This is no non-sense "order at the counter" restaurant. Service is very quick and price is reasonable. There are plenty of tables to sit. The sandwich is absolutely the best in Greenville. Non-greasy and lean, dry pulled back BBQ tastes so good even without the sauce. I like their regular sauce (vs. spicy).

Nothing fancy, just good BBQ a a reasonable price. The sides are good, the portions are generous, and if you leave hungry, it's your fault! The young people who work there are nice; the restaurant is clean (you bus your own table); and we go back often.

Awesome place off exit 54, i85. Delicious BBQ, fast service, food incredibly consistent! Open early, so you can beat the lunch rush on Pelham/ hwy 14Their "all the way" on their burgers is as I've always had then since a kid. Cheese, Mayo, mustard, ketchup, pickles. Vintage USAF decorations, pictures, placards on the walls...very cool place. No frills, just dang good.

Usually excellent, but we got there just before closing, and food was not up to par. We got smaller portions than usual and the barbq was noticeably not fresh. Add on: We went back (again on Saturday evening) and it was sub par again. The meat was bland, the sides were not great, and the service is friendly but not that helpful. We were originally shorted one plate and i had to call that to their attention. I don't think we will be back. Very disappointed. It used to be pretty good at a very good price.

Charlie's BBQ saved our wedding! Our caterer failed to show up and Charlie's was able to prepare food for 200 people in under 30 minutes. Still absolutely amazed. Incredible service and good BBQ!

I love this place. I live 3 hours away from Charlie's BBQ, but even so, both my dad and I would totally drive 3 hours there and 3 hours back just to eat here.

Decent BBQ place. My suggested improvements would include a spicier hot sauce, a sweet/sour sauce, and perhaps a veggie side. My friend wanted some veggies, but none were to be had. It was a clean, well-maintained environment, and the prices seemed reasonable.

It's not the best BBQ you can find but it's definitely delicious and the most consistent. They have a repeatable formula and I have never been let down here. Expectations are always met. Friendly staff and 100% committed to delivering quality chopped (not pulled) pork. The fries are always cooked fresh and in small batches. Definitely a great place if you need a quick lunch under $10.

The BBQ and baked beans were very good. The BBQ has a nice mild smoky flavor and tastes great with their hot or mild sauce. The cole slaw was okay. The seating area was open and very clean. The staff was friendly and had food ready very quickly. This is a great place to stop in for a quick lunch. One final note: the bathrooms are very clean and well kept.

I always take my plate home to eat, they put chips right on top of the hot food separated by a deli sheet... The chips are always soggy and straddle by the time I get home, Just min down the road. I love their BBQ, but the chicken breast is always dry.

Great down-home South Carolina pulled BBQ. I recommend the BBQ sandwich with slaw and fries. That's enough for me and their slaw has just the right flavor to go on the sandwich.
