked for a cup of tea to go...got it and I left with the kids while my husband waited for the food to go. The biggest thing.....when I was done with the tea, I emptied it into the hotel sink...AND the cup was evidently used for crayon storage! It had crayon marks all in the cup! Just think about all those germs I just drank! Yep! How gross! Terrible experience!

If you want a casual atmosphere with great tasting ribs or chicken, this is the place. Fabulous pulled pork, pork ribs, and baked chicken. Our waiter was also great. He was efficient, knowledgeable, and very humorous.

What you expect from chain bbq. Service was adequate. Smoked chicken, steamed broccoli and sweet potato casserole. Chicken was perfectly smoked but the sweet potato casserole was just baked sweet potatoes with some sugar and cinnamon mixed in and a couple of pecans.

Went recently to Sticky Fingers downtown and quite honestly was the best possible experience I could have had. My server, Kayla, was so attentive and polite. She knew what I wanted before I did. And when my order came out, everything was perfect. 12/10 would definitely recommend.

The food was pretty good, but the portions were tiny and our server was pretty awful. The restaurant was dead, and we still got awful service. One of your workers, who was not initially helping us AT ALL, came through and made out night a lot better. I believe her name was Carol.

Best barbecue place in town. My wife and I moved to Greenville back in July and came here for the first time about a month ago. We have visited twice since then and Adam was our server both times. He is a great server who remembers his customers and is extremely friendly. We will be asking for him every time. The environment is very friendly, laid back, comes with amazing service and even better food. The music selection is also on point. If any of our friends or family asks for a barbecue joint, I will be referring them to Sticky Fingers (and Adam) without hesitation.

Based on the food, I would give this a 4 but the service was not that good. Three out of the four of us ran out of drink and it took several minutes to get refills. The food was good and we got seated real quickly. One thing I noticed is that it seemed like they didn't have their full menu which was kinda surprising.

The BBQ chicken here was the best I've had. Sounds like a stretch and I'll admit that I have not had it often but I really enjoyed it. I also had the brisket, macaroni and cheese, and sweet potato casserole; all were good but the chicken was great. Memphis and Carolina BBQ sauces worked out best for me. Would happily visit again.

First time at this restaurant 1 s Main street Greenville SC We waited over an hour for a to go meal . I googled this location from the Cancer unit at St Francis hospital where the Doctor had all ready given our love less than hours to live . Thank God he was still alive when we got back to the hospital. We only order the family pack 70.00 dinner this shouldn't have taken almost two hours to get.other than that the food was good.

We had reservations; waited 45 minutes after our reservation. The floors were so sticky, our feet stuck to them. The tables were no better. The “clean” wine glass was dirty. Food was ok, service not great. Disappointed!

As much as I like the people who work there the restaurant has gone downhill. It took 30 minutes to get food. And it was not busy. The potato skins were more like 1/4 of a potato with skimpy pork. We showed our waitress and a little while later the manager brings us a plate of better potato skins..after I was full from the soso plate.

Delicious - Wow, check in on YELP and receive a free peach cobbler which is huge and comes with ice cream. I had the nachos, delicious, He had the meat sampler, also delicious. Ribs were good and smoky. Staff was friendly, we sat at the bar. Place seemed clean. Several people there after 2 pm.

We went to the Artisphere and the family got really hungry. Kept on just going north on Main and passed a few restaurants. However those places did not look like a good choice to bring in a family of 6. Sticky Finger was the first place that seem appealing to the whole family. Glad we stopped by. Great food. Excellent service. Great prices for the portion, and the Ribs were yummy.

This was one of my best dining experiences ever! Our server was Big Kenny from Philly, ask for him, you will not be disappointed. We ordered the rib sampler for two. The ribs were not just the best ribs I have ever eaten but quite possibly one of the best things, ribs or otherwise, I have ever eaten. We ordered them prepare with their dry rub so we could sample the various house made sauces available at the table. Sweet Southern Heat was my favorite but they were all good. And the wings we ordered as an appetizer where phenomenal as well. The portions are huge, though, so consider yourself warned. The dinner for two could easily feed four people. The atmosphere is friendly and spacious. The service is top notch and the food is exponentially better than you can imagine from my explanation alone. My wife and I look forward to eating here again to sample some of the other menu items.

We came in because of a recommendation and we were not disappointed! The food was amazing and so was the staff! We had Big K (Kenny C) tonight and he was so sweet and helpful. We ended up here on trivia night, which we are told happens every Monday. It seems like a great place! If we were local I think we would be here a lot more often!!

I’m not impressed with a Rib house in the South that doesn’t have Southern Comfort in their bar. Ribs were just ok, wings were just ok. Not a fan of pick your own BBQ sauce out of a squeeze tube. Just nothing impressive.

I come back to SC for 3 weeks every Christmas. I came into Sticky Fingers once last year. I went back in this year and the bartender remembered me. I think that's incredible. It reminds me of a classic dive bar in the middle of cosmopolitan yuppie downtown Greenville. A great selection of beers, very friendly people. It's on my must stop places when I come back to SC.

The food was good, I had the brisket platter with side of fried corn. You must try the fried corn it was awesome. Price was fair for the area, restaurant was clean and our waiter done an excellent job, he was punctual and personable although he forget to bring our loaded fries. I would definitely go back.

I really thought Jon Taffer was going to come greet us and tell us our experience was a test run for Bar Rescue... Our waiter was very friendly, but the entire experience was horrendous. I don't know if they were short staffed tonight or just clueless on procedure, but I don't think I'll ever come back. As we entered the restaurant, the tables were littered with dirty dishes and dish tubs that remained untouched the entire time we were there... Not a single employee thought to clean the area. Our waiter had to go find napkins and silverware to roll up for us, as well as go print kids menus so that we could order for our child. Each time he left, he was gone for 10-15 minutes for a task that should have taken 5 at most. Again, it was a Sunday evening, there may have been 5 total parties in the restaurant at once. The waiter was also the host. The bar tender was also waiting. Neither of them were very good at either job. The bar tender got my beer order wrong, so when he poured the correct one, he had some random guy eating at the bar walk over and hand me the beer. The food was decent, I have no complaints other than the fact that the fries we received were hard as stone. I realize all of my complaints are pretty insignificant, but there's no reason a highly acclaimed restaurant should be running like that. A group of middle school children could run a tighter shift than that...
