I am having trouble with some of those chain pizza places now days. Why is it you can walk into a place to use a coupon only to find that it is a online only coupon once the order was placed. $13.99 coupon for a large specialty pizza is a good deal but why not make it for both options. Delivery or carry out. I would even go as far to say i personally like to get the carry out because Jets pizza does not deliver to my house in Collierville when they are located literally 12 miles from it. So my only other option was to stand in line, go online, order my pizza and wait even longer to get it. Well Jets pizza that was the last thing I wanted to do after working 12 hours. So what did I do? I paid almost 3 times what the meal would have cost because I didnt want to go through all the rigamarol of ordering it online and making other customers wait behind me. The guy at the counter didnt even entertain the idea of just providing the discount to help a loyal customer out. I finally get home with the pizza to feed my family only to find out that when I bit into each slice I got the taste of extremely burnt bread. You know that taste. Taste so bad even a cold glass of sweet tea couldn't get it out. Very disappointed Jets Pizza. Very disappointed. Paid way too much for piss poor pizza. Is there even a place nowadays to get a decent slice?????

In my opinion, the best place to get a pizza in the Bartlett area. The store is clean and the staff practices good hygiene (for serving food). They wash their hands, use gloves and most wear hair coverings. I pick-up all my pizzas and use them once or twice per week so I know. I have had numerous opportunities to observe them over the last several years. The counters area clean and their work spaces are kept tidy. The staff is also very accommodating. They don't give me a hassle if I order something special (like no-sauce pizzas, extra toppings or cut differently). They are friendly, polite and professional. No smart alecky kids. Their thick crusts are awesome. A Jet's deep-dish pizza is not a real deep-dish pizza. It's a pizza with an extra-thick crust. They also use this type bread/crust for sandwiches. It is flavorful and crunchy. I have never eaten a thin crust pizza from Jets. Jetzees and Boats are great. That crunchy bread makes a big difference. The salads are the best ... no other pizza shop nor sub shop in this area has better salads and they give ample salad dressing. The small salad isn't small -- it's a full sized salad in a fairly big plastic bowl. The lid totally seals the bowl so no spillage and I can shake the salad to mix it with the dressing. No styrofoam!! Their prices are a tad bit higher than other pizza places in the area but the extra $$ is totally worth it. My orders are never prolonged and usually ready faster than the quoted times. If delivered, they are usually prompt. If I ask them to call me before they leave the store -- they never do it. I get the call when they can't find my house. The drivers don't always have an ink pen for credit card orders. You must show them the credit card at delivery. They can see my previous orders and use those for a current order (very handy). Pizza by the slice -- don't expect much in the evening times. I think it is mostly a lunch-afternoon thing. I wish they had carry-out bags big enough to easily hold a small pizza box and a salad. I don't work for Jets nor do I gain from this review. I 'work' next door at the hospital so I pick-up a meal before going to work. I've tried every sub shop (Subway, Firehouse and Lenny's) in the area and Jets has the best salads and sandwiches (and pizza). The guy in the red Jeep :0)

I ordered $35 worth of food and went t pick it up. A part of my order was chicken wings, upon asking if I could have ranch over blue cheese he said I did not order any ranch or blue cheese. I was very surprised really that anybody would sell wings without including either but even that much more to learn that it's .75 cents for a single side. Also the wings were cold by the time I drove 10 minutes home. The pizza was decent, but definitely better pizza in the area.

The pizza is good but I only had a $100 so put on delivery instructions I would need change but I guess they don't read that because I ended up having to go get change then pick up the pizza myself which they could have saved me some time by letting me know that before they tried to deliver it.

Some of their menu options can be confusing, but they are excellent at making custom pizzas. Close to pure Chicago style, but not quite there yet.The quality is good for a chain restaurant. The atmosphere is meh, but most folks don't eat in.

I ordered my pizza at 9:30p, it was promised at 10p, i also received an email confirming it was paid for and never showed up! I called the store after it didn't show up and no answer... apparently they closed at 10p and so no one would answer. I'm calling the manager in the morning and getting my money back. I suggest looking else where for food.....

Jets is great. I recently discovered Jets and I order with them at least 3 times a month. Last Saturday I hosted a fight party for the Mayweather Mcgregor fight and I had a birthday party for my son the same night. I ended up ordering pizza from Jets twice in one night. The delivery man came to the door I went to get money and I was side tracked by the kids and it took me awhile to get back to the door. He was so patient and nice about the whole thing. Jet's is one of top 3 favorite pizza places. I came from Michigan but was elated to find a couple of them down here around Greenville. Their deep dish with Cajun crust is definitely my go to. The only downside is that sometimes the pizzas are pricier than other places, but it hasn't prevented me from coming here regularly.

Every time I go to this location there is always something wrong. Either the drink fountain, out of certain ingredients or short staffed. Also the drink fountain worked this time but it doesn't pour it sprays. It's sprays so hard you can fill your cup.
