Recently I was visiting Charlotte for a meeting with an architectural firm. The meeting was a luncheon with 25 people and I was to supply lunch for the group. Queen City Catering was recommended by the firm. I contacted Lindsey and arranged for the lunches to be delivered. I've done this all over the US for the last 18 years so I'm familiar with the process. What I was not familiar with was the level of service I received. I was contacted 30 minutes prior to the delivery to reassure me the delivery was on the way and the time it was to arrive. The driver not only brought the lunches in but set them up perfectly. As far as the quality of the meal, I was the best I'd had in years. My wrap was so good I called back for the recipe. I have never had the quality of food and service that Queen City gave me. Since taking over the ordering for my company finding reliable catering that is always on time is much harder than I expected. Having used QC a few times now I feel confident saying they are always on time and very professional. David had no issues finding, and getting through the loading dock as well, which has proven to be an issue for others and caused me to have to stop what I'm doing and call down. Would highly recommend to any business in uptown.

We had an event catered for over 100 people by QC Catering. We initially chose them because the menu had a more local vibe and it was on the lower end of the cost spectrum, but when we ultimately had our tasting (which was set up so elegantly at their kitchen), we knew we had made the right choice. The sliders were so good, the mac and cheese bar was a hit, and the hanging pretzel bar with beer cheese was a great way to cap the night. The servers were also very friendly and attentive, which was icing on the cake. All in all, we're very impressed with QC Catering.

Exceed expectations from beginning to end! My company frequently uses QC for our small to med corporate catering needs (usually a drop and go) so I was very familiar the quality of the food. We recently had a pop-up outdoor celebration for 200 guests and my first and last stop was QC! Ginny and Taylor were the catering managers that I worked with. They were very patient and resourceful when it came to meeting my budget! They turned our location parking lot into a tented venue to include fans, buffet stations and the BEST service staff EVER! At the time, I had never heard of Queen City Catering, nor would I ever think to look for a catering company for office lunches. A few of our Executives and HR team met with Queen City one day as we were looking for someone to host our Holiday Party. They came back to the office with rave reviews and told me to never order lunch from anyone else. So, I took a look at their menu and was very intrigued. That next day a meeting was hosted in our office in which I ordered from Queen City Catering. I had no idea what to expect. The boxed lunches were packaged beautifully and professionally. They made quite the impression. Not only was the packaging exquisite, the food was delicious :) I can't say enough great things about this company. From their customer service over the phone, in person, their set-up of items, presentation, affordability, taste and quality of food... the list goes on and on! This company is Top Notch, and will continue to be used by our company!

When I found Queen City Catering their website is what initially caught my attention, and the experience only got better from there. I say “just about amazing” because there had to be something wrong with them, the food, the event….I just haven’t been able to figure out what it was. Truly, I am so appreciative of Maggie, Debbie, Javier, Jen and Jason…all professionals, all engaging, all working to ensure our guests were cared for, fed, ‘watered down’ and comfortable. When everyone first arrived, I was prepared to be the conductor of everything, provide them items they might need and be engaged in every way. They arrived with everything they needed for a perfect evening and they left with everything, including the MESS. The kitchen/serving/staging areas were as clean as when they first arrived. Cannot recommend them more! We used them recently for our daughter's first birthday and everyone kept asking where the food came from and how good it was. Taylor, was right on time and set up was fast and efficient. The sales manager, Justin, was friendly and responsive.
