Chicken pot pie was horrible. Tasted like the sauce was sour and I found 2 peas and no carrots. Wasn't worth $26. I will stick to low country boil.

What's not to love here from the great people to the cheese biscuits, casseroles, side dishes, and so much more. You're picking up a homemade meal including great cookie bars - all like my Mother used to make, but not like I can since I don't cook!

We had a family vacation in Pawleys and wanted to host a shrimp boil. We had Get Carried Away Southern Take Out do all the work, the food was ready on time, very affordable and absolutely delicious. Our family of 19 enjoyed a fine southern meal! PS We also love their Palmetto Cheese as well. We will definitely be back for more good take out food!

Get Carried Away is my go to for great meals (that are so much better than anything I could ever prepare)! The food is excellent and the staff is always so friendly and helpful. Their low country boil is amazing (so is everything else). Definitely worth stopping by to pick up wonderful dinners and desserts!

We are planning a wedding in the fall and stopped in last week to get some information regarding there catering and get some pricing. There was no one available to speak to and we were given a card with contact information. My fiancé left a message on the business answering machine and a week later we still haven’t heard back. I tried to text to contact cell number for Aleene Miller and never received any response. Would not recommend using them for any special occasion.
