First of all, Hudson's is sooo much more than BBQ. They catered the food for our wedding and we had so many compliments on it. My dad said it was the best food he'd ever had at a wedding! Guests loved the variety of the stations and the food itself was phenomenal. Of course we got to try little at the reception itself but the staff was good enough to box up lots of food that we devoured in our hotel room. Sarah was very thorough, answering all of our many questions throughout the process and the whole staff there that night was great.

Hudson's catered my son's wedding this past weekend. Patti handled all the specifics and was absolutely perfect! They sent a team of 2 out to our farm to cook a low country boil and bbq. It was so fresh and DELICIOUS. Our guests all raved at how wonderful everything was. The service was perfect and professional. We had so much food for everyone, it was presented beautifully, it was delicious, and they left everything spotless. I am totally tickled with every aspect of this fantastic catering company. This is my second time using their services and we will use them again when needed. Kudos to Hudson's for a job beautifully well done!!! Thanks!!!!!!!
