I'm really* surprised by some of the negative reviews on here. We used Holmes for our daughter's wedding in May and we loved everything, from the initial consultation to the actual event. The food was displayed beautifully at the venue (The Duncan Estate) and everything tasted great! Our guests enjoyed the food and we had nothing but compliments on it. We also found the guest service on the day of to be nothing short of what we were anticipating for our daughter's wedding. I would highly recommend them and would most certainly use Holmes again for any future needs.

Tim Holmes catered our wedding a couple of weeks ago. The food was fantastic and the people were very helpful and easy to work with. They made sure we had everything we needed and packed up some left overs for us to take that evening, knowing how difficult it is for the bride and groom to eat during the wedding. We have received nothing but compliments on how great the food was.

Thresa and I are attending Camp Freightliner and were told the meals would be catered. Both of us come from the food/restaurant industry and have tasted our share of good and bad catered meals. The meal that Holmes from Spartanburg catered was one of the BEST meals I have ever been served. Fried Chicken, mashed potatoes, green beans and oh my GOODNESS their corn casserole is the BEST I have EVER eaten! Served hot and presented as well as could have been. If you are considering a catered meal please consider these folks. From Kemah/Houston Texas Retired Full Timers Thresa and Chef Gene Yes I will be calling them to see if they will share the recipe for the corn casserole.

I used Tim Holmes catering for both of my daughters weddings, they were awesome in their food, service and presentation! I recently used them for a celebration to honor some friends and everyone raved about the food and the service. The two guys that served us, Reggie and Adam were great. This is the second time I've had Reggie grill the steaks and chicken, they were excellent. I can't recommend them enough.
