This is the best Cracker Barrel in the US! Seriously, we have been to many and this one is always perfect. The staff is friendly and efficient. The food is hot, fresh and quick. It is everything that a restaurant should be . We have been here many times and have never had an issue. This restaurant should be used to train the employees in other locations!

Can you tell me what that is on the wall? That's a game we like to play at Cracker Barrel. Antique memorabilia is awesome. Very nostalgic and comfortable atmosphere. Right down the roaring fireplace. Breakfast anytime. Good country cooking. Several meats and veggies to choose from Nice General Store/Gift Shop as well. Lots of hard to find candies and sodas. Definitely worth a visit.

Nice for country home cooking. I've had better and worse. The tenders downfall for me was the breading. I did enjoy my seasoned corn on the cob. Never can go wrong with hashbrown casserole. Turnips greens were missing something. Pancakes are second to none, for sure! Our waitress was Amy, and she was exceptional.

They changed me almost 7$ for two side items that I ordered off kids menu for my 10 month old!! What restaurant charges or a child under the age of 2 especially that much money not to mention our server was very rude we only got refills one time after practically begging forhe came to the table and slam the tea down spilling it all over my husband management was very rudethe hostess was very very rude as we were leaving an elderly couple had came in the old lady was on a walker she just had got out of the hospital a few weeks agothey made them walk all the way to the back of the restaurant when they were plenty of tables up front I would have gave a 0 star if I could have

My wife and I go to breakfast almost every weekend, it's our thing.... and cracker barrel is one of our common go-to's, but today was NOT a good experience. We were seated immediately upon coming in and greeted quickly by our waitress so we thought we were off to a Good start. When our food came the 1st thing we noticed was that my wife ordered blueberry pancakes but they brought plain, no biggy easy fix right? When a different waitress took the pancakes away I realized that my eggs were undercooked, gross. We waited a few minutes and no one returned with pancakes or to check on us so we asked someone to send over the manager. He apologized, offered to take the eggs and check on the pancakes, ok. After he walks away I cut into my country fried steak and low and behold, it's chicken... not steak. Are you serious? They not only brought the wrong pancakes & undercooked eggs but my dish was wrong too. They're not that busy, you've got to be kidding me. So the manager finally gets everything fixed and apologizes but can tell we're not impressed so he reluctantly offers a free banana pudding to make up for it. In this entire experience the waitress doesn't say a thing to apologize or anything. This was DEFINITELY not a good start to our day or a good Cracker Barrel experience.

Blueberry pancakes were the best ever. However, I refused the first seating b/c it was in a corner next to the exit sign. I noticed the section was filled with African Americans patrons. Not right. Server needs diversity training.

The server was Fantastic. Went to the front to check out and there was 7 people in line waiting . No manager insight nor did the cashier or hostess pay attention to look up and call for assistance. Waiting would not have bothered me if there was some kind of reaction to get this resolved. The people that built up bind me were aggravated as well. The customer experience failed at the checkout.

Very busy - but job well done. As you might expect, a Sunday after church means a good wait. But the experience was worth it. The only (very small) negative was the greeter at the front was chatting with a co-worker for a somewhat unacceptable amount of time before either even looked up. But the service at the table and the food, were both excellent. It's been a while since we've been by. The experience will probably have us frequent this location again soon.

My mom is in town and she's from Virginia we usually always go to the Cracker Barrel. Our favorite is the broccoli chicken it is just so good. down home cooked vegetables Pinto Beans & Greens cornbread always top of the list. Homemade biscuits butter and strawberry preserves to die for. There is probably not a single trip we have ever made to the Cracker Barrel that we have not bought some article of clothing. Of course I'm very frugal and I always shop the clearance racks and they give great deals on those and they're beautiful clothes. And as we pay a bill I always have to get a mello cup. It takes me back to my childhood such a very long time ago . I really love going to the Cracker Barrel and I think if you have not experienced it then you need to. It will be one of your top to do list things that you will quickly love.

Parry if 4...ALL food was cold. Changed recipe on Homestyle chicken but no mention in menu or by server and it is horrible. Tasted like it was cooked over 2 hours ago and held and served. DO NOT WASTE your money and time... go to the Duncan location

This Cracker Barrel is on top of everything. So busy, but Customer Service was outstanding. The waitress was amazing. She stayed on top of making sure we had all we needed the whole time I was there. The food is so good. There were a Soccer Ball Team came in and everything went so smoothly. I can just keep going on, but the bottom line is A+++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ all the way. Thank you Cracker Barrel .

Their special this month is fried chicken, an entire half of a chicken with 2 sides and bread item, all for $11. It was delicious. Their country vegie plate is always a good bet along with either a baked potato or baked sweet potato. The atmosphere is always conducive to good conversation among friends. No matter where you travel the waiters and waitresses are well trained and very friendly. We love to stop even when we are not traveling because the food is consistent no matter where you are. Good effort Cracker Barrel. The gift shop is a woman's great distraction, as well.

I LOVE this place! The service is always on point and the food is great! I love that they have people working in the shop now to assist you, because there is SOOOOO much cute stuff!!! Seriously! I can’t believe it! They change out the selections quite a bit but you can find so many great gift ideas and I’ve purchased my granddaughter several outfits from here. It’s so great! I usually go at least once or twice a month! This is her pictured in a dress and hair bow I bought this month. Their clothing selection is adorable! I also purchased her the cutest light up galoshes.

Horrible cook and management. Wife's ordered fried chicken was still bloody inside, bacon was almost raw and black burnt grill residue all over them with grease still dripping.... informed the waitress and she simply responded by saying - "I will get the manager to come talk to you". Manager came to the table a few minutes later asking if everything was okay. Wife and I expressed our concerns with the food as mentioned above. He just said ok "I will talk to the cook" and simply walked away! Manager or the waitress did not even offer to re-cook the chicken or offered an apology to our family! Neither less to say we ate what was edible, paid the bill and left. We have been Cracker Barrel customer from the time we can remember Woodruff Rd. being a 2 lane road and this location being on the opposite side of the bridge. Today's experience made us wonder if both of these employees were having a bad day or "ample number of customers" is being compromised with the "quality of food and good customer service". I normally love the sunday chicken special, but this time it was more breading then chicken. The chicken is usually lightly battered and then fried. This chicken was coated in a thick mess of flour and seasoning. I won't be is such a hurry to go back again next time, that's for sure. The store is always fun to look through, take pics, and then go home and find a better price on the internet. This chain restaurant is really going down hill.
