Ordered two slabs of ribs and a turkey salad through Uber eats. My wife answered the door didn’t check order, got the salad but no ribs. Uber driver gone quick. Called Sticky Fingers, told them the deal, they were apologetic and said they would take care of it. Super nice guy on the phone, wish I had his name. 30 minutes later the Sticky Fingers catering van shows up at my house with my ribs and a gift of their bbq sauce. Apologized for the mix up, again super professional. Great service and the ribs are awesome. They made it right, awesome. Summer and Brittney welcomed us to Greenville with open arms. The food was amazing and there was more than enough for leftovers. I had the brisket and my mom had the ceasar salad. The BBQ sauce was good but the meat was smoked so well you didnt need it. We will definitely be back next time we are in Greenville.

Cheap eating utensils wrapped in a dish rag awaits each guest at your table, my rag was old and torn. I did not enjoy this! The food was nothing special and neither was the BBQ sauces. For the price it cost there are many other options. I will not be a return customer!

The BEST wings I have ever put in my mouth! I miss eating at Sticky Fingers. It's a must visit when we visit the grandkids in South Carolina, or sometimes we come to SC just to eat at Sticky Fingers, I won't even lie. It's totally worth the 6 hour drive! Trust me!! Carolina Sweet sauce is on point too - nothing like it!

Went here because of the rave reviews given by a couple of friends. When I arrived (5:30 pm on a Wednesday evening) the place was literally empty and there were 2 cars in the parking lot. I was about to assume that they are closed but saw the Neon sign that said OPEN! I got the Half Rack of Ribs and Pulled Pork dinner that comes with 2 sides. I was recommended to go with a dry rub on the Ribs. There is an assortment of several Barbecue sauces that go with the meat on each table and I tried several of them. This is a nice thing as each person can pick out what they want to their taste. Service was friendly and nice and the waiter checked with me often to make sure I was being looked after. No complaints on the service. The taste of the food I would say was so-so. The ribs were well cooked and literally fell of the bone. The pulled Pork was also on the so-so side. I got some veges for the side which were good. Overall for the amount of hype that my friends used for Sticky Fingers my experience was just so-so. With the number of choices available for restaurants this wont be something that I would eagerly look forward to going back to.

Got the ribs chicken and pulled pork. Pulled pork was good however the chicken was dry and not seasoned and the ribs barely had any flavor or sauce on them. The food did come out quick tho. Service was not up to par either was never asked how my meal was and when finishing they just presented me with my bill never once asked if I would care for anything else or if I wanted another beverage.

me and my family was going to have lunch here but we overheard the waitress telling the other staff that we were deadbeats i don't know why she felt that way i guess we took to long to order but it wasn't busy only one other customer besides us i think it was the manager or owner that followed us to the car and explained how sorry he was and that he would talk with waitress if you are reading this thank you sir for being so professional and for the gift card

First time back in 10+ years. A friend told us that the food was good again. He was right, the food was good. The service was horrendous. Ordered appetizer, corn bread and BBQ Plate. Waitress brought 6 broken "tiny" corn bread muffins (for the bargain price of $3). If you molded all 6 muffins together, it would be a single small muffin. Then came the bbq plate of fries, bbq and beans. Presentation and serving size was subpar, at best. Food was tasty though. We were told the appetizer would be out soon. When we said we expected the appetizer out before the dinner, the waitress said "well do you want it or not?" We did not. In fact, by this point, I was done with this experience. My husband liked the food, but...it may be another 10 years before we come back. Disappointing.

I go to Sticky fingers for the wing, they are the best tasting wings in town! They used to be the biggest too, but the last few visits I have been getting the smallest baby wings ever and when something taste that good you really want more! The waitress that served us was great, she was quick to bring us anything extra we needed (ranch or water) when asked. The manager you "touched" our table barely looked at us an was gone in a blink. But that's fine we were there for food. The store was a ghost town and it kinda makes me sad, I've been visiting sticky finger restaurants for over 10 years so to see the Greenville Woodruff rd location struggle on a Friday night was disappointing. Good luck Stickys, you'll always have my buisnes, get bigger wings back!

First time eating here at sticky fingers on market point drive in Greenville SC. Read the reviews before I went. They were all good. Should have known when I pulled in parking lot @ 6:00pm something wasn’t right because there were only 5 vehicles. Go inside and sit at bar, two people there and a waitress cutting lemons. Said she had only had two booths ALL day. Asked bartender/waitress what she recommended and she said the wings were the best in town and offered her favorite sauce. Ordered a beer and waited. Food was out in like 5 minutes(another red flag). Baked beans and cole slaw. Wings were ridiculously dry! Cole slaw was good and the beans tasted like Bush’s Baked Beans from grocery store. Went to the bathroom and came back, my food had been taken away! Bartender said she thought I was done. Lol! So after offering to bring back my food I said no thanks just bring me the check. So I’m waiting for check and this guy, upper management or owner comes out towards me with 1 wing, half a thing of cole slaw and half a thing of baked beans!LMAO!! Just bring me the check I said. Absolutely the worst restaurant experience of my life!! Never will eat at a “Sticky Fingers” again!! If possible I would rate them 0 stars or less! Do not eat at this place in Greenville SC on market point drive! So many more places to choose from here.

Over priced.Forgot the appetizer. When mentioned after the meal was brought they brought the appetizer cold. The Mac and cheese was cold and had a weird flavor. The BBQ was very greasy. The only good thing was the sweet tea. I love most places I go. Normally don't give bad reviews. If I could give this place a negative star I would.

I'm a Chinese fm Singapore so perhaps not too used to the local preference. Taste wise is quite good however the texture is rather discouraging as it's a bit mushy. They probably had it out of the fridge for too long. It's fried and dripping with oil so it should be simple enough to keep it's succulence. The dipping sauces are all too rich n creamy for my liking. I prefer something lighter or vinegary to balance off the oiliness, making it more "chicken"and appetising. One may argue it will take too much and too long to educate and change the palate, yes and Sticky Fingers will remain a convenient food joint instead of Destination Restaurant. Then again, one can argue it's a fast food place but hey, ever hear of Chick-Fill-A? Being Chic-Fills-A restaurant.

We hired Sticky Fingers to cater our wedding at Zen on 6/16/18. From the first time that I spoke with Amy Crump she was extremely professional, friendly and polite. She was also AVAILABLE!!!! That is my #1 praise for her. I reached out to many caterers and received no response at all or very late responses. Amy could update an invoice in a matter of minutes to give me the full picture of my sometimes all over the place requests and I appreciate that very much. On the wedding day, the Sticky Fingers team arrived and setup on time and the food tasted great. All of the guests enjoyed it! Not to mention the PRICE!!! Most places wanted $30-$40/pp which was not feasible since we had over 260 guests. The price was excellent, the food was excellent and I am very happy with this experience. I enjoyed these catering services and will recommend them to anyone who asks! #ForeverMoore

First time at this specific location, although I have had enjoyed meals at another Sticky Fingers establishment in Summerville,SC. The service was quick , the waitress was friendly an accommodating to my party of two. The downfalls came when the meals were brought to the table. Ordering the pulled pork plates, the meat had plenty of gristle and fat. The beans was good, the coleslaw left an after taste. The macaroni and cheese was great. What was extremely awful was the bad tasting Ice Tea, it tasted as if the glass was dipped in a fish tank. All in all, the place had a rustic charm, of wooden tables and benches. Because of the combination of several factors, I wouldn't try this place again.

My wife was want me to take her to Sticky Fingers for the lunch buffet. She got what she wanted and I had the bbq sandwich with fries. Man, those fries were awesome, didn't even need any ketchup & hot when they bought them out. I finished everything in my plate. Oh and the sandwich with the Memphis bbq and hot sauce was pretty good as well.

The service was good but you’d think that the ribs would be awesome, at least you’d hope they would be. I’ve been here twice and hoped the first time was an anomaly and tried it again just in case I was wrong but I think the second time was worse. The ribs were over cooked and super dry. Slathered in sauce mind you but the meat was bone dry and tough instead of tender and juicy. Very disappointed.

My family visted this location tonight, my visit was horrible, compared from previous visits.The resturant was out of pulled chicken,and the smoked chicken breast.The tables were sticky,not sure why the employee was using spic and span to clean tables,also the bartender, or the guy who brought our drinks wasnt in any kind of uniform,and seemed clueless if the drinks were ours. Then it seemed that an employee had brought her baby to work. My food seemed to be served on a pan, with my sides on lil brown cartons. Im not sure of why. This was a very bad experience for my family, and i hope things get better.

Very good experience overall! I'm from out of town and I'd never been here before. I ordered my food for pick up. Joey L was super nice and explained the different sauces and got me some even though I forgot to include them in my order. I went with the sweet and whiskey sauces, which were both good. The chicken wings were really awesome, the skin was nice and crispy but they were still tender. The brisket plate was very good, especially with the sweet sauce. If I was from around here, I would definitely be back!

We stopped in for lunch on Sunday. We waited up front in an empty lobby for a while before someone showed up and sat us. Our waitress obviously didn't want to be there and was very quick in her questions and responses. She brought us our drinks, took our orders and left. She and another waitress stayed up at the bar while we waited for our food. When our appetizer came, (fried pickles), there were hardly any pickles in the basket and what was there smelled like cigarette smoke. Now, I don't know if the waitress was a smoker and the food smelled like that because of her or if it was someone in the back making the food, but my daughter and wife could not eat them because of the smell, so we put them to the side. Right after that, our food came. The only good thing that I can say is that my wife's fries were hot. We all got a pulled pork sandwich and the pork was so dry. We had to basically soak it in sauce to eat it. My wife ordered slaw on her sandwich (which is an extra $1), and when she lifted the bun, there was maybe a teaspoon of tasteless cabbage on her sandwich. She basically ate around it and only really ate her fries. The ribs that my daughter and I received were tough and dry. They were far from fall apart tender which makes me think that they were old, like from the day before or so. I bet that the pork was old as well. We never got drink refills and we didn't bother the waitress because she had no interest in being there or doing her job, so why bother? Honestly, I want my money back, but it is what it is. It doesn't seem like anyone cares there. We won't be back.

First and last time at Sticky Fingers. We were a bit skeptical about going here based on the negative reviews, and after our visit we left wondering how anyone could honestly give this place a 5-star rating. I won't go into small, gritty details, but we knew were in trouble when there were only a few people in the restaurant, and no host / hostess to be found upon entering. Turns out, he was helping out with serving food and wiping tables. When he finally got to us, he directed us to a dirty table which he had to wipe when there were plenty of open "clean" tables about. I did not see any waiters / waitresses. I saw one going back and forth to the few tables in the place, and she finally arrived at our table. We never saw her again. The family next to us could be heard complaining about the service, and at one point, I saw the father get up and go get a pitcher of water off the bar to serve his family as no one would come to their table. The mother was clearly upset, asking angrily to someone walking by if she could at least get a box, if nothing else ? I ordered the ribs, dry rub, and they were certainly dry. Stale dry with no flavor. The sweet potato casserole was cold, and the only decent food that was edible were the fries. We never saw our waitress again, and someone from the back came out with our check after we just sat there looking to flag someone down. It was obvious that this place was shorthanded in the help dept, and I felt bad watching the 2 or 3 employees running around to the few patrons trying to help each other out. It was also obvious that they need help in the food dept, as this could be the worst BBQ we have had in the area. Manager or customer service, you can come here and respond to call you and ask how to make this better, but you really need to scrutinize what is really happening at this restaurant and do a complete overhaul of the place. We would not come back here for a free meal, it's that bad.

From the time we walked in, to the time we left, we felt so wanted and welcomed at this location. Holden greeted us with a bright, cheerful smile and let the kids pick out their favorite colors from the coloring bin. (Bonus points for CRAYOLA crayons and not those cheap ones that break the moment you use them.) After being seated, Kayla came up to our table and the whole atmosphere of being wanted here was amplified. She seemed like she WANTED to serve us, like she has a passion for it. We recieved all of our food (apps and entrees) in a timely manner, again with smiles. I had the bacon bbq burger (legitimately the best burger I've ever had in my life) and my boys ordered mac and cheese, both of them were so excited for REAL mac and cheese. (Not the Kraft kind... this was the kind that was made with LOVE). Food was delicious. And I mean, delicious enough for me to 100% drive the 45 minutes down there again really soon just to eat it. Robin even came and helped us figure out what the specialty drinks were on the kids menu (because Kayla was still new and learning and we had no idea, she did her job so well that when she told us that, we were suprised, the way she took care of us, we would have never known.) The thing that pulled all of this together and helped make our first time experience so remarkable, was Joey coming to the table and asking us how our food was. There is something about a person in charge, coming face to face with customers, not knowing what their reaction or opinion is going to be and still doing it anyway, just to make sure we were taken care of properly. We left with our stomachs and hearts so full, 100% our new favorite place. 10/10, highly recommend.

Wings were good, service was good, everything else was bland and dry even with sauce. The brisket which I would think should be a signature meat for a bbq house tasted like crock pot roast beef and stuck to the roof of my mouth. They didn't even pull the membrane off the baby backs. Baked beans were good, otherwise very disappointed. Also if you get an appetizer make sure you have time to eat it because the rest of the food is just sitting back there waiting to be plated. It comes out instantly.

Great service! Our group of 9 was seated immediately and our orders were taken accurately. Our food was brought out all at the same time and was hot and delicious. Our waitress, Danielle, did a great job and was enthusiastic about serving us!

My family and I ate here on 4/19/19. We arrived at 9 pm and ordered brisket. They were out of brisket on a Friday night.. We ordered ribs and wings instead which were really good. Our service on the other hand was horrible. We had Brenda C. No thank you. No how is your food. All we got was our check and then she came back twice to get her money in 5 minutes. She was in a hurry and basically pushed us out the door. Manager standing at the bar watching this. I had to edit this post. Looking back at other reviews I see now the words "I'm sorry" or "We apologize" dont come easy. From your manager responses or employees. 2 stars is what you get. You know poor management trickles down from the top. Will not be back.

I always have a great time at Sticky Fingers. The entire staff is wonderful. The food is always good. I love the stuffed baked potato, fried corn and chicken wings.

Hadn't had ribs in years. We had the eat for 2 sampler with four different types of ribs with seasoned fries, Cole slaw and cornbread muffins. I would have preferred more sauce but the ribs were falling off the bone. Customer service was also great and very helpful

Table and floors were filthy and sticky. Meat was overcooked and tough. Sides (other than the mac & cheese) were over seasoned so badly you couldn't taste anything else. We used to come here alot but stopped when the food quality plummeted. We decided to see if it had been fixed, sadly it hasn't.

The ribs are one of the best and do taste amazing. We got the dry rub with sauce on the side and it doesn't need the sauce. The hot sweet hot sauce has a soft kick. Do recommend. I got it to go... Sorry for the bad pics, I took them after we were done.

Food is good ...but these resturants are getting crazy when they charge 3.00 for a sweet tea an others are charging 1.00 ab selling millions even 1.50 per glass when u have 3 4 5 people in party an 10 15 20 is sweet tea cant leave a big tip which is what waitstaff lives off of not an hour pay

they have pretty good sauce, but the ribs were salty and the pulled pork was kind of cold. draft beer is kind of expensive also, 8.50 for a pint of bud light? ehhh
