My husband and I just had lunch there..hes a certified chef on the upscale and it's very very hard to please him..he himself had the very BEST customer experience in a friendly atmosphere..Not only was the attitude welcoming BUT he ate the very Best Philly cheesteak sandwich if his Life!!! We will be coming back!!!

Nice alternative to Subway. Plenty of room to eat, not elbow to elbow. Has a tv too. Sub was meaty like the piks show and very tasty. If you are staying at th Comfort Inn it is just a 1 minute walk in a safe neighborhood.

Good food but I can find that same food at any other Firehouse in the area. Hopefully, what I can't find, is the incredibly rude staff member (Andrew Parker) taking orders. He made rude comments to my friends while taking orders. When I ordered, he kept interrupting me when I was trying to tell him what I wanted. I got a water cup and filled it with Dasani WATER. My friends came over also asking where to find the water, so I showed them the Dasani I got. He was watching us and told me no, we had to get tap water or pay for Dasani. I already had the Dasani in my cup, and when my friends walked away, I was deciding on if I should just pour out the Dasani and get tap or pay. But he made the decision for me. He looks and me and in the rudest tone asks, "So are you going to pay for your Dasani water?" I was a little taken aback, but I walked to the counter to pay, ask the price, and he ignores me, still going on about how Dasani is a fountain drink and only tap water is free, as if I wasn't being compliant. I repeat, "if you tell me how much it is, I'll be able to pay for it." And I did. It was a simple mistake, and it would have been so much easier had he kindly asked me to pay for the drink. Instead, he chooses to talk to a paying customer like a thief over a DRINK. I like Firehouse but I will not be returning as long as Andrew Parker is employed. Rude rude rude man.

HORRIBLE service. Grown women acting like childish children. Too way to long to make just two sandwiches. White women acting black and making racist comments. Woman complaining about her broken nail instead of using good customer service. I hope my food is correct. Horrible staff. Do not go here. Food is awesome but find one with a better staff.

I'm a vegetarian. I order the vegetarian sub. I just got a sub delivered from this location (Haywood road) for the 2nd time. Same problem... (which I called about last time and was "fixed", but I have no energy to call and complain about the same situation as last time). I had to go and get my new sub (which nulls the point of me having it delivered..) and it was really frustrating. Point is: This location always forgets the cheese. There are veggies, sauce, and CHEESE. Three things. Also it's supposed to have 3 types of cheese since thees is no meat!! Its not rocket science. Otherwise it's just veggies and sauce... It's the same to a vegetarian as forgetting the meat on one of the other subs for a meat-eater. Would you be upset? Obviously.The other locations have made some great subs, but apparently the one closest to my house just can't learn from previous mistakes. Go to the one in Mauldin, because this one is awful.

Food was alright and was quick. Didn't leave the mayo out as I asked and the sandwich was extremely thin for almost $10. The employee (andrew parker) taking our order was extremely rude to me and my friends. Accused my girlfriend of stealing a drink because she got flavored water without being kind at all. He also made a rude remark about my friend wanting a small sub as it's "kid sized." He needs fired or we will not be returning.

They always do a great job with the subs. More meat than bread, you can choose your toppings or you can go with how it's already made. The customer service is great. They always seem to have smiling faces, work well with one another, and as stated before they do well with making my sandwich every time.

Firehouse Subs is a great place to come and get a bite. There are alot of great sub menu options and they will customize to your favorite combo of course. If you haven't had a Firehouse Sub in awhile give them a try and remind yourself what a great sub is like.

I have always liked Firehouse subs. My daughter got her start in the working world there. She was very successful in the shop. They taught her how to work well in the place and she became a manager within six months. At 17 years old. Great subs and a great place to work .

Delicious, as always! The wait for our food was well worth it. Clean, long restaurant. Friendly service that listens closely and gives great care to what they make. Sort of an odd spot, weird to get into the parking lot and easy to miss, but it's not too bad. Recommended for single diners or groups, dine-in and carry-out. Calls can be placed in advanced and the food can be picked up in-store.

This was probably my 3rd sub from firehouse and I have to say by far the best one I've had so far. Not only the best firehouse sub but the best sub I've had in Greenville period. And y'all have alot to compete with since a sub restaurant from my home town still has every sub place beaten I've ever had in my life. You guys came pretty close this time and I was very pleased with you. My food was good, store was clean and staff was very nice. 2 thumbs up!

This is the third order I’ve done with bitesquad that they have messed up. I ordered a Smoked Turkey (which states it comes with cheese) and it had no cheese. The second time they sent me what ever chips they wanted to and didn’t even read what was written down. They sent BBQ and I can’t eat bbq. This is very disappointing, especially since I pick you guys over Jersey Mike....oh, and bitesquad does nothing to help if the order is messed up.
