I was told how good the food was by a coworker. I tried the same plate, but I was not as impressed. It was overcooked and a dry. I am hoping this was a bad night to eat there and not how it is usually. I would try it again after talking to some others about their experience.

Been coming here for years when I work at a local business. Always friendly staff that treat you like family. Food is good, country cooking. A workmate and I always split the lunch there's so much served. Otherwise, we wouldn't be able to work. Lol

The food here is usually great, but the last three times I have been, very lackluster. I got a BLT with no tomatoes that was picked up by a co-worker, the grilled chicken sandwich did not have everything on it that was specified on the menu, and today we stood around for almost 15 minutes after we came to get our food to find out that it has been ready. Needless to say, it was ice cold when we got back to the office, which is about a mile away at most. I can no longer rave about this place after the way it has been lately.

The owner is a chef and caterer, so the food is a higher quality than you might expect from the name and look of the place. I've only been once, but the hamburger I had was obviously hand patted. There was a generous amount of food, I had to take half of my burger home. Can't wait to go back and try something else, everything I saw looked great!

Looks and feels like a down home restaurant, so I was disappointed by my undercooked dehydrated hash browns and what seemed to be packaged gravy mix. I really expected home cooking. The waitress was great but someone needs to be there to answer the phone so she can take care of her customers without distraction and added stress.

One of the best restaurants in the upstate. Friendly staff and great food. You couldn't find another place better than this for comfort food right here. The catering is awesome too. He works around all palates.

I usually love to eat at this place but the last visit I ordered the sampler appetizers requested my sliders to be cooked extra well done no pink and ordered the barbecue chicken wings the sliders came out medium rare pink all through it and my chicken wing was a hair wrapped around one in the sauce that had to be dropped on it when it was prepared so this is absolutely the last time I will ever go to this restaurant

It was great. I got country style steak mac-n-cheese and onion rings. Diced up the onion rings and mixed into the Mac. Great. Everything was delicious and the service was great.
