We got married 04/27/2019 and had Frances catered our wedding. My mother has known her for years and I've worked with her husband. They are a lovely pair and truly them and their team have gone above and beyond for us. We got married at a venue that had no kitchen and Frances certainly didn't let that stop them. The day went by successfully and I will say that the price was definitely worth the level of service we got for everything. My only complaint was that I didn't get a chance to eat more of it! They were amazing!! I had a decent sized wedding and we had asked for a special request of pernil (Spanish pork) and rice and beans and SHE DELIVERED! It was so good and my guests were super happy with it. They were extremely nice the entire time and they’re displays were on point!

Francie catered dinner for my Mom's 80th surprise birthday party at the Leitner House in Irmo. Francie was easy to work with in planning the big event. She and her staff arrived on time and worked with our family to decorate the house while her staff set up the bar and food buffet. Food was ample and delicious. The German chocolate birthday cake was the best. Thanks Francie for creating a memorable evening for our family!

I took a leap of faith and hired France’s Catering based on a recommendation from a friend who had enjoyed several business lunches Francie had catered. Francie was easy to work with and helped me plan a graduation party menu that would appeal to all ages. We returned from graduation to find the food beautifully displayed and served with a smile.Everything was delicious and abundant—no one in our large crowd left hungry. Kevin’s brisket station was especially popular—such tender and flavorful sliders! France’s set the stage for a lovely evening.

Not only did she put together an amazing menu, but was able to do in between gigs that she had on the same day. Everyone really enjoyed the dinner. What a wonderful experience we had using France's Catering for my nieces wedding. It was a brunch menu and everyone at the wedding raved over the delicious food. From our first meeting to discuss menu until the food was setup at the reception we never had to worry about a thing. So professional and efficient! The venue was 95 miles away and everything was fresh and beautiful, from chicken and waffles, ham, fruit and cheese, and charcuterie displays! Thank you Francie and your wonderful team for making the wedding absolutely perfect! Will definitely use again and again!

Awesome! France’s catered my daughters wedding and the whole experience was fantastic! The initial meetings were informative, friendly and helpful. France’s helped the happy couple come up with the perfect menu and took all our needs and wants into consideration. We had people from all over the country coming with a lot of children and it turned out perfect! We were able to showcase South Carolina, take care of the children and give the adults a fantastic experience....all within our budget! Everyone was so impressed! I felt assured since they were so professional and yet like I was dealing with old friends, very genuine people. The food was fabulous and I wIll definitely turn to them again without hesitation.

My daughter's wedding was at the Lace House in Columbia, SC on March 23, 2019 and we had the privilege of having Frances Catering as our food vendor. It is really hard to just call Frances Catering a food vendor because Francie Bridges was so much more than that. Francie and I became friends when her son began attending the Citadel. My son had also attended the Citadel and I tried to be there for Francie, during her son's knob year, when she had any questions or concerns that she experienced while being a Citadel Mom. Boy, did she return the favor and be there for me as I planned my only daughter's wedding. From the very day my daughter got engaged, I knew that I wanted Francie to do the catering for the wedding. I appreciated the relationship that I already had with her, and I really wanted to give her the business. Through the whole wedding planning process, I felt that I had a friend working just as hard to help bring the wedding day of my daughter's dreams, to fruition. Francie and her staff provided not only the delicious food for the reception, but the bar service, tablecloths, and cake cutting as well. The food displays were carefully thought out and were just as beautiful as they were delicious. Not one minute was I ever concerned that something wasn't going to turn out as I hoped, because every time I would ask Francie a question about something, her consistent reply was simply "I got you", and boy did she ever. I am so very grateful and thankful for the experience that we had with Frances Catering. I would highly recommend Francie and her staff to anyone in search of a talented caterer of impeccable character. with a sweet and gentle spirit. France's Catering made my wedding day perfect! Great selection of items for any wedding. I used a brunch theme and she and her husband set everything up perfect. The Charleston Dip is a must! Great chicken salad along with a fruit and cheese display. I wanted a biscuit bar and pancakes and got more than I imagined. The rolled pancakes were light, crepe like and the beignets were hand made , on location. My guests all were so pleased with the food selection. France is very helpful and easily accessible to her clients. Would definitely recommend with confidence.

France’s Catering did an impeccable job for mine and my husbands wedding on 10/04/19 in Columbia, South Carolina. The owner, Francie Bridges, stayed in constant and consistent contact with me throughout the entire time that we booked her, which was over a year ago. She took the time to get to know my husband and I. Francie and her staff worked effortlessly to capture the vision of what we wanted for our food for our reception. We had the jumbo stuffed shells, slow roasted herb crusted chicken, and seasoned grilled steak. Our guests raved about the food. It was honestly the most delicious meal I’ve had in a while. I’m still dreaming of the stuffed shells! THANK YOU so much, Francie for everything. You made our day the best day it could possibly be.

WOW! What a BEAUTIFUL experience.. France's Catering catered my daughters High School graduation celebration. It was a very memorable evening. Francie and her "assistant" went well above and beyond our expectations. From the very beginning, with all the planning ,she communicated with me so well...........was very knowledgeable in regards to all aspects of party planning. ......Was extremely helpful in meal selection based on preference, event particulars, and suggested food selections complementing other items on the menu.......... AND The food was absolutely mouth watering DELICIOUS! Those in attendance were asking for seconds at the first bite. Her menu items were fresh and savory.......... guest were even requesting more bread! The manner in which she presented the dishes displayed her professional touch and attention to each and every detail. We will surely enlist her services again and again. If you are need of catering please don't hesitate to call France's Catering! you will NOT be disappointed.

I hired Mrs France for my wedding October 7th, although It has been so long and she probably wouldn’t believe it when I say this, she was actually my Favorite vender from my wedding. When hiring her you won’t be disappointed, from the comforting words, to the support of all your choices, and lastly taking on any and every request. I had small disappointments from all of my vendors , except Mrs France. I know deep down she went above and beyond for me in a lot of ways. She handled everything that I asked her to do. She made amazing food that everyone one of my guest liked. And lastly, She is just such an extremely nice and loving person. Oh!, She even made me and my family an amazing cheesecake to try. I would highly recommend you hire her for any and all catering event. But DEFIANTLY for your wedding. I am personally slack at writing reviews, I don’t hold value in them anymore with the new pay to review situation. I go off of family and friends advice more these days. So if you see this Mrs France, I apologize in taking so long to write a much deserved review. Thank you for every encouraging word, and for everything you did for me and my family. The staff is completely professional, easy to work with and almost 2 years later people are still asking me who provided the food! We recently used France's for my son's Clemson graduation party and our Grandson's baptism. I will continue to use them for all of our events and highly recommend that you do, too! France's did an amazing and outstanding job catering for me and my wife Amanda's wedding on 05/18/2019 at StoneBridge Gardens and Events here in Columbia, SC. She took the time to meet with us a couple of months before the wedding to help us plan out the menu and all. She was very easy to reach from us for questions and she communicated well with our wedding planner leading up to our special day. She not only did a phenomenal job with the setup for the actual reception dinner, but also for the cocktail hour while us and the wedding party were taking pictures. She also took care of setting up and providing the bar for our guests. The food was outstanding! Every bite! Everyone that was in attendance at the reception keeps telling us how amazing the food was! Mrs. Frances is not only an outstanding cook, but a super nice caring lady that made our reception at our wedding even more special to always remember. They consistently deliver on time with appropriate quantities and a balanced meal with main course, salads, sides, drinks, and dessert.
