Every time I order a sub sandwich to go, the oil soaks the roll and makes it impossible to eat it. I have even asked for the oil on the side and the rolls were still really wet and falling apart. Didn't care for the food. I tried it at least 3 times...

2nd time I have called to place order on the way to pick up subs and put on hold, held 17 minutes then hung up on. Walked into the building ....2 customers, none in line and all 4 associates quizzing each other about a nostalgia ? about the name of a hood ornament on a jaguar! Discussed my issue with the young man.....not even an apology! Passed by a Subway to get here but that won't happen again! Good food....poor service! See ya!

I enjoy firehouse subs and love it even more when my birthday comes around and I get to enjoy a free sub. My birthday was yesterday and I went to the Lexington location to complete my evening with a sub. I ordered the steak sub and asked for the peppers and onions on the side. Once home, I opened the container to see not only were the peppers and onion on the side but the provolone cheese was melted and thrown in the container as well. Not how I wanted to end my birthday night and I do not stay around the corner where I could have returned for a replacement sandwich. Don’t know if a good sub is worth this kind of aggravation.

A great place to get a sandwich that tastes better than the other chains. The ingredients have a lot more flavor, especially the meat, bread and mustard, than other chains. They are consistently good and the employees are always friendly and fast. The only negative point is the pricing, but it's fair enough and worth the extra money vs, other places to enjoy the taste of firehouse.

Disappointed. I had ordered a steak and cheese with no sautéed anything and got home and there was sautéed onions.... never really ever had a problem with this location before, then again I’ve always eaten there and have not taken it to-go.

Popped in to get lunch for my husband on this trip. He adores the brisket sandwich. I appreciate they have several sizes of subs and substantial drink choices. The pickle is an added bonus. My favorite part is the "round up" option at the register to actually donate to firefighters in the community.

Service was extremely lacking. Ordered a simple build your own sub with three items. Five items came on it, and one requested item was missing. The do not know how to sell pepperoni because there is no button on the register for it. Sandwich makers were rude and uninformed. Sandwich was good once we got it, but hardly worth the effort. But, the order was quite simple, they fouled it up, as no the took an attitude with us. I don't understand.???

Every so often I get a huge craving for a Firehouse steamer sub that I cannot ignore. This Firehouse serves consistently yummy sandwiches, flavorful and tender. The staff is friendly and fast. Oh, and the freshly baked cookies are the perfect dessert.

All of the employees seem to really hate their jobs! You can feel the animosity when you walk in. Everytime I go to this Firehouse my order is wrong or made very sloppy. I get big globs of condiments on one side of my sandwich and none at all on the other. They have one job and they do it very poorly.
